When we got there the process moved quickly, was very clear and everyone was friendly. Pretty good selection of jewelry with lots of options. Everything looked clean and felt private. Desiree did an incredible job! She was very patient, friendly, professional and did an incredible job on all three piercings! We loved all of the art in the gallery and overall look of the place. Instructions for care are given in a pamphlet to take home and emailed to you...very thorough! Overall a great experience...highly recommend!

Why say you take walk-ins when you clearly can't handle walk-ins? There was zero communication from the two front desk workers. When we arrived they never said "we only have one piercer and there's 9 groups in front of you so please know it may take awhile". Even TGIFridays knows how to do that. We have now made an appointment at a parlor in Woodstock GA that takes appointments so my daughter won't be disappointed like this again. If you want to wait on an uncomfortable wooden bench for 3hrs with no updates throughout, go for it, but i won't be coming back.

Looking at the website, I was immediately drawn to Jinx as a queer person looking to get a nerdy tattoo, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them! The shop itself is very clean and bright with relaxing house music playing. If you're nervous about going to a typical tattoo parlor, definitely consider coming here! Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure in the process, and that was really reassuring as a tattoo newbie. Their work was exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I decided to take the plunge and finally get tattooed. I will 10000% be back for something else by Jinx! (I'll add photos once healed :))

The woman at the front desk who was very unapproachable with a bunch of facial piercings was the reason I could not return to the shop. I called in a panic because I was not given a heads up. She got us all completed within 30 mins and was super friendly along the journey. My only reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is because this place was pretty pricey for what we got. We each paid about $50 after tax for our nose piercing which included the jewelry & the cleaning solution and that was with a mall discount for working in the mall. Based on the pricing for that minor job I wouldn't recommend them mainly because I can only imagine what larger jobs would cost! **Also all tattoos can only be paid in cash** All in all, it's a nice place just a bit pricey!

Was contacted that same day that they except walk-in clients. I informed them that I would be there the next day. Well today is the next day and they are not opened. Their shop hours are 11:00 am - 8 pm. I arrived at 11 am and the gate was still down. I immediately messaged the person that helped me the day before and they could not get a hold of the store manager. They were very communicative and keep trying to reach out to the manager. They said the manager never answered. I eventually just left. It was noon and the shop still had not opened. I won't be going back. This was my sign to steer away from this location. I saw other Google reviews saying the same thing; however, I still took a chance. I noticed that a lot of these shops do poor service based on the demographics. Sad but true. I won't be doing business with them.

I've shopped around other studios by walking in and would quickly decide if I would get a piercing there or not. I went to what's been circulating on my social media but no where felt as warm and welcoming as V&V! As soon as I walked in, Bertha greeted with a smile and hello, she was with another customer but still took a few seconds to acknowledge me and speak to me. When it was my turn, Bertha was such an amazing and friendly where picking out my jewelry felt like just shopping with a friend. And to Nic (my piercer)? Phenomenal. We took our time to make sure I was happy with the placements and having casual conversations over just books and family. I am SO happy with my piercings, but overall with finding a studio with absolutely amazing people who care about the service they provide. They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!

We wanted to get fine line Star Wars themed tattoos -- we provided the image and they advised to make the image a little bigger so the lines won't look shriveled over time. We agreed with their recommendation and got to the table with not much of wait. Everyone was very inviting, the place itself looked really cool and eclectic. I immediately thought of coming back for a flash deal if we were ever in town again! Very clean, very sterile, and very friendly -- so why one less star?? Unfortunately both our fine line tattoos have faded by the end of the week. The pressure didn't feel deep enough for either of us and the line work is VERY light. We already want them touched up but since we're not from the area, we'd have to find another artist. BUT that shouldn't take away fully from the good experience! Maybe if we weren't leaving to the airport after this, we would've been able to speak up and say to go a smidge thicker. Or perhaps we should've visited in the beginning of our trip so we can return for touch ups at the end of our trip after the first couple of days of healing. Not sure. But still good vibes here!
