I made a last-minute appointment due to my busy work schedule, and several other places weren't able to help me the same day. Even though they were very busy, Plush Derma truly went above and beyond. From the very first phone call, Karina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. They have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient, and the process was seamless thanks to her help. The clinic itself is super clean, modern, and very welcoming. You feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. The entire team is professional, attentive, and truly makes you feel valued as a client--even from the first call. I am not a rich person and couldn't afford most of the tattoo removal places on the market and Clean Slate has given me the opportunity for removal as I've wanted it for years! They make it affordable for people who otherwise wouldn't have this opportunity. They have numbing agent optional for a small additional price and everyone there is awesome!! They are all so kind and helpful and non judgmental which is important. The money they get from tattoo removal gets used to fund their community programs which is a huge plus!
