While she was polite, the interaction felt somewhat impersonal, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I can always get in to be seen within a reasonable time frame - other dermatologists have made me wait up to four months to be seen. The staff is always professional and courteous. The office is always running on time so mine is never wasted by sitting in the waiting room for long periods waiting to be seen. Dr Greene shows how much he cares about his patients by giving the time necessary to answer all questions etc. I have never felt rushed out if there. He consistently cares more about patient care than profit by being realistic in your care and not advising you to do unnecessary procedures. I have sensitive skin and HS so I'm prone to skin problems. He's managed to get my HS completely under control which no other dermatologist was able to do. He does a fantastic job on my injectables.
