I don't really understand the crumbl hype. The cookies are good but in my opinion not worth the price or the calories. In their effort to impress, they do too much extra. For example the dirt cookie was good but had wayyy too much frosting on it. Same with the chocolate chip cookie-good but so many chips. That being said, the people are always friendly and the service is fast. I also hate that the space is so small. You have to order via kiosk even tho the people are right there and there are no tables or anything to actually sit and eat the cookies. It's a no for me. read more

I am obsessed with crumbl! I even have their app and I'm part of their rewards system (I'm already up to enough points to redeem a box of 4 free cookies). Crumbl has one of the best cookies I've ever had, and they are constantly inventing new flavors! I do stay true to the chocolate chip cookie which is phenomenal and always get that one even when I'm trying other flavors because it's so fireee, but everything is truly great! I order their party boxes for all my special occasions and it's always a hit with my party guests. For Thanksgiving I ordered their thanksgiving pies and the key lime and pumpkin pie were incredible( featured in the video). Every week they change up the menu and you can try different cookies . Also you can pre-order cookies up to a week in advance. It's no wonder the lines to get into a Crumbl in NYC are so crazy long, they're truly the best. I love having fresh baked cookies out. And Crumbl does not disappoint. They always have awesome flavor lineups, that change weekly. Anything with chocolate is my favorite. For this review, I had the afterlife cake, strawberry shortcake, triple chocolate chip, and regular chocolate chip. All of these were excellent and delicious. I especially loved the Beetlejuice inspired one, as that was extra chocolate flavorful. Highly recommended everyone try this place. read more

I recently visited Crumbl in Holmdel and ordered the ginger snap cookie. The cookie was delicious, and I loved having an option that wasn't too sweet or loaded with icing. Everyone was so friendly at this location and I was given great recommendations by the employee who rang us up when I asked about the cookies that week! The inside is cute (standard Crumbl cookie decor/layout) and doesn't have a seating area, so there are a few nearby benches outside to use, but the cookies are mainly to take to go. read more

I was excited to try Crumbl Cookies as I love cookies fresh out the oven. The cookies look beautiful, and they come in pretty pink boxes. I purchased the chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie with lemon icing. Both of the cookies tasted bland to me. The chocolate chips weren't melty at all. You couldn't even taste the milk chocolate in the chocolate chips. The chocolate chip cookie was disappointing. The sugar cookie was much better, but still overall ok. It was good, but not great. The cookies tasted underbaked. They were decent, but not amazing. I'd come back and give this place another shot. read more

I've been seeing Crumbl all over social media, but there aren't any near me, so we drove 2 hours yesterday just to try them out. In my opinion, it was so worth the drive because they were amazing! I got one of each flavor, so I could taste them all. My favorite from this batch was pancake, but they were all so good. I love how they change their flavors each week because you'll never get bored and you'll always find something you like. I wish I lived closer so I can try more flavors, but I'll definitely have to take another trip here soon. read more

These cookies do not live up to the hype. They are basically plain cookies with toppings on top. They almost are half baked as the middle can be deemed "raw" to some. The chocolate chip cookie is good but it's not 4.25 dollars good. That price point mimics Levain's and Crumbl's chocolate chip can't compete. However, Crumbl's chocolate chip cookie is a good cookie for a chain and I would pick it over a ton of other chocolate chip options (if it were a little cheaper). Nonetheless, if you want cookies with toppings and the flavors of the week interest you then enjoy. It's worth a try but I don't think it's worth going multiple times. read more

We were excited to try these. What a disappointment. They are bland, and taste raw and underbaked. We were shocked. And they're expensive! Over $4 per cookie. They are a large, very thick cookie, and definitely not worth the price for the quality. We cut these up so the 4 of us could try each flavor. None of us liked them. Very few flavors to select from and the 6 flavors change weekly. Flavors are targeted for kids in my opinion. I can't see the Crumbl chain being successful with this business model, it's too limited, and they need a better cookie recipe. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. The shop is super cute and everyone was very friendly and provided strong service. It's the cookies that I am not impressed with. I love all types of cookies and a specially a decadent Levain style cookie. These cookies are very dense and sugary with an underbaked /sometimes raw center. It was hard to distinguish the different flavors because they were so sugary. They might be for you but for us I wish had read more reviews before purchasing. read more

We just visited Crumbl in Holmdel, NJ. Sadly it was an Ultimate Fail! We ordered a cookie dough, lemon crinkle, pink doughnut, & s'mores cookie 4-pack. After 7 other patrons who placed orders after us, getting at least two of the same cookies we had selected were served, we asked what happened to our order. The young lady checked only to find that even though we had paid our order had Not been placed. Wow! So the lemon crinkle that was now sold out had walked out the door several times while we were patiently waiting. Upon arrival we waited several minutes b/c no one was on the register until a customer asked how they could order. There were two ppl waiting and the small vestibule was now full. Still, no one had decided it was time to get someone on the register? Then the mishap with our order. Then the s'mores we finally got were barely cooked. Needless to say they are having serious growing pains. They appeared to have enough cookie makers, but zero management/direction. I wish them luck as a new business. It sometimes takes a while to get it together. That said, we will wait several months before trying them again. Hopefully by then they will have worked out the kinks. I have to give them stars for now. I'd give one, but they're trying so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt they'll turn it around. read more

I'm a sucker for good cookies so this place caught my attention right away! The cookies were warm and delicious. The service was great and fast! I went on a Saturday afternoon and was in and out in about 5 minutes. The Kentucky Butter Cake was to die for. Sooooo good. I will definitely be back to this place. read more

Someone told me to try Crumbl cookies, I finally drove to the Holmdel store a few weeks ago, OMG I am in love with those cookies, and the fact that there is a new selection every week is fantastic. just orders some amazing cookies from crumbl today!! their holidays cookies are absolutely amazing! i'm in love with the peppermint cookie! my family and i are also in love with the fried ice cream cookie. not sure when they'll have it back next but if they do it's definitely worth a try! a lot of people have commented saying that they don't like that they have a rotating menu. honestly i like how there is a rotating menu because it gives me variety and i get so excited to see what they have each week. it keeps the hype going! staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! they recommended the fried ice cream cookie and it did not disappoint! so happy they opened a location in this area :) read more

ok i have been going to crumble in holmdel since it opened.. i am a loyalty member as well.. i have to say that the cookie flavors are not as good as they first opened.. i will give it to them that they are fresh but this time around i actually threw two of the five cookies we bought away.. the cotton candy was not even close to the flavor and the fried doughnut i am still trying to figure out what it was.. i have to say i am not sure if i will go back not cheap cookies and throwing them away hurts .. try and up the flavors as they were when you first opened thanks read more

2nd time i've came here and got told certain flavors were sold out, but were secretly being given to those who mobile ordered. workers would pull several trays of "sold out cookies" from the oven but will tell customers they're all out. they should just have employees tell customers if they want a certain flavor they have to order online. super annoying to make the drive and deal with it. better off mobile ordering read more
