They were lofty promises to do so much but I saw zero changes to my skin after. I had a consultation before my appointment where they went over my skincare regimen, tried to sell me skincare products, then went to the laser. Since I already take great care of my skin and have a comprehensive skincare regimen, they said I may not see much results with my first laser treatment, then spent the rest of my consultation trying to upsell me on a different laser package where I'm told I would see results with those pricier lasers. Overall, everyone was nice and welcoming, but it felt like I was constantly being pressured to purchase something. If I left with any improvements in my skin like my skin tone, or hyperpigmentation I would have still been satisfied with my visit, but the fact that I didn't see any improvements in my skin whatsoever, I felt like everyone wasted their time, including myself, and I was out $100. I saw better results with other skin treatments like a hydrafacial that were similar in price and saw immediate results.

Cortisone near one's eyes is not a great idea from a medical standpoint. It was too late to stop her as I didn't know what she was doing til she pulled the wax linen strip off. I thought she was still using the template when she was touching my face. I also had to ask for the color fill although it was included in the price. $55 is very high for the factory like service I received. I felt as though my service was not individualized and everyone going to Shante gets the same exact procedure no matter what you pay for. The only reason, this was not one star, was because it was very easy to book on the website. Other than that, there is no positives with booking at this beauty Lounge. What was meant to be a relaxing spa day gifted to my sister and me turned into an infuriating, months-long ordeal characterized by extreme hostility, nonexistent communication, and outright unethical business practices. ​The dysfunction began during the initial booking with their receptionist, Andrea. I requested that my sister and I be scheduled at the same start time, fully understanding that my 120-minute head spa would end after her 60-minute service. Andrea was exceptionally rude, repeatedly refusing to comprehend basic scheduling logic until I insisted she make a explicit note on our file. To accommodate this simple request, we were forced to accept an initial wait time of a month and a half. ​The situation spiraled into complete unprofessionalism the day before our scheduled appointments: ​Unilateral Rescheduling: I was notified (while my sister was ignored entirely) that due to a staff call-out, our concurrent 11:00 AM appointments were being unilaterally split into a 10:45 AM slot for me and a 3:00 PM slot for my sister. Expecting us to waste over five hours idling in their waiting room is insulting. ​Ultimatums and Dodging Calls: After explaining that this shift was unacceptable due to arranged childcare and time off work, Andrea promised to provide alternative dates. Instead of offering feasible concurrent slots, she pushed back-to-back times and placed an absurd one-hour deadline on us to accept or cancel. When I tried calling back to resolve the issue, she simply stopped answering the phone. ​Absentee Staff: Driven to visit the clinic in person to speak with the owner, I discovered Andrea had not even shown up for work, and the owner was absent. To her credit, the lead nurse on-site attempted to rectify the situation by canceling our ruined day, rescheduling us a month and a half out, and offering a free upgrade to my sister's service to match my treatment length as an apology for the appalling treatment. ​The absolute breaking point, however, came when the owner finally called. When I attempted to explain the nightmare his front desk had created, he continuously cut me off. The moment I expressed concern about being inconvenienced again, he completely lost his composure. He began yelling at me, screaming that I was not "screwed over," and explicitly told me to "shut the fuck up and listen." ​To top off this utter failure of leadership, when I understandably refused to patronize a business that verbal abuses its customers and opted for a refund, Clinical Care 365 blocked the request through Groupon, refusing to authorize the return of our funds. ​Clinical Care 365 is run by an aggressive owner and incompetent staff who hold zero respect for their clients' time, money, or personal dignity. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
