Shoutout to the team for being so accommodating and for not laughing at us when we said we wanted to make a day of it. 10/10, highly recommend bringing your besties!

I received confirmations for everything as seen in attached. When I arrived, the front desk person acted like my presence was an inconvenience and simply said, "We don't have anyone here who can do that." I showed her the emails and she agreed I should've had appointments... but that was it. I explained I was leaving town the next day and asked if they could squeeze in just one quick treatment (less than 15 minutes). She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. Silver lining: I called SkinSpirit down the street and they were AMAZING -- warm, helpful, and got me in last minute. I officially found my new med spa!
