I went on a Saturday. The meat menu are all chicken. The bbq chicken is good. Moist and tender, not too dry. Buttered chicken is also my favorite. They didn't have any lamb selection in the buffet menu. But they told me next time let them know and they will make a small one for me. I went late. While they almost close, they still make more to make sure customers will have the foods. Unlike some places I have been to, they stop making if it is almost time to close. 5 for customer service! I had a really, really bad experience here; I eat Indian food several times a week, love buffets and was excited to find one again. My husband and I went to this restaurant and upon entering asked the waiter if the buffet food was hot; in my experience some places adjust the heat level to American tolerances and some don't. I can usually tolerate but my husband has stomach issues and absolutely cannot. Having the waiters assurance that everything was very mild we got the buffet( which was a bit spendy at 24.99 per person) we got back to the table and could not eat a single thing even the tandoori chicken was too hot. I didn't eat any of my food and neither did my husband; trying to salvage the dining experience I asked if they could possibly make some butter chicken with zero spice, they said yes and removed our uneaten buffet plates.... The new butter chicken was just as hot so we couldn't eat it and got up to leave. The total being 73.00!!! I told him that I didn't feel it right to pay for everything even though we ate no food but he wouldn't budge. The biryani is so good here. I always order a take out. I previously had issues with biryani mainly focused on cardomom flavour. (Mentioning this because some people think that is the correct flavour and expectation) But this one goes beyond that. I order the spice level no 3. I get hot and sweaty but enjoy it with the raita that they provide. There are times when the restaurant is closing at 9 and I order around 8:40 and they still accept my order. The food is good. The service is difficult. It took forever to order because the owner (?) doesn't speak English very well. He kept adding things to our order after being told clearly, and eventually loudly, that nobody had ordered goat curry. They forgot our samosas - but also didn't charge for them. They forgot my son's beverage and had to be asked a few times. Again, it was a language barrier. The owner (I assume) kept trying to get us to order lassi. I hate that stuff and had to say no maybe four times. It was super irritating. Finally? The prices are unacceptable. 19.00 for a very small serving of palak paneer? Not by any stretch a meal sized serving. On what planet? Everything is priced similarly. I'm not sure how or why, but I'm not eating here again. As for the environment, lipstick on a pig strip mall. THEY DON'T WEAR MASK WHEN COOKING UR FOOD!! 1st time trying it, I ordered mango curry w/chicken ($11), tikka masala w/chicken ($12) both 1/5 star & 2 garlic naan on May 18, 2020 on grub hub Total: $39.51. After trying the curries and even for a 1 star they both were still way too spicy especially for a 4 y/o to eat. I called the resultant & told them the curries were way too spicy to eat & the gentlemen on the phone asked if they can remake it or get the same orders for free next time. I live a little bit away so I said I'll just get the same order for free next time, he has for my full name & cell. Today I called in to get my free orders of curries along w/chana bhatura amd 4 garlic naan, I told the guy on the phone if he could please make the curries very mild for it is for a toddler & I also let him know that the curries were the free orders I was owed. He verbally confirmed he got it & brushed me off the phone. When I got there before paying, I asked does this total have the curries added to the total when they are suppose to be free, he said no and rushed me to pay. When I saw that it was $44.47 I asked why it was so expensive. The chana bhatura is $8.50 and the 4 garlic naans should be $10 ($2.50/order), it should be total of a $22 w/tax. So I tried explaining to him again, & then he proceeds to tell me well I don't know what guy told you, but I'll give $11 back. I looked at him & asked y would u give me $11 back you charged me $22 for the curries that's suppose to be FREE!! He states I'll give u $11 back and next time u can have free curry & I said uh no apparently that's not the case. So then he said ok, I'll give u $21... he was still ripping me off a dollar!!!! What kind of business is this. Then I also see that the appetizer I ordered wasn't even ordered, I asked where's the appetizer I ordered & this guy proceeds to tell me he DECIDED to charge me for the entree instead of the appetizer. Like what!!! And I tipped this asshole 20% like WTF!! At this point I'm already annoyed I'm not going to argue w/this guy over a dollar. I come home & try the curries & it's FREAKING SPICY!!!! I even expressed on the phone to please make it not spicy, it is for a toddler!!! This guy not only tries to rip me off but tries to bargain w/me for the MONEY HE OWES ME!!!! What type of restaurant is this??????? So I call back and I am pissed. I end up talking to the same guy & I demand to get my money refunded & he can have all the food I ordered back, he agrees to refund the whole amount after trying to bribe me w/more "free" curry... I send my fiancé there to get the refund back and the guy seriously tries to negotiate again stating he's going f to refund $12.... This is our new North Indian place. We got samosa chat butter chicken and chicken tikka. Most places can't tell the difference between the two chicken dishes. But here there was a clear difference. These people sent the incorrect order...which happens, right? People make mistakes. They taped our ticket to the wrong bag, and therefore gave us someone else's food, even though it said my name. When we called and offered to bring the order in as proof to show them that we weren't scamming, they blamed it on the door dash driver and tried to claim he switched the tickets. First of all, wtf would he do that? Second, he couldn't have removed the taped ticket without ripping the bag and the bag was tied shut so tight (it always is from this place, so I know they tied it, not the driver), he couldn't have switched the food. We've ordered from this restaurant TONS and this was our first big issue, but being (previously) loyal customers, we expected WAY better customer service than this lame blame game and no offer to fix the issue. Really...it's shameful of them to act this way. They wouldn't even consider us bringing it in to show them. So, If there's any issue with your order, DO NOT EXPECT ANY SORT OF DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd prefer you all never went to this place again, but you do you, if you're willing to risk potentially incorrect order and poor treatment. Attaching pictures as proof. It's a small family owned restaurant in Everett. Our first time eating here. The buffet was small, but the options were plenty. 3-4 veg curries, 2 chicken curries. All were super delicious. The best Tandoori chicken I have ever had in a buffet. Everything was delicious, homestyle Punjabi food - not too spicy, but not bland. Not too oily, but still creamy. The naans were the highlight of them all - exactly like you get in India. The gulabjamuns were freshly made as well - not like typical canned ones. All in all, a great meal! read more

This is a good choice for Indian food. Love their tarkari masala curry and aloo paratha. I've tried aloo parathas in most restaurants but end up going back to this place for the authentic taste. Tried their paneer chilli this time, it had way too much oil and we had to pour out the excess oil and then eat it. Naan is a little on a the dry side. This is probably my favourite Indian restaurant in Seattle area. Service is amazing and really prompt. We ordered Dal maharani, shahi paneer, garlic naan and Gulab Jamun. And we loved everything we ordered. Dal maharani has such amazing blend of spices and it tasted so amazing. And shahi paneer is the best paneer sabzi I have ever tasted in USA. Gulab jamun was good but maybe heated not too well but still no complaints. Music was really soothing. You should definitely give this place a must. We will definitely come again read more
