Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them -- and neither does basic integrity.

I've gone a few months without my facial during the holidays and I can see a noticeable difference. They also have other services such as Botox, fillers, lasers. I had my last session of Morpheus8 and excited to see the end result. The staff has become like family, I always look forward to seeing Angela and Caitlin. They're welcoming and has an ear to listen to your concern and gives amazing feedback without trying to upsell you. Can we talk about the interior? I responded to an advertisement from Laguna Med Spa for a HIFU treatment that was advertised for $59. After my appointment, the manager strongly pressured me to purchase additional treatment packages that I repeatedly said I wasn't interested in. Eventually, she lowered the price and encouraged me to apply for a CareCredit account. I was told that if I was not approved by their Good Faith Exam nurse because of medical concerns, I would not be charged. Based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed. However, my CareCredit account was immediately charged $2,500. The very next day, I had a video consultation with their Good Faith Exam nurse, who determined that I was not a candidate for the treatment because I had high-risk medical factors. Despite being denied for the procedure, the $2,500 charge remained on my CareCredit account. I contacted Laguna Med Spa multiple times over the following months, but my calls and requests were ignored. I even returned to the office in person and asked to speak with the manager, who refused to meet with me. Cindy told me to continue making my monthly CareCredit payments and promised she would resolve the issue. I trusted her, but now, four months later, I still have not received my refund. My calls are no longer returned, and the charge remains on my account. Based on my personal experience, I believe the company made promises that were not honored and provided very poor customer service after the sale. I encourage anyone considering doing business with Laguna Med Spa to be extremely careful, ask for everything in writing, and fully understand any financing agreement before signing.
