I found a Groupon for a service that I wanted, and called to check appointment availability. They were able to get me in at 6:30! I arrived at a beautifully appointed med spa. After being greeted and offered water (regular or sparkling), I was directed to...A MASSAGE CHAIR to wait (I was early). It was heavenly. Jannine came over and introduced herself, then we went to a treatment room. She listed her credentials (she's an RN), explained the procedure, discussed a couple of options, and then proceeded. I mentioned a problem that I had experienced when getting the identical service from a previous provider, and Jannine explained exactly how that happened, and how i would not have the same problem in her hands. I'm kind of blown away. This was a great experience. From being welcomed upon arrival, the massage chair, and the lovely and very professional Jannine, everything was a pleasure. I found this business on groupon and had a good experience. The treatment itself (japanese head spa) was excellent and the value was incredible. (It sounds like they will match the Groupon price if you call and schedule directly through them.) However, it can be hard to reach them by phone to schedule. It sounds like they are currently short staffed and not always able to answer so leaving a message is your best bet. They're located in an office building. One time I scheduled an evening appointment and since the front door is locked after business hours, I had to call several times before being able to reach them to get someone downstairs to let me in. Their facility is nice and they offer a myriad of services- way more than a typical salon or med spa. read more

Got this through a Groupon for a couples' hair spa, but I would suggest booking through them directly for a more stable onboarding process and for the workers to get the pay they deserve (I talked to the owner, Jeff, and he says Groupon gets most of the money), but regardless their service was excellent. They provide a variety of services so definitely check those out, and once me and my partner came in, they had us seated in a massage chair. The service was in a smaller room but it still worked out, and it was very relaxing. If you were to go to this place, make sure to book months out since they are booked for the head spa. The 120-minute Japanese head treatment I purchased didn't match what was advertised at all. There was no metal fountain water flow--just something closer to an extended hair wash with handheld sprayers and massagers. The scalp analysis was limited to one spot before and after, which was disappointing. Adam was kind and answered my questions, and the massage chairs were nice, but I believe he was limited with the equipment he had at hand. I have used Groupon for many years to try new spa services, and when I have a good experience, I often return as a regular customer. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely frustrating. After purchasing the Groupon, I had difficulty reaching the business to schedule. Once I finally heard back, the first available appointment was about two months out. Approximately two weeks before the appointment, my appointment time was changed without asking me first, although I accepted it because the new time still worked. Then, the evening before the appointment I had waited two months for, the business cancelled due to a provider's family emergency. I was understanding and expressed condolences. The issue was what happened afterward. The rescheduling process was confusing and took place over many text messages. The scheduler made multiple errors before a new appointment time was finally settled. Shortly after that, I was told the time needed to change again. When I acknowledged that I appreciated them working with my schedule, especially since the original appointment had been cancelled last minute after a two-month wait, the response I received felt unnecessarily defensive and dismissive rather than customer-focused. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was given the owner's number. My phone conversation with the owner, Jeff, was extremely disappointing. I did not feel heard or treated professionally. Instead of receiving a reasonable apology or attempt to resolve the situation, I was told I was no longer welcome at the business and was banned. The most concerning part is that my Groupon had already been marked as redeemed even though I never received the service. I am now having to dispute this through Groupon. I had an appointment scheduled with Clinical Care 365 for over three weeks and arranged my weekend around it. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and received no answer. When I arrived, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me at all. To make matters worse, another person standing there was experiencing the exact same issue. This level of disorganization is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Patients invest their time and trust when scheduling appointments, and Clinical Care 365, under Jeff Turner's ownership, failed to provide even the most basic level of communication and customer service. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I asked for a management phone number so I could express my concerns, I was given a number that turned out to be the office's front desk line--the same office I had just walked out of. Then, when I requested an email address for the owner, I was provided one that was invalid and undeliverable. At that point, it felt nearly impossible to reach anyone who could address the issue or take responsibility for what happened. Between the missing appointment, the lack of communication, and the inaccurate contact information, the entire experience left me with little confidence in the professionalism and management of this business. They want all your info including UNNECESSARY INFO they wanted my drivers license and other personal data. I said that is not standard and they said yes it is. Give it or cancel your appointment. We are a true medical clinic. So I called my normal clinic to ask and they said we will never ask or collect that from you so buyer beware. UPDATE; owner added a generic reply UNLESS you are using your insurance you do not need my drivers license. I called several other medical practices and confirmed this. read more

This place is an absolute joke. My sister gifted me a Japanese head spa massage for my birthday, I drove an hour and a half to this med spa just for them to tell us that " something came up" and that they needed to reschedule us. After rescheduling for 3 months later, my sister and I get a text less than 24 hours before our appointment that " something came up" and they needed to move our time. Due to my sister having a job that was not going to work for us. They said they could reschedule us again. For being such a "luxurious" spa place you would think they would stay true to their word and take care of the clients. NEVER EVER coming back there again. If you're going to over book yourselves maybe learn you damn lesson and stop over booking clients. ZERO STARS TO THIS PLACE. I normally do not write reviews but I am very disappointed with my experience. The Botox did not take at all, and despite multiple attempts to reach the office, no one has returned my calls. I was told I could come back for a touch-up because there were units I paid for left unused, but I have not been able to schedule an appointment or get any response.
