First and foremost, let me say that the customer service here at this specific location is 1 billion out of 10. The shift lead Jocelyn exceeded my expectations when I called and said they got my order wrong. I placed an order via the Chipotle app on July 20, 2026 for delivery. Immediately upon my arrival, Jocelyn made sure that my order was correct. She personally wrote it down, checked the items and offered me a bag of chips for my time. I recommend that if you're looking for a good meal and great customer service you come to the Chipotle. Thank you so much for your great customer service and attentiveness. I know that this may seem small to some, but I genuinely appreciate the care and attentiveness she took to rectify the situation! read more

This Chipotle is conveniently located close to my house, so it's one of my go-to spots. Depending on the time of day, it can get pretty busy, but the line usually moves at a decent pace. For a fast-food restaurant, the food is consistently fresh and good quality. My favorite order is a small side of rice, corn, guacamole, and their salad dressing to go. Those sides pair perfectly with the homemade trout bowls I make at home. The dining area is always clean, and there are plenty of clean tables available for guests. The only downside is the utensil station, which often looks messy and could use more attention. Overall, the customer service has always been friendly and efficient whenever I visit, making this a reliable location that I enjoy coming back to. I don't know how to give a 3.5 but that's the rating I give them. read more

Wow. There are a lot of bad reviews on here about this location, but I must say my experience was the total opposite. And by far, to qualify this review, l am not a Chipotle fan. I only go to one out of convenience or if there's nothing else semi-healthy around that is quick to grab.I normally would avoid Chipotle due to the lack of customer service, skimpy portions, and overall taste of the food is never consistent. But this time around, I must say this particular Chipotle stepped it up some. As soon I walked in, I was greeted by members on the team. This is something I hadn't experience before. As I was deciding on what I want to order, I couldn't help but notice how fresh everything looked. The ingredients, toppings and meats were all calling me. Not to mention the protein items all seemed freshly cooked, juicy looking and not dried out....for a change. I ordered a half chicken and steak salad bowl that was perfect. Perfect both in portions and flavor! The meats were so tender and juicy. The lettuce was crisp and crunchy. I can actually taste spices on the meats and more importantly, the main ingredient which is the name of this place....the "Chipotle" pepper, smoky flavah was all up in my bowl....with the Tobasco 'Chipotle' sauce of course for even added taste. For once, I walked out of a Chipotle without feeling like I paid for an overpriced -- bland meal. lol. The portions were even something to applaud as well. I left this location completely full, satisfied and all smiles, At any rate, glad to see this loction stepping things up a bit because other locations around the DMVhave been disappointing and I would often avoid it due to poor service/food. I have now been redeemed. If I'm ever in the mood for this stuff again, I know this location of Chipotle may be a viable option. Thanks for renewing my interest to start coming back here again. This chipotle is rude and overcharging for everything. Went in to get a kids meal for my child with corn and cheese on the side .. they wanted to charge me for two additional sides . Totally more than a regular bowl. Ridiculous and rude. It would have been fine if the weren't rude, but will not be frequenting this location again. read more

I applied here recently and immediately was able to set up an interview. The very next day the interview was canceled because of "unforeseen circumstances." This has put a horrible taste in my mouth for how chipotle runs as a business. To turn people down within 24 hours of setting up an interview is ridiculous. read more

This is one of the worst chipotle. No cheese no quesadilla yet they charging full price and skimping on the ingredients.

Rice was extremely undercooked and the establishment as a whole was very dirty, worst chipotle i've tasted and i will not be back. read more

I placed an online order today at 5:52 for pick up at 6:40. Get to the restaurant at 6:30 and my food is not ready. Waited for over 30 minutes almost an hour for my food. I received my food at 7:15. This is unacceptable. I will never order from this location. If I have to drive further out I will. And the workers did not care if you had to wait. read more

The Manager and staff feel if you place online orders they can give you bad food. I will have to place this on your review page. This is something people are suppose to be able to trust that you are doing a great service. Old rice and old chicken that folks can't swallow or may choke on cannot be allowed. All that family would get is I am soo sorry for causing death to your family. Money does not replace family, a sorry won't do it either. Take time to imagine your family is eating this and to serve the food to them would not go over well. Take concern and care over your job or just work somewhere else. read more

there service is terrible, they constantly try to rush you before you can even finish speaking and charge you for things that should even be an extra charge... i've worked for this company for almost 3 years and just because they have certain employees who don't follow the rules and over portion they skimp on the costumers to save product...ridiculous. also most of management in the stores around these areas is terrible, they take advantage of the minor employees, make them do all the work meanwhile they stay in the back on their phones and talking it up. read more

Ordered online. My heavy drink was stacked on my bowl and all of the food was stuck to the lid when removed. The queso I ordered was spilled all in the bag. The guacamole was dark brown and old. The rice was in clumps and I'm assuming was also old. The whole thing had oddly no flavor. It was really odd tasting and I've had chipotle many times. I ordered around 2PM so I really have no idea what the deal was. The app is so annoying it is impossible to get refunded. If I received this in the store I would have left. After seeing a lot of other negative reviews on here posting this is probably pointless. This location doesn't seem to care. read more

Literally the worst chipotle I've ever been to. They had nothing on the menu. What kind of Tex-Mex place doesn't have tortillas. Management here seems quite lazy to not resolve any of these issues. Placed my order online at 5:15 PM for pick up at 5:45 PM. Arrived here at 5:47 PM and they're just starting to make it. What is the point of ordering online? I don't care if they're busy with the patrons inside I ordered online which means I am priority. I am never coming here again. And the state of the parking lot and the building is disgusting. OMG! So salty!! Inedible! Yuck! read more

You have to be there in person to order because if you order delivery you are screwed! They wont follow the simplest of directions for delivery orders. I hope when they raise the prices in order to (supposedly) pay their employees fair wages, it prompts the employees to take more pride in their job!!! They stay messing up at this location read more

While I LIVE for a salad bowl, this Chipotle location makes me sad. The line always wraps around the entire restaurant and moves so slowly. I have a collection of haikus that I've written while I've waited in line at Chipotle. I'm serious! I have that much time! Occasionally I will order online to combat this, but half of the time my order is always critically wrong. They always manage to leave off at least two ingredients and can never get the portions right. I always get a tiny amount of meat and guac in comparison to the portion I receive when I order in person. Despite my notes for "sour cream on the side" they drown my entire bowl in the white stuff. They always run out of things on the line line fajitas, salad dressing and chicken. Always. These are things I come to expect whenever I come here. My bowl over-floweth with lettuce yet tasteth of disappointment and deferred dreams. Cry the beloved, Chipotle. read more

I'm starting to think there's crack in the burritos. Y? Because I crave. And I mean seriously crave. As far as this category, cheap quick Mexican, Chipotle is a 5 star chick. Seriously, who's competing? No one! Ever since I've discovered the burrito bowl where you actually get to have your tortilla in the bowl, I've been even more hooked. Now I don't have to spend 10 mins in line trying to decide between the burrito bowl OR the burrito. I get the best of both worlds. What could I possibly complain about? The line is long but the assembly line service thing they've got going for them is VERY efficient. I'm usually there no longer than 15 minutes. They even sell Fizze Izze to wash it all down with!!! I suppose I could complain about the pounds I add to my body every time I eat here. But If I could choose a way to die, Chipotle might be the way. read more

Just like the Wendy's next door, this location is great. Not many Chipotle around the area so this location is a godsend. Seating like all other Chipotle are really limited so this makes this location kind of unbearable. Parking again is difficult especially here due to the footprint of the store. The shopping center itself has lots of parking, so it probably much easier to park farther away in the back and just walk up to the store. read more

Great restaurant. The crew and managers are polite, hardworking, and actually care about getting your order correct. The food is clean and fresh. I haven't seen one bug or rodent yet. If they get something wrong, (its usually because of an order error in the computer) or something minor like a dressing cup. Serving many hungry customers is hard work and they definitely put in the work. The long lines are the only thing I don't like, but that's expected when there's great food and great service. Such a shame, because I absolutely LOVE Chipotle! But this location is HORRIBLE! The customer service is downright disgusting. One of the line workers got an attitude with the customer behind because SHE made the quesdilla wrong. I've been to chipotle many times, and if they mess up your order, they remake it, no questions asked. The employee started shouting at the customer, then stormed off, leaving the line!! When I got the near end of the line, I told the woman I wanted sour cream, corn and lettuce. She put on the sour cream and corn and told the next worker "add lettuce." The next worker started rolling my burrito and I told her, "no add lettuce please." She rolled her eyes at me and said "chill ma." Chill ma? I don't even know what that ghetto crap means, so I said, "excuse me?" She said "I told you to chill, I was gonna put lettuce on it." I replied, "listen lady, obviously there's a lack of management and training in this place, I expect you to talk to me with respect, I am a paying customer." She sucked her teeth and said," so do you want the burrito or not." I was appalled! I said, "yes, I'll take it for free and I need to see your manager." She sent someone else to get the manager. I waited for 10 mins before asking where the manager was. One of the employees said, "in her office." I said, "when does she plan to come out here and see me?" The girl just shrugged. I grabbed the managers card from the front and walked out without my burrito. I've written an email to coroporate. If you love chipotle and can handle complete disrespect from under-trained, young, ghetto staff, then eat here. If not, you're better off driving to the location in Upper Marlboro. read more

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this chipotle. I've gone in twice in the last month and was greeted very friendly. When I went to pay, the girls at the register were extremely nice and did their job with a smile. My first visit the girl even smashed her finger in the register or counter and still smiled when I walked up. I went around 12:30pm and there was only a couple people in front of me. Not sure what the staff was like before but you have to admire a company that implements change when they get poor reviews. Also I love how they refrigerate the lemons now instead of leaving them out by the fountain drinks. You just have to ask for it when u pay. So overall I'm happy with this chipotle considering it is the healthiest option close to my job. read more

This Chipotle has their fajitas (bell peppers & onions) on lockdown! They're not overcooked where it's flimsy & burned at several other Chipotles I've visited. The staff are friendly, no bad attitude! Also, when you ask for extra rice, they definitely give you extra (thanks!). The only bad I could think of is the super long line here, especially during lunch time & dinner time. Personally, I think the best times to come is 3:15pm - 5:30pm. The staff are great at communicating with each other when there are shortages with the food, so you never have to wait (more than a few minutes) for the staff to replenish the food! read more
