I ordered the cheesecake and it was garnished with caramel popcorn, which added a nice touch to look at, but the popcorn was stale so I don't really think it was necessary, but it did make the plate look pretty. She said the flavor was good, but the grits were much runnier than she expected. I ordered the waffles with eggs and bacon. The presentation looked great when it came out, but unfortunately, the waffle was cold, so I had to send it back. By the time it was brought back out, the wait had taken away my appetite. I only ate a couple of bites before I was ready to leave. The bacon was okay, but overall, the meal just didn't impress me. Our server was very kind, attentive, and apologetic about the delay, and I really appreciated her professionalism throughout the experience. Would I go back? For brunch, probably not.
