I don't understand all the negative reviews…read more I've had ComfortPro out 3 times for things at my house.. First time, they came out because our AC wasnt working right. The guy told us he could either charge us $450 because it was neglected maintenance, or if we signed up for a one year contract, we could get our furnace cleaned as well, and pay $200 less in total. Second time they came out for the furnace cleaning and actually showed us a few things that we could do to have a better running furnace/hvac system. Third time was today. I saw water under my furnace. Tech was in the house... ID'd the problem, and had the issue fixed within an hour. I dont have much to compare them to price wise, but the service has been great so far.

Ryan's plumbing is exceptional and I highly recommend them…read more I had 2 plumbing emergencies and Ryan's Plumbing's service was fantastic. I had a leak in my water heater that shut down the electric panel. I called Ryan's and Sam (the man!) came right over. Sam checked everything and found the leak which wasn't easy and had destroyed the electrical on it as well as the water reservoir. He told me it would need to be replaced because the electronics on the WH panel were soaked and, to be honest, it was old and not the best water heater. It came with the house. They carry a great brand of water heater, went and got it, and replaced it and the reservoir and some bad pipes. He even called an electrician about my electric panel shutting off and was able to explain why it shut off and the suggestion on what to do next. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, even checked other areas of the house I was concerned with. My 2nd emergency happened on a Saturday night and the water heater relief valve tripped. I called, they told me to turn the water heater off and they'd be there first thing in the morning, and they were. Ryan came out, checked the water pressure, and it was high. It broke the water relief valve and it needed to be replaced. It took a few hours on a Sunday, but he fixed everything, and we haven't had an issue since. I'm going to have them out again to replace some plumbing items I have concerns with just to be on the safe side. There is no one I would trust more with my plumbing needs. They go above and beyond every time. I'm so glad I found them. I also had a leak in my garbage disposal and needed it replaced. I contacted Ryan's Plumbing and had the best experience. Scheduling was easy and they had several recommendations for disposals. While installing, one of my pipes actually fell apart because it was old and corroded and they had a replacement pipe ready. Alex and Sam did a great job getting everything installed, explaining what was done and provided tips on keeping it in good working order. Very clean, professional, quality work for a good price. I'm thankful to them and thankful to have a reliable plumber I can call when needed.

I asked for quotes on both a mid and high efficiency systems. We went with the high efficiency system due to rebates and lower energy costs. Pricing was what I expected for a quality system. System has been working great and I am glad we picked Scatton's and Carrier.

So we can't be fooled. The tech tried to tell us that we needed to replace the control board. That's a $2,000 repair. We said no, but still had to pay $300 for his service call. Then we called a competitor who showed us that our problem was a hypo-allergenic heater filter with a weave so tight that the heater shut down rather than pump more air through that filter. It cost us $150 for the other guy's site visit and $35 at Lowe's for a new, less tightly woven filter. Problem solved. Don't go to Scatton's.

Brandon was able to offer a variety of energy efficient designs with fair and attractive pricing. We chose a burner with efficiency close to 90% combined with an indirect water heater. We kept the original four heating zones & added one more for the indirect water heater. The installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation did away with zone valves and utilized separate circulating pumps for each zone. The hot water zone is set up to have priority over the heating zones to provide for domestic hot water as needed. Super job. The entire staff from office to technicians was responsive and professional. We are very happy to have found this company.
