I called the salon the next day to let them know what happened. They said they would inform the technician who worked on me, but honestly, they didn't seem very concerned about it. There was no apology, no offer to make it right -- just a casual acknowledgment and that was it. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. Accidents can happen, but the lack of empathy or accountability made the whole experience worse. I won't be returning.
