Why say you take walk-ins when you clearly can't handle walk-ins? There was zero communication from the two front desk workers. Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure in the process, and that was really reassuring as a tattoo newbie. Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! The talent throughout the entire shop is clearly top-tier, and the high-end atmosphere makes the experience even better. This is by far the best tattoo I've ever received. Oz is a master of his craft, and we will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The parlor was very clean and offered a comfortable wait while my piercer prepared for me. My piercer was C.J. and she is the absolute best. Before we even began my ear piercing I asked her maybe 30 questions on a future piercing I wanted and she answered them all throughly and patiently without missing a beat. As for the actual piercing experience she was careful in making sure the piercing was placed exactly to my liking. She takes her time making sure you're comfortable during the process, talking you through each step. Even for someone like me with a low pain tolerance, she made it such a calm environment that I didn't even flinch when she pushed the needle through my ear. After she was done she cleaned me up and gave a detailed little speech on proper aftercare and a sheet too. C.J. is super knowledge in her field and I will definitely be going back to her for my next piercing(s)!
