Since I already take great care of my skin and have a comprehensive skincare regimen, they said I may not see much results with my first laser treatment, then spent the rest of my consultation trying to upsell me on a different laser package where I'm told I would see results with those pricier lasers. Overall, everyone was nice and welcoming, but it felt like I was constantly being pressured to purchase something. If I left with any improvements in my skin like my skin tone, or hyperpigmentation I would have still been satisfied with my visit, but the fact that I didn't see any improvements in my skin whatsoever, I felt like everyone wasted their time, including myself, and I was out $100. I saw better results with other skin treatments like a hydrafacial that were similar in price and saw immediate results.

They talked me into $5000 worth of Laser and some kind of serum that they guaranteed this would work. Not only did it, not improve at all, it made it much worse! I have since learned that these lasers can worsen this type of melasma. When I addressed this with corporate, the woman told me that I did not mention I had melasma. This would be under my health history. The first words out of my mouth when I went in, was dark melasma under my eyes. She stated that I did not write that on my medical history. I am re-registered nurse and medical history to mean means cardiovascular issues, respiratory, muscular, skeletal, pulmonary. Things of this nature. I couldn't have made myself more clear about why I was there. They refuse to do anything about this and now I'm out $5000. Please be aware that they will tell you anything to take your money. I have talked to other people who have gotten horrible rashes from the hair removal lasers. They are very inexperienced staff. If you have dark spots or asthma, do yourself a favor and go to New Age Aesthetics and wellness and get a VI peel. I've had one so far and it has helped tremendously! The cost was $259 opposed to $5000! I regret going to Laser Away more than anything I can think of!

My journey with Dr. Weber and his lovely staff has been life changing for me. After noticing a…read moresmall bald area on the top of my head, I sought out a dermatologist and was diagnosed with a mild form of alopecia. I received two steroid shots in the spot which stopped the progression. The dermatologist prescribed fluocinolone acetonide to regrow the hair back but I wasn't seeing any results. After a recommendation from Heather, Dr. Webers patient care coordinator, I decided to try PRP to assist in the process of regrowing my hair. Kimberly administered four treatments over the course of four months and the results have been amazing! The bald spot is completely filled in with hair and I have seen about two inches of growth. After the wild success of the hair treatment, I decided to have the PRP procedure, administered by Mariah, underneath my eyes. It's been about a month and the effects have been equally impressive.
