When I asked his medical assistant to change it she told me she couldnt because it was Barker's music. I had nothing to cover my eyes. I watched my body fluids being sent thru a tube directly above my head. I felt extreme pain throughout the procedure which I voiced but was ignored. None of his assistants helped me change positions and I had informed his staff that I had a severe back issue. Dr. Barker revised a scar. This mess was lying on the instrument table which was pointed out to me. For goodness sake, when I shared the facts abiut this horrific procedure, Dr. Barker's nurse suggested I get counseling. I was taken back to the exam room almost immediately. The exam room was at a comfortable temperature and I was seen by Jacquline, Dr. Lee's assistant. This was to do intake questions , screening questions ect. She was very professional and had a warm demeanor. After that Dr. Lee came and did an exam and was phenomenal in her bedside manner. She was so informative and took care and time to go over everything that I needed to know and then some. I wasn't nervous at all because of this. I came with pictures and a plan and Dr Lee explained body shapes and the outcome of things like this. If you want A, you have to have B. There was no confusion. Photos were taken and consent can be given or denied. Viviana , Dr. Lee's scheduler then came and explained the more administration area of the appointment as well as timelines , costs, insurance procedures ect. It took about an hour for the entire appointment. It was 5 stars from start to finish. No upselling , no pressure , no disrespect whatsoever.
