He's so friendly and also quick, I barely felt the piercing.. sincerely! Every time I've been to the shop he and the gals at the front are welcoming and smiling. While checking out I looked at the artwork for Ash Munn and decided to come back for a small tattoo to see how we could collaborate for a big piece I have wanted for a long time. I got a tiny matching tattoo with my husband and during the session I talked about what I was looking for in a back piece. Let me just say, she LISTENED and delivered! She captured all of the themes/elements/textures I wanted and wrapped them into a beautiful piece of artwork! I always feel so comfortable in her chair, for example, my first line work session I was booked for the day but tapped out after a few hours... unlike most artists she was so accommodating and was kind. My next two sessions I got into a deep trance state almost and the feeling was cathartic and therapeutic, exploring deep pain and feeling the physical representation of that emotional state... I trusted her as my guide on this dark journey and I felt seen and supported. She is a fantastic artist and also is quick, which helps a lot! all piercers here are amazing but the new apprentice lucas offered to give me a free tattoo while helping me pay for my nipple piercings. when i came to my first appointment he was 2 hours late without letting me know. on the second appointment he redid my stencil about 8 times because he was arguing about where he wanted to place it even though i told him exactly where i wanted the placement. Then he argued with his teacher about what needle sizes to use. The entire time he was grinding on my skin very aggressively with a paper towel, and i was bleeding a lot, which shouldn't have happened for the size and placement. he then started tracing my tattoo with white ink without asking me, and when i asked what he was doing and told him to stop, he refused and said "his boss told him to". then he kept going back over the same lines until i was in so much pain i had to ask him to stop 3 times. he kept going back over the lines after i had asked him to stop tattooing me saying "just let me finish this part". not only that but he dropped his towels on the ground and didn't change his gloves at least twice. my partner was there and saw the whole thing. even his teacher told him to stop arguing with me, and stop being so aggressive with me. he did not demonstrate this behavior before i denied his advances towards me when we were discussing the tattoo plans prior. when i sent a picture of the tattoo i wanted to have covered up (appropriately angled & cropped) and he said it was sexy, and kept demanding i send him different angles of the tattoo needing to be covered. then in both appointments he first told me i wasn't wearing enough clothes, and when i came back with a skirt (so that i wouldn't have to remove my pants entirely for the tattoo) he told me i had "too much fabric" and tried to convince me to take the skirt off. read more

I didn't get any after care instructions other than to wash it with unscented soap when I normally get a pamphlet after a new piercing, but that would be the only thing I would change. read more

My first ever experience in a tattoo shop was just at Olde School tattoo. I got both of my earlobes pierced. I tend to be a little anxious with needles but I didn't even need to tell the artist this because his service was so phenomenal. I actually felt woozy twice after the piercing (it's completely normal with me) and he told me to take as much time as I needed to feel comfortable, brought me water and a ring pop- talk about customer service. He made me feel at ease instantly, was professional, and did a quick but top quality job. Not to mention the Star Wars decorations there were awesome. Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Very helpful for my first experience. I always tip out of principle but the pricing was so fair I felt obliged to leave a good tip. Literal thieves! Its bad enough that not a single employee in there was wearing a mask, and every single one was incredibly rude. Like you were bothering them with your business, but against my better judgment I booked bc of all the good reviews. After taking a $50 deposit for the "artist time" i found a better, cleaner, friendlier place. I called to cancel 3 WEEKS EARLY and they REFUSED! to give me ANY PART of my deposit back. This parlor has an ambience like no other I've been to. I was coming in 30 minutes before closing for a tragus piercing. Being that tattoo parlors have a reputation for less than personable artist I was very apprehensive. Tattoos and piercings are risky and can cause extra anxiety. But the down to earth and accepting welcome I received made me know I had come to the right place. My trague piercing is perfect! I have had minimal pain...I mean MINIMAL!!! The other thing I love is I'm a nurse and they would not let me get my other tragus pierced until the first was healed due to greater risk of infections in hospitals (phones and stethoscopes) and the need to be able to sleep well on one side. For my 50th this year, I decided to get a nose piercing. I heard it was better to get it from a tattoo shop than the mall. So, after looking at reviews Olde Town was selected. I was very nervous about it because in the back of my mind, I always think about what could go wrong. Also, I have a low tolerance for pain(doesn't everyone?). I went alone that day as my child had been bugging me not to be a wimp..peer pressure. I went and got it done. It all happened so quickly, I didn't have time to change my mind. Jeremy was very professional and great at what he does. He informed me about how to care for it. I was in and out of the door in less than 15 minutes. So I decided around 2200 on a Sunday night that I wanted to get a piercing. Why not? All the stores were closed & I couldn't get supplies for my crafting, so why not another hole? New to the area, so went on trusty ol' Yelp to find a reputable shop 1) close by, & 2) still open this late on a Sunday night. Stumbled onto Olde School's review page. They didn't have many reviews, but the ones that they had were good. Plus they were still open! Strolled in about 2230 or so when I'm sure the staff wanted nothing more than to clean up & close up shop to go home. The guy (turns out his name is Jeremy) was still friendly & very helpful despite our great timing. He was very informative, patient while I decided on exact placement of my forward helix, & he was also very clean (I could smell the disinfectant & see that the table had just been freshly wiped down before he called us back). So far, so good! I appreciated the breathing technique tip for the actual piercing (which, btw, was surprisingly less painful than I had expected based on previous cartilage piercings). Jeremy was thorough, quick, clean, & I couldn't complain about the pricing! I definitely recommend Olde School & Jeremy for your piercing needs. I already want more & will likely be back! read more

I had wanted a daith piercing for years but was afraid to take the plunge due to the info on the internet saying it would be painful and take forever to heal. Yesterday I decided on a whim to take the plunge and went in to see Jeremy. It was an amazing experience. Paperwork was fast and efficient and before I knew it I was in the room. Jeremy and I talked about what I wanted and why (chronic headaches... Plus I love the way they look!) and he explained the procedure. He washed and sanitized his hands and got to work. I think the piercing itself took about 2 seconds and felt like a sharp, intense pinch. He inserted the ring, cleaned me up, and I was good to go.After the piercing, Jeremy went over aftercare and told me what to expect with healing. The whole thing took about a half hour from walking in to walking out. The best part is that I've had absolutely no pain since! I can move the earring around when I clean it and it's not even too sensitive. I honestly can't wait to go back for more now. Thanks for everything, Jeremy! read more

Came here to get a nose piercing back in November 2020. Customer service was great and Amanda was my piercer. She was very sweet but, this shop carries low quality jewelry. Two weeks later I got an allergic reaction to my piercing because it contained nickel. It was terrible and lasted for weeks. I went to Now or Never Tattoo in Conyers GA to get it removed and replaced with a surgical steel piercing. My piercer there said the jewelry was cheap and way to long (it was and L- shape). I believe piercing shops should carry high quality hoops and studs to prevent any allergic reaction to it. But overall this place was pleasant. If you're going for a piercing make sure to ask for surgical steel or titanium. Cheap jewelry is not the way to go! read more

I got my tattoo done by Paul Major, and it is Legendary. I get compliments on it all the time. The price was unreasonably LOW. Honestly, I live in South Carolina. I drove 6 hours each way for each of my 4 sessions to finish my tattoo. No matter where I move to in the future, I couldn't imagine getting my tattoo from any place else or by anyone else. Jeremy did an amazing job on my daith piercing in December! (So I've had the piercing 6 months now!) He was very clean, fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and prices were totally reasonable.
