He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the repair process, including my insurance claim and rental car setup with Enterprise. The quality of the work was excellent, using genuine parts, and the team even touched up a few unrelated scratches as a courtesy. In the spirit of transparency, our experience with Mobile Mechanic was a couple of years ago…read more We are the type of people who like to find a good honest service provider, and stick with them instead of bouncing around. We found Jordan through his self-advertising on Facebook when he first opened his mobile business. The first maintenance we scheduled on my wife's car went smooth. The convenience of having someone come to us for a service was enticing. After that, it became very difficult get in touch with him to schedule service. He would eventually reply after multiple attempts on our part. The two repair visits he performed for us ended up with one needing to be re-done by him because he used cheaper parts, and the second I had someone else re-do 3 months after because it looked like one of the parts that was supposedly replaced apparently was not replaced at all and failed.

I've never had to get my own car serviced and repaired before so I wanted to know that I was in good hands. I went on facebook and asked the harbor point group what people recommended for auto repair and the great reviews of scottys caught my eye. I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!

I was trying to explain to those saying derogatory remarks about them every time I ran into an old customer. See I worked there the last 6 months before it sold. I wasn't paid a red cent by the owner. But help was needed and I was free. Believe me, aside from Billy not on payroll, the new guys have more honesty and heart than the ex owner. Billy is always being called to help. I feel awful because it was not intended to be bad. The above is an apology for original review. Below is the original review and not what I explained in my apology. So the new owners, are a wonderful family and are not preoccupied with figuring out how to scam you and take your money like Fred. I definitely back up Awdie and Oliver and Chino who are great guys. I respectfully recommend the new owners because they diligently work hard in finding the issue then fix the issue Good honest group of guys.
