I found a Groupon for a service that I wanted, and called to check appointment availability. They were able to get me in at 6:30! I arrived at a beautifully appointed med spa. After being greeted and offered water (regular or sparkling), I was directed to...A MASSAGE CHAIR to wait (I was early). It was heavenly. Jannine came over and introduced herself, then we went to a treatment room. She listed her credentials (she's an RN), explained the procedure, discussed a couple of options, and then proceeded. I mentioned a problem that I had experienced when getting the identical service from a previous provider, and Jannine explained exactly how that happened, and how i would not have the same problem in her hands. I'm kind of blown away. This was a great experience. From being welcomed upon arrival, the massage chair, and the lovely and very professional Jannine, everything was a pleasure. Zero Stars: Abysmal Customer Service, Unprofessional Management, and Predatory Practices ​Save your money and peace of mind: do not book services with Clinical Care 365. What was meant to be a relaxing spa day gifted to my sister and me turned into an infuriating, months-long ordeal characterized by extreme hostility, nonexistent communication, and outright unethical business practices. ​The dysfunction began during the initial booking with their receptionist, Andrea. I requested that my sister and I be scheduled at the same start time, fully understanding that my 120-minute head spa would end after her 60-minute service. Andrea was exceptionally rude, repeatedly refusing to comprehend basic scheduling logic until I insisted she make a explicit note on our file. To accommodate this simple request, we were forced to accept an initial wait time of a month and a half. ​The situation spiraled into complete unprofessionalism the day before our scheduled appointments: ​Unilateral Rescheduling: I was notified (while my sister was ignored entirely) that due to a staff call-out, our concurrent 11:00 AM appointments were being unilaterally split into a 10:45 AM slot for me and a 3:00 PM slot for my sister. Expecting us to waste over five hours idling in their waiting room is insulting. ​Ultimatums and Dodging Calls: After explaining that this shift was unacceptable due to arranged childcare and time off work, Andrea promised to provide alternative dates. Instead of offering feasible concurrent slots, she pushed back-to-back times and placed an absurd one-hour deadline on us to accept or cancel. When I tried calling back to resolve the issue, she simply stopped answering the phone. ​Absentee Staff: Driven to visit the clinic in person to speak with the owner, I discovered Andrea had not even shown up for work, and the owner was absent. To her credit, the lead nurse on-site attempted to rectify the situation by canceling our ruined day, rescheduling us a month and a half out, and offering a free upgrade to my sister's service to match my treatment length as an apology for the appalling treatment. ​The absolute breaking point, however, came when the owner finally called. When I attempted to explain the nightmare his front desk had created, he continuously cut me off. The moment I expressed concern about being inconvenienced again, he completely lost his composure. He began yelling at me, screaming that I was not "screwed over," and explicitly told me to "shut the fuck up and listen." ​To top off this utter failure of leadership, when I understandably refused to patronize a business that verbal abuses its customers and opted for a refund, Clinical Care 365 blocked the request through Groupon, refusing to authorize the return of our funds. ​Clinical Care 365 is run by an aggressive owner and incompetent staff who hold zero respect for their clients' time, money, or personal dignity. I booked a head spa for my husband and I on our 11 year anniversary. We got undressed and laid on the table and we were waiting for our service to start. At that point, we were informed that one of the providers was running a bit late, so she gave us the option of getting started or rescheduling. We had already got undressed and paid a babysitter, so we decided to go ahead with the service expecting the other service provider to arrive. They never showed up and we had only had one person the whole time. I had to wait while my husband got a bit of massage, then he had to wait while I got a bit of massage and so half of the time we were just sitting ducks. On top of that our provider's cell phone was going off the whole time! It was impossible to relax with the phone going off and while hoping the other service provider showed up. So disappointing. We paid for 2 head spas and only got one. This might be the most unprofessional thing that has happened to me at a spa and the customer service after the fact, was garbage. read more

Wonderful IV experience. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will for sure be going back to this practice for an IV. The front desk girl was so sweet and she made me feel so comfortable. Being in the medical field, cleanliness is a priority and the nurse who started my IV was amazing. I was able to sit in a massage chair and relax and left feeling refreshed. They have top notch IV choices, and the head nurse and Clinical Director answered all my questions about other treatments they provide. I will be back! read more

I found this business on groupon and had a good experience. The treatment itself (japanese head spa) was excellent and the value was incredible. (It sounds like they will match the Groupon price if you call and schedule directly through them.) However, it can be hard to reach them by phone to schedule. It sounds like they are currently short staffed and not always able to answer so leaving a message is your best bet. They're located in an office building. One time I scheduled an evening appointment and since the front door is locked after business hours, I had to call several times before being able to reach them to get someone downstairs to let me in. Their facility is nice and they offer a myriad of services- way more than a typical salon or med spa. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD:DANGEROUS STAY AWAY! I bought a Groupon online for a IV therapy drip. For the moment of direct contact there was endless misinformation and lack of professionalism. Staff seemed new and inexperienced. Sterile processes we NOT in place. I was refused the Myers IV and told that only had B vitmins and they were making me a special one. It took them 3 minutes to mix it. I had already been jabbed which was done poorly and left a huge bruise. There was NO documentation. It was likely just saline and left me worse off. Got this through a Groupon for a couples' hair spa, but I would suggest booking through them directly for a more stable onboarding process and for the workers to get the pay they deserve (I talked to the owner, Jeff, and he says Groupon gets most of the money), but regardless their service was excellent. They provide a variety of services so definitely check those out, and once me and my partner came in, they had us seated in a massage chair. The service was in a smaller room but it still worked out, and it was very relaxing. If you were to go to this place, make sure to book months out since they are booked for the head spa. The 120-minute Japanese head treatment I purchased didn't match what was advertised at all. There was no metal fountain water flow--just something closer to an extended hair wash with handheld sprayers and massagers. The scalp analysis was limited to one spot before and after, which was disappointing. Adam was kind and answered my questions, and the massage chairs were nice, but I believe he was limited with the equipment he had at hand. After purchasing the Groupon, I had difficulty reaching the business to schedule. Once I finally heard back, the first available appointment was about two months out. Approximately two weeks before the appointment, my appointment time was changed without asking me first, although I accepted it because the new time still worked. Then, the evening before the appointment I had waited two months for, the business cancelled due to a provider's family emergency. I was understanding and expressed condolences. The issue was what happened afterward. The rescheduling process was confusing and took place over many text messages. The scheduler made multiple errors before a new appointment time was finally settled. Shortly after that, I was told the time needed to change again. When I acknowledged that I appreciated them working with my schedule, especially since the original appointment had been cancelled last minute after a two-month wait, the response I received felt unnecessarily defensive and dismissive rather than customer-focused. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was given the owner's number. My phone conversation with the owner, Jeff, was extremely disappointing. I did not feel heard or treated professionally. Instead of receiving a reasonable apology or attempt to resolve the situation, I was told I was no longer welcome at the business and was banned. The most concerning part is that my Groupon had already been marked as redeemed even though I never received the service. I am now having to dispute this through Groupon. I had an appointment scheduled with Clinical Care 365 for over three weeks and arranged my weekend around it. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and received no answer. When I arrived, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me at all. To make matters worse, another person standing there was experiencing the exact same issue. This level of disorganization is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Patients invest their time and trust when scheduling appointments, and Clinical Care 365, under Jeff Turner's ownership, failed to provide even the most basic level of communication and customer service. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I asked for a management phone number so I could express my concerns, I was given a number that turned out to be the office's front desk line--the same office I had just walked out of. Then, when I requested an email address for the owner, I was provided one that was invalid and undeliverable. At that point, it felt nearly impossible to reach anyone who could address the issue or take responsibility for what happened. Between the missing appointment, the lack of communication, and the inaccurate contact information, the entire experience left me with little confidence in the professionalism and management of this business. They want all your info including UNNECESSARY INFO they wanted my drivers license and other personal data. I said that is not standard and they said yes it is. Give it or cancel your appointment. We are a true medical clinic. So I called my normal clinic to ask and they said we will never ask or collect that from you so buyer beware. My sister gifted me a Japanese head spa massage for my birthday, I drove an hour and a half to this med spa just for them to tell us that " something came up" and that they needed to reschedule us. After rescheduling for 3 months later, my sister and I get a text less than 24 hours before our appointment that " something came up" and they needed to move our time. Due to my sister having a job that was not going to work for us. They said they could reschedule us again.
