I've been seeing Diana Milling for over eight years. I initially started seeing her in Wisconsin…read moreand have had such great care that I still continue to work with her in Colorado. So much so that I have flown there! Over two years ago I was struggling with ongoing IBS issues and SIBO. It was difficult to find a pcp who took the time to listen to my symptoms or was willing to look at things deeper. Between the functional testing she ran and the various treatments she literally saved me. I no longer have fear surrounding food. I'm now seeing her for HRT which has been a game changer. I've seen other practitioners who would only prescribe basic hormone replacement and wouldn't run labs or consider bioidentical homones. I love that she takes the conservative approach to start as personally my hormones have been a delicate balance. I cannot say enough about the care I've received from Dr. Milling and Advanced Integrative. I've sent so many of my friends and family members to her. She"s thorough, caring and takes her time. This office is the perfect blend of Integrative and traditional medicine. The front desk staff is always friendly and there is just an overall happy vibe in this office. I highly recommend her!!!

Appointments are easy to schedule with plenty of availability, the office is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. I have liked all of the providers I have worked with throughout my time as a patient. Dr. Chu delivered my son and I had a good experience with her at Castle Rock Adventist. My husband and I spoke with her multiple times during labor while at home and she provided clear instructions and encouragement during the early stages of labor. In my opinion, the stand out provider at the Lone Tree office is Kathy Reed, the nurse practitioner. Throughout my care she has made me feel extremely comfortable. She always explains exactly what she is going to be doing, is readily available for questions and detailed answers if you ask for an explanation or reason behind her recommendation, and she just comes off as a genuinely nice person and care provider. I give four stars for two small reasons (two areas for improvement): 1) The intake: Every time I come in the office the nurse is asking me the same questions about cigarettes and chewing tobacco and what type of contraception I am using. I think this process could be streamlined. 2) Carrier Screening for preconception and prenatal visits. Because I work in the field of genetics and counsel regarding carrier screening everyday I was paying attention about how carrier screening was presented and what type of panel was offered. I think Ridgegate could better inform patients of what the carrier screening is for, that it is recommended by ACOG and could offer two panels a small basic panel with CF, SMA, and FX and a larger panel with 100+ diseases which is becoming standard these days.

I came to this practice seeking a compassionate, thoughtful OB/midwife relationship to walk with me…read morethrough pregnancy. I arrived open-minded and hopeful, but after my experiences here, I've decided to seek care elsewhere. I've experienced two pregnancy losses while under the care of this practice, and during an already difficult time, the care I received often felt more one-size-fits-all than individualized. I recognize that this may be influenced by the volume of patients or broader systems within pregnancy care, but for me, it meant that I didn't always feel truly seen or held as an individual with a unqiue history. The midwife I worked with was kind, but on more than one occasion she appeared unfamiliar with important details of my medical history. After experiencing my first pregnancy loss with her, it was difficult to return just three months later and realize she had not reviewed my chart before coming in to discuss my second loss. In that moment, the lack of preparation felt especially painful. Scheduling appointments was also challenging, and after my second loss I waited an additional 45 minutes to see a doctor, which added to an already emotionally difficult experience. After my second pregnancy loss, I was not offered guidance around possible testing, follow-up options, or next steps unless I explicitly asked. Additionally, after an ultrasound confirmed a pregnancy loss, I was told the earliest available appointment for the necessary procedure was six days later, which felt unreasonable and I was forced to complete the procedure at an entirely different practice. I don't share this to place blame, but rather to help others make an informed decision. If you are someone seeking highly personalized, proactive care, especially after loss or if your pregnancy journey may not be straightforward, this may not be the best fit. For those with uncomplicated pregnancies who are comfortable with a more standardized approach, this practice may work well.
