First of all, my appointment was so easy to make, she was so kind and helpful on the phone. Fast forward to appointment day- She broke down and educated me on all my options, asked about my budget, and was so incredibly real and relatable about things in general. As far as the actual procedure (or whatever the correct word is for wrinkle treatment haha)....... I am usually a fainter, or someone who gets a little woozy with injections or shots etc. You guys.... I am not exaggerating when I say I did not feel a thing. No pain whatsoever, and didn't see a single star in the air!!! She better never leave cause she's not gettin rid of me as a client now!! I'm blown away in every way. HIGHLY highly recommend.

I tried everything I knew how to do on my own - more masks, different lotions, drying lotions, diet changes. It really only started changing for the better when I started seeing Stacy and using some of the products she recommended (specifically an acne peptide blend and revitalizer by Viktoria Dean). I grew up with acne, and so have always been obsessed with the proper care of my skin to avoid future scarring. I am so grateful to Stacy for her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care she has for her clients. She is so knowledgable - you can ask her anything about the particular lotions or methods she is using during a facial and learn quite a bit as well. Definitely recommend her and her services!

Not only is the atmosphere…read morerelaxing & quiet, Stacy is the perfect balance of being friendly, making you feel super comfortable and allowing you to enjoy your time of being pampered & still. I receive a microcurrent facial each month, Stacy uses the most up to date technology and keeps current in the industry. The facials are a holistic approach to skin tightening and keeps me from needing botox and filler, which I love! Before and after pictures were taken before I started the microcurrent series so I could see that it was doing the trick. A few years ago, I started using an at home microcurrent device thinking it could take the place of going to a professional. I was mistaken though, it doesn't give NEAR the results as the TAMA technology that Stacy uses. Night and day difference! I have a fair complexion with thin sparse eyelashes. I decided to try the Hawrych lash enhancer and it made an incredible difference on my lashes, they are substantially longer & darker now and the last time I went in, Stacy for real thought I had mascara on! Stacy is knowledgeable about all things skincare. Not only do I see an expert esthetician, I've also made a friend...can't recommend Stacy enough!

My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.

I felt as though my concerns were completely ignored and that I was treated with very little respect as a customer. I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative companies before doing business here.
