She went in to use it today (*the Gc had a phone # on it, and she called and verified it had $100 on it). Long story short, the owner REFUSED to honor the GC, saying it was too old! Even though it had not been used and the number on the card said it had $100 credit on it. This business is not honest and stole $100. Unbelievable!

Came in to this location, and staff was not friendly at all, kinda came off like they didn't even want to be there. Well I decide to go through with the piercing still because I've heard good things about quality. Well, after getting the piercing and taking a look at it, I notice it's crooked ! How do you mess up a piercing that was previously there before that badly..... now when I smile it points to the left.....

Then it's wall to wall artists, literally so freakin cool. The lady at the front was so welcoming and a great personality. We stopped in because we wanted to take home a little bit of Georgia with us (we're from LA, Cali) but that was the only time we had to get something small. My sister found Klayne, who was doing a flash, and that's how we found the place initially. We explained our situation and last minute adventure and she spoke with Klayne who was nice enough to accommodate us both with getting what we wanted. I loved the options that Klayne had and she was so sweet and conversational. I was very happy with her work and she was fast and courteous. This had to be the most relaxing experience I've ever getting a tattoo, I even napped a few times during it. I plan on getting one done by her every time I come visit now. Thank you Klayne!!!

Brian did an amazing job re-piercing my monroe and nostril with minimal pain and made every effort to have me as happy as I could be before I left, including helping me look for the perfect gemstone for my lip ring. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially Brian! If I get the itch to get poked again, I will definitely be back to this location and to see Brian again.

Did a quick consult, prepped his area and we got rolling. Just before he started his gun, he confirmed the date of birth and I actually had 2022 as opposed to 2021. Super embarrassing for me and super clutch save for Mark. We shared a laugh and I was on my way. Most artists could give a damn about you as a person and just want your money. Mark was the real deal from start to finish.

It was a plus that he was very nice also. The establishment is very clean, and since it's winter they had this space heater that felt SO good. Mike is absolutely amazing . He's funny as hell & knows how to treat his customers. I stumbled into…read morethis tattoo shop about 2 years ago And it was the best decision I've made when it comes to my body art . He gave me a lollipop when he pierced my nose and has fixed a ton of older tattoos for me as well as done some original work ! Devon is also amazing ! One of the reasons I stumbled into their shop other than needing someone who was willing to take on the massive cover up I needed was because I had a lot of my previous artists make me feel very uncomfortable to be "exposed" in front of them because of comments they'd make sexually & when I met mike & Devon it was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE totally professional! They're both great guys married with families & for me that's a bonus . I can get the tattoos I want , wherever I want them and always feel comfortable around them ! I also respect mikes opinion. He has not only given me beautiful artwork but he has also guided me on placement for pieces so that they would be acceptable for my job !! Love them there !

In 2019 I referred my sister to go to this shop because the artist, Ramerio, does a good job! Well…read morehe may do a good job, but he's so unprofessional. My sister ended up having 2 sessions, the first session went okay, she said he took excessive breaks. A few weeks later, almost a month it was time to go for her 2nd session, he wasn't responding to her and when he finally responded he told her that she needed to drive to a different location which was 45 minutes further from the original location. My sister messaged him and told him that it was a huge inconvenience and that she wish he would've responded. He decides to go off on her, not complete the tattoo, etc. Fast forward to October 15, I decided to give him a chance although my sister had a horrible experience (stupid of me I know). He didn't remember the work I wanted to get done and he was sky high (if you get what I mean). Well today, October 26, 11 days after my tattoo, I notice a small portion is faded. At first I thought it was poor lightning in my room but no it's literally faint. I message him and say hey I notice that this part is faint .. can you touch it up it hasn't been 2 weeks. He tells me that it's suppose to be that way, that the tattoo is fine. And I said no it's not suppose to be that way, there's a huge different between 11 days ago and today. He told me that he's book until 2021, that he told me it was going to fade out, etc. My wrist tattoo also looks faded out already. And I just simply told him I was sober during the session unlike him, I remember everything we discussed and you never said that, but that's okay I'll just never go to you again. Moral of the story, don't go here, yes he's talented but it's NOT worth it. If your client care is not important to you, don't be an artist. I should've been loyal to my sister and her experience and NEVER went to him, I was stupid, so really take my advice and don't go here. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
