Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice.
