After buying the cookie, I tried a sample of the old fashioned vanilla ice cream, and I was surprised by how much I liked it. The consistency was smooth and creamy and the vanilla flavor was really good. Normally I don't care for old fashioned vanilla because I prefer vanilla bean, but most places don't offer vanilla bean so I end up settling for French vanilla or old fashioned vanilla instead. This time though, it didn't feel like I was settling. I ended up ordering a small cup of the ice cream and the serving size was pretty generous. They also give you a physical punch card for rewards each visit, and you can enter your phone number at the counter, I'm not sure if you can also earn points through your phone number. It's bright and airy in there, even walking in after 10pm. The two ladies helping us were both very nice, one of them offered to give us a sample of ice cream when she heard us talking about trying it.
