The entire time the crews (Siding and Painting) were in my yard, I felt like angels were hovering. The Siding crew had beautiful, peaceful eyes. I rarely heard them talk but when I was able to hear them, they spoke quietly to each other. They worked from 8:30am to 7:30-8:30pm, cleaned up, then came back the next morning with the same amount of energy to work all day long. The Painters were amazing!!!!! I loved the Girl Power they had and the male leader that helped them along the way. They worked the same hours, 10-12 hours per day in the heat. The gutter crew did the work in 2 hours and it is beautiful and matches the paint perfectly. It is impossible to not like Mr. Dibble. Enock was gentle, encouraging, pastor-ly, and father-ly in the way he advised me. Dayana proactively communicated with me daily on EVERYthing. They paid attention to me and were totally trustworthy in whatever they advised me to do. We are thankful that we went through Lowe's and that Lowe's sent ABC. I can add only that ABC learn to be like McDonalds. Ask about add-ons up front and DON'T be afraid to discuss money, especially the final payment, which took several phone calls, probably ten customer service agents who avoided telling me the issue, but then came HOPE today who told me the bottom line about the addition to the second half of the payment. HOPE was brave enough to tell me - lol. Be like McDonalds. They offer the add-on of a hot apple pie or drink and give the price without hesitation at the order box. They don't wait until you get to the pay window to hesitantly offer an add-on or the total price. They don't wait until you get to the pickup window, either. They do it at the order board. ABC should not be afraid to offer add-ons that Lowe's allows or they see are needed, right up front, so as not to have the customer getting the hesitation from several Customer service reps over several days when the project is finished. OTHERWISE, LOWE'S WAS PERFECT IN SENDING ABC AND I HAVE TOLD MANY, MANY, MANY PEOPLE TO USE LOWE'S FOR PROJECTS to be assured of getting people that can be trusted AND TO USE ABC FOR THEIR HOME REMODELING NEEDS. I LOVE ABC and all the people I dealt with there, including Mr. Jim Dibble (great man), Enock (gentle, wise, pastor-ly, fatherly, Supervisor), Dayana who communicated with me proactively almost daily, Ty, Stacie, Dusti, and Renaldo. Hired BlueBuilt to install new gutters, fascia, and crown molding…read more They removed the old gutters, then planned to leave me without gutters for 5 days. To their credit, they scrambled to get a crew in sooner but had also left a dumpster in my driveway, blocking my garage, and junk in my yard, while I was being told to wait through rainstorms without gutters while other customers take precedent due to "scheduling issues". The dumpster was picked up but the dumpster they brought in was overkill and the removal truck put gashes in my driveway. Additionally, while i was paying for crown molding on the entire house, they initially left out a section that was only later installed (at 6:30am when I woke up to hammering on my bedroom wall) after much pulling of teeth. Also damaged existing soffit the first day, said they would replace, later said they would not, then did replace but scuffed up all of the painted fascia. Brackets for the old downspouts were remove, but the exposed wood was not repainted. I had to ask for these to be repainted and not all of them ever were. They try to do their best but do not have their own gutter crews, did not manage them the crews they had, and did not communicate almost anything to me. Also gave me three different project managers, none of who had much idea of what was going on at any time. Clean up was minimal. I cleaned up dozens of nails in my yard and driveway afterwards with a magnet.
