When I finally had the chance to say why we were there she said it wasn't possible for us to look around because they are an appointment only shop. I get businesses have policies and she may have been overwhelmed with the load of the day but her delivery was very rude and off putting. It's unfortunate because we would have booked an appointment if we saw what we were looking for but I wouldn't trust someone so rude to pierce my skin.

Don't remember his name I'm horrible with names but never forget a face. Older black man with locs deep warm voice like a dad lol. But he was great. I got a double nose piercing; two on my right nostril and he made the process fast and held conversation to take my mind off him basically stabbing me in the nose twice lol. I love the placement of them being side to side and he used this measuring tool to check his spacing. I was in and out of there in under 20 mins with paperwork, getting my license copied, paying, picking jewelry, piercing, and the aftercare talk. Clean studio, smells of incense not smoke like a previous review I saw stated. I came in on a Tuesday they do half off select piercings. Picked out two little studs 2 for $40 but if you want the basic traditional studs it's 2 for $20. All in all I'm highly satisfied with how I was serviced and I'll be back when I heal up to possibly change to a hoop. Or get a new piercing. Parking isn't the best. We agreed with their recommendation and got to the table with not much of wait. Everyone was very inviting, the place itself looked really cool and eclectic. I immediately thought of coming back for a flash deal if we were ever in town again! Very clean, very sterile, and very friendly -- so why one less star?? Unfortunately both our fine line tattoos have faded by the end of the week. The pressure didn't feel deep enough for either of us and the line work is VERY light. We already want them touched up but since we're not from the area, we'd have to find another artist. BUT that shouldn't take away fully from the good experience!
