When we got there the process moved quickly, was very clear and everyone was friendly. Pretty good selection of jewelry with lots of options. Everything looked clean and felt private. Desiree did an incredible job! She was very patient, friendly, professional and did an incredible job on all three piercings! We loved all of the art in the gallery and overall look of the place. Instructions for care are given in a pamphlet to take home and emailed to you...very thorough! Overall a great experience...highly recommend!

Why say you take walk-ins when you clearly can't handle walk-ins? There was zero communication from the two front desk workers. When we arrived they never said "we only have one piercer and there's 9 groups in front of you so please know it may take awhile". Even TGIFridays knows how to do that. We have now made an appointment at a parlor in Woodstock GA that takes appointments so my daughter won't be disappointed like this again. If you want to wait on an uncomfortable wooden bench for 3hrs with no updates throughout, go for it, but i won't be coming back.

Looking at the website, I was immediately drawn to Jinx as a queer person looking to get a nerdy tattoo, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them! The shop itself is very clean and bright with relaxing house music playing. If you're nervous about going to a typical tattoo parlor, definitely consider coming here! Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure in the process, and that was really reassuring as a tattoo newbie. Their work was exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I decided to take the plunge and finally get tattooed. I will 10000% be back for something else by Jinx! (I'll add photos once healed :))

Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! The talent throughout the entire shop is clearly top-tier, and the high-end atmosphere makes the experience even better. This is by far the best tattoo I've ever received. Oz is a master of his craft, and we will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The woman at the front desk who was very unapproachable with a bunch of facial piercings was the reason I could not return to the shop. I called in a panic because I was not given a heads up. I've had 9 tattoos and 11 piercings over the last 20 years so I have been to a few shops! I stumbled upon Olde School when I wanted to get my septum pierced and Jeremy was AWESOME! He's so friendly and also quick, I barely felt the piercing.. sincerely! Every time I've been to the shop he and the gals at the front are welcoming and smiling. While checking out I looked at the artwork for Ash Munn and decided to come back for a small tattoo to see how we could collaborate for a big piece I have wanted for a long time. I got a tiny matching tattoo with my husband and during the session I talked about what I was looking for in a back piece. Let me just say, she LISTENED and delivered! She captured all of the themes/elements/textures I wanted and wrapped them into a beautiful piece of artwork! I always feel so comfortable in her chair, for example, my first line work session I was booked for the day but tapped out after a few hours... unlike most artists she was so accommodating and was kind. My next two sessions I got into a deep trance state almost and the feeling was cathartic and therapeutic, exploring deep pain and feeling the physical representation of that emotional state... I trusted her as my guide on this dark journey and I felt seen and supported. She is a fantastic artist and also is quick, which helps a lot! We still have a few sessions to go but here is the progress so far! Highly recommend this shop/Ash

However, the artist I saw here made my tattoo look even worse than it did before the touch up. It looks so botched now. I hate it. Lines are too thick/blocky in places wrong size needle was used. Color/ink did not last very long at all even though I've been keeping it out of the sun and moisturized. Very unhappy with the end result. It's so faded now my best option is to try to save up for laser tattoo removal. Which is more painful than the tattoo it self and crazy expensive great. The antenna on the butterfly looks awful. The tattoo no longer looks dainty and delicate like before. I regret ever coming here. The first tattoo artist (female) I went to was a much better artist and paid much better attention to detail. I just want my money back. I paid $80 in cash but I'm sure the artist would not refund at this point. I also regret getting a belly piercing here it got badly infected at first because cheap jewelry was used. $50 down the drain. The only thing that healed it was using Himalayan sea salt and warm water in a cup. I had to switch to titanium jewelry once it healed. Eventually I just took it out because years later it still gets irritated now I have a permanent scar. I hate to be negative but please do not come here for a touchup or belly piercing.
