Her neck became so inflamed that she returned one week later to be sure this was normal; she was told it was. After 7 weeks of excruciating pain, 2 trips to the hospital with complaints of dizziness, cloudy-head, confusion, unable to walk steady and so uncomfortable that she pulled away from her family and friends due to depression, we finally went for another opinion. The other dermatologist was HORRIFIED that Dr. Neyman prescribed these two drugs concurrently and had my mom stop taking them immediately. This office has no clue how to work with elderly patients. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Cara Mia…read more During my office visit, they attempted to remove a skin lesion using a cryotherapy procedure, which was billed to my insurance. I was told to wait seven days for the results. When it became clear that the procedure had been unsuccessful, I contacted the office 10 days after my original visit and returned to have the same lesion treated again. Because this was essentially a repeat of the same procedure on the same lesion--and because the first attempt was unsuccessful--I was surprised to later receive a bill for my patient responsibility after my insurance had also been billed. Even more concerning, I discovered that my insurance company had been billed twice for the same procedure. I have contacted my insurance company to report the apparent duplicate billing, and I have also tried to address the issue directly with Cara Mia. Unfortunately, when I have asked to speak with a manager, I have been given the runaround rather than receiving a clear explanation or resolution. I'm sharing this because billing transparency and good customer service matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Cara Mia.

I show up and im told that my appointment was double booked. ??? I don't understand what happened abd all the receptionist would say is you will need to re book your appointment. I don't trust this practice and now I have to call them back and text them so I don't get charged for not showing up for my original appointment in September. I have been getting my lips done from Restor for about 3 years now. She suggested we START OVER and dissolve the filler that was migrating past my lip boarder (where you put lip liner) and re-inject when the tissue was ready. *PS they dissolve filler for free if they injected it. So all the little bumpies, and balls of filler girls get that ish dissolved.* I was SO SCARED that I would have deflated lips, but I am so happy I trusted the presses of what Mallory calls "lip rehab".
