My brother and I absolutely love to cook and we were looking forward to learning more about Indian cuisine. Santhoshi was so very kind and a wonderful teacher throughout the lesson. I really enjoyed the details she included about Indian culture and the history behind the recipes. Whether you're super handy in the kitchen or have never cooked before, the class will adjust to your needs. We received a copy of the recipes after so we could make again at home. I enjoyed being able to bring a bottle of wine if you want a drink during the cooking class. Everything was very clean and sanitary throughout the visit. We cooked everything from roti and butter chicken to samosas, kebabs, pad thai, and more -- all while learning not just about technique, but also about Indian culture and Santhoshi's personal story. She is warm, patient, incredibly organized, and just a phenomenal teacher. She also added thoughtful touches like candles, music, aprons, and a photo booth setup -- and accommodated a last-minute change without missing a beat. We made 2 types of sushi rolls and still had enough to take home. Sheera even gave each member of the class ingredients (rice, nori & shrimp) to get started at home. I certainly appreciate the small class size (5-6) because it allows for more individualized attention for those, like myself, who may need a little extra guidance ;-) During dinner the group felt very casual and acquainted although I had only just met everyone. Well it didn't give me an option for relatives and friend of the payer. So I register them the best I could and sent the staffs a note on that part. The theme session lasted 2 hrs. Kids cook, eat and play. It's soo much better than them playing games at home. But if you want them to stay an extra hr beyond the 6pm to 8pm than it will be an additional $10. I would like to register the kids to this every month. They liked it and I get to make them do something else beside video games soo win win!

It was a true hands on fun experience; I would try again and high recommend those foodies that love to get their hands dirty while learning from two wonderful experts about the history of Ramen.
