My main concerns were dull, dry skin, so she did a Hydrafacial and finished with a cooling mask. My skin felt clean, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. After the facial, they have a consultation to go over other treatments they offer. I understand they're introducing their services, but I felt the sales pitch was a little too pushy. Even after I said I wasn't interested at the moment, I still felt pressured to purchase a service. Other than that, I had a great experience and would come back to see Leslie again.

I came in the other day to get my moles removed. When I walk in, I was greeted by Amy. She was…read moresuper friendly and walk me through the process. I came in without an appointment but she said the procedure wouldn't take too long. The prices to get moles removed are definitely reasonable. I notice that it was a bit small when I first came in but there are three desperate rooms that are big. There's beds and a bunch of the products she uses. She first applied the numbing cream on my face and was very gentle. I was a bit scared but she said it won't hurt much. Around 15-20 minutes after she applied the numbing cream, she had my lay on the bed. The bed was very comfy and had a warm heating pad. She reassure that the process won't hurt and if it did hurt to let her know. I had a handful of moles all over my face and two big ones. It did sting a bit but it wasn't too bad. If it did start to sting a bit more, I let her know and she would stop the process and apply ice to numb it some more or another kind of cream. She was really kind about it and patient with my low pain tolerance. After getting all my moles, she apply ointment and apply a small tape to protect the moles. The tape is clear and blends with my skin so it isn't too noticeable. She answered all the questions I had about the after care and she walk me through. She said it would take around 10-14 days and said the tape she apply would fall off on its own. It has only been a day since the procedure but I will update my review once the healing process has passed. Based on my experience with Amy, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Hopefully the healing process goes smooth!

They did what they could but told me to contact a dermatologist for further treatment and diagnosis. After multiple offices told me I'd have to wait weeks to months, Renu Dermatology was able to get me in the same week. Dr. Nguyen performed a punch biopsy on my skin, thoroughly explained the lab results to me, and provided the proper treatment. I also got treated here for my eczema. He prescribed medication that gave me the clearest skin I've seen in YEARS. I was finally able to wear clothes I couldn't wear before due to insecurity about my skin's appearance. I eventually ran out of the medication, so my eczema has been gradually returning. I plan on scheduling another appointment. I previously went to my primary care doctor for help with my eczema, but I always felt rushed, had to wait a long time despite having an appointment, the staff weren't very knowledgeable, were rude, the treatment was ineffective, and I was referred to a dermatologist with poor reviews. It ruined my view of seeking dermatologic care until I found Renu Dermatology. Dr. Nguyen and Nurse Vanessa are amazing. Nurse Vanessa was always in the room during my appointments, which made me feel more comfortable. They take their time with appointments, are gentle, listen carefully, and explain things thoroughly. They're punctual as well--I never experienced long wait times here. The office is located in the Martin Luther Medical Plaza with plenty of parking.
