Second, the beans - a medley of beans, peppers, onions and homemade BBQ sauce...sweet, mildly spicy with a vinegar base. Finally, the brisket - cooked to perfection, but lacking any flavor from the dry rub. Paired with the homemade BBQ sauce, it was damn good...but just okay without. The disappointing aspect being that the meat was not even warm. With an outside temperature in the 90s, I would have expected something above room temperature...but okay. The menu consists of your choice of Ssam (in a rice paper wrap filled with rice and your choice of meat and greens), the LunchBox (rice with your choice of meat and greens), the Hoagie (an 8" toasted sub stuffed with your choice of meat and greens), or a Salad (with your choice of meat and greens). The meat options are: bulgogi, chicken, or samgyupsal; the greens are either a Korean fruit and vegetable mix or a traditional southern-style coleslaw.
