The shift lead Jocelyn exceeded my expectations when I called and said they got my order wrong. I placed an order via the Chipotle app on July 20, 2026 for delivery. Immediately upon my arrival, Jocelyn made sure that my order was correct. She personally wrote it down, checked the items and offered me a bag of chips for my time. This Chipotle is conveniently located close to my house, so it's one of my go-to spots. Depending on the time of day, it can get pretty busy, but the line usually moves at a decent pace. For a fast-food restaurant, the food is consistently fresh and good quality. My favorite order is a small side of rice, corn, guacamole, and their salad dressing to go. Those sides pair perfectly with the homemade trout bowls I make at home. The dining area is always clean, and there are plenty of clean tables available for guests. The only downside is the utensil station, which often looks messy and could use more attention. Overall, the customer service has always been friendly and efficient whenever I visit, making this a reliable location that I enjoy coming back to. Wow. There are a lot of bad reviews on here about this location, but I must say my experience was the total opposite. And by far, to qualify this review, l am not a Chipotle fan. I only go to one out of convenience or if there's nothing else semi-healthy around that is quick to grab.I normally would avoid Chipotle due to the lack of customer service, skimpy portions, and overall taste of the food is never consistent. But this time around, I must say this particular Chipotle stepped it up some. As soon I walked in, I was greeted by members on the team. This is something I hadn't experience before. As I was deciding on what I want to order, I couldn't help but notice how fresh everything looked. The ingredients, toppings and meats were all calling me. Not to mention the protein items all seemed freshly cooked, juicy looking and not dried out....for a change. I ordered a half chicken and steak salad bowl that was perfect. Perfect both in portions and flavor! The meats were so tender and juicy. The lettuce was crisp and crunchy. I can actually taste spices on the meats and more importantly, the main ingredient which is the name of this place....the "Chipotle" pepper, smoky flavah was all up in my bowl....with the Tobasco 'Chipotle' sauce of course for even added taste. For once, I walked out of a Chipotle without feeling like I paid for an overpriced -- bland meal. lol. The portions were even something to applaud as well. I left this location completely full, satisfied and all smiles, At any rate, glad to see this loction stepping things up a bit because other locations around the DMVhave been disappointing and I would often avoid it due to poor service/food. I placed an online order today at 5:52 for pick up at 6:40. Get to the restaurant at 6:30 and my food is not ready. Waited for over 30 minutes almost an hour for my food. I received my food at 7:15. Ordered online. My heavy drink was stacked on my bowl and all of the food was stuck to the lid when removed. The queso I ordered was spilled all in the bag. The guacamole was dark brown and old. The rice was in clumps and I'm assuming was also old. The whole thing had oddly no flavor. It was really odd tasting and I've had chipotle many times. I ordered around 2PM so I really have no idea what the deal was. The app is so annoying it is impossible to get refunded. If I received this in the store I would have left. While I LIVE for a salad bowl, this Chipotle location makes me sad. The line always wraps around the entire restaurant and moves so slowly. I have a collection of haikus that I've written while I've waited in line at Chipotle. I'm serious! I have that much time! Occasionally I will order online to combat this, but half of the time my order is always critically wrong. They always manage to leave off at least two ingredients and can never get the portions right. I always get a tiny amount of meat and guac in comparison to the portion I receive when I order in person. Despite my notes for "sour cream on the side" they drown my entire bowl in the white stuff. They always run out of things on the line line fajitas, salad dressing and chicken. Always. These are things I come to expect whenever I come here. Seating like all other Chipotle are really limited so this makes this location kind of unbearable. Parking again is difficult especially here due to the footprint of the store. Great restaurant. The crew and managers are polite, hardworking, and actually care about getting your order correct. The food is clean and fresh. I haven't seen one bug or rodent yet. If they get something wrong, (its usually because of an order error in the computer) or something minor like a dressing cup. One of the line workers got an attitude with the customer behind because SHE made the quesdilla wrong. I waited for 10 mins before asking where the manager was. One of the employees said, "in her office." I said, "when does she plan to come out here and see me?" The girl just shrugged. I grabbed the managers card from the front and walked out without my burrito. I've written an email to coroporate. I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this chipotle. I've gone in twice in the last month and was greeted very friendly. When I went to pay, the girls at the register were extremely nice and did their job with a smile. My first visit the girl even smashed her finger in the register or counter and still smiled when I walked up. I went around 12:30pm and there was only a couple people in front of me. Not sure what the staff was like before but you have to admire a company that implements change when they get poor reviews. Also I love how they refrigerate the lemons now instead of leaving them out by the fountain drinks. You just have to ask for it when u pay. The pick-up option shouldn't be offered if you have to wait way longer then you would inside the location by just standing in line. This Chipotle has their fajitas (bell peppers & onions) on lockdown! They're not overcooked where it's flimsy & burned at several other Chipotles I've visited. The staff are friendly, no bad attitude! Also, when you ask for extra rice, they definitely give you extra (thanks!). The only bad I could think of is the super long line here, especially during lunch time & dinner time. Personally, I think the best times to come is 3:15pm - 5:30pm.
