The photos below are from the same day as the service showing the uneven shape and missing chunks, they offer credits or ask to fix things with services but honestly I'm afraid at this point to have them anywhere near my eyes in case they are vengeful and retaliate. I am currently working to have management refund $699.95 in membership fees from a cancelled account that their sales girl mislabeled as a 1 month freeze and kept charging for 8 months until my bank called suspecting fraud. They are under new management now, but are seem to be just as sketchy.

A membership is better than a regular guest service but is NOT worth it I tried to cancel my membership and was told I had to wait to use my credits then cancel before my new billing cycle I maintained my membership ($115 a month) and still had to pay out of pocket for my refill AND install AND I was told I couldn't cancel until the Following month because I would be billed in 2 days There are way more affordable places to go to with quicker service and better customer service I appreciate the service but it is NOT worth it to me I've literally gone to people that do lashes in their homes for cheaper and better quality lashes Grateful for the experience and will not recommend to others
