I went on a Friday, about 40 minutes after they opened. My friend and I were the only ones there (that we saw) and a few people came in to ask questions about piercings (which they also do!). Our father passed away so this was our way of remembering him. We didn't have anything with his writing except for his drivers license. They actually recreated PERFECTLY! It didn't take long for the transfer to be created and tattooed. I was given easy to follow aftercare instructions and done. Next, I decided to get my nose pierced by Meredith the same day. I have low tolerance for pain but she talked me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable. She reassured me that she would be quick and she was. She was very thorough with aftercare instructions and educated me in what to know and look for during the healing process. I had to make a return trip because I snatched my nose ring out by accident and It closed in minutes. I was terrified of the pain. Again Meredith did an AMAZING job! all piercers here are amazing but the new apprentice lucas offered to give me a free tattoo while…read morehelping me pay for my nipple piercings. when i came to my first appointment he was 2 hours late without letting me know. on the second appointment he redid my stencil about 8 times because he was arguing about where he wanted to place it even though i told him exactly where i wanted the placement. Then he argued with his teacher about what needle sizes to use. The entire time he was grinding on my skin very aggressively with a paper towel, and i was bleeding a lot, which shouldn't have happened for the size and placement. he then started tracing my tattoo with white ink without asking me, and when i asked what he was doing and told him to stop, he refused and said "his boss told him to". then he kept going back over the same lines until i was in so much pain i had to ask him to stop 3 times. he kept going back over the lines after i had asked him to stop tattooing me saying "just let me finish this part". not only that but he dropped his towels on the ground and didn't change his gloves at least twice. my partner was there and saw the whole thing. even his teacher told him to stop arguing with me, and stop being so aggressive with me. he did not demonstrate this behavior before i denied his advances towards me when we were discussing the tattoo plans prior. when i sent a picture of the tattoo i wanted to have covered up (appropriately angled & cropped) and he said it was sexy, and kept demanding i send him different angles of the tattoo needing to be covered. then in both appointments he first told me i wasn't wearing enough clothes, and when i came back with a skirt (so that i wouldn't have to remove my pants entirely for the tattoo) he told me i had "too much fabric" and tried to convince me to take the skirt off.
