As a person who worked many years in retail customer service, this is what drives some people to not make a sale (especially knowing things are commission based). After I browsed the medium sized sneaker section, I made my way over to the clubs. As there were no other customers in the store no employee even looked my way. As three were in the front and one was at the back counter on his phone I continued to look around all the way up to picking up multiple clubs and feeling them out. As I then walked to the front only to see those clubs were jr and women's I then made my way back to the rear club area. As other customers walked in they were greeted up to the point I observed an employee ask one if they needed help as the male was looking in the accessory area. After seeing this, I took photos of what I would have potentially purchased and made my way to the exit. At that point one of the employees at the front stated "have a nice day". Overall I'm not returning here probably ever unless it's a dire need. I did go to Dicks sports prior but they didn't have anyone working in their golf area at the moment. Price wise things are decent. I'll attach one photo below for reference. I went on a Wednesday around 5pm.

I'm pleased to report that my recent visits have been a much better experience. The sales staff was attentive, and the club fitting with Anthony was top-notch. I'm glad to be able to return there as it's the closest and most comprehensive golf equipment shop in the area.

I can't overstate how impressive and helpful it is. After 1 lesson I was on my way to becoming a much happier golfer. The atmosphere is very fun to be in. There is a putting room. How cool is that? They have 3D video golf. What?? They have an area to hang out in where you can meet some great people and enjoy some tasty coffee and other beverages. He is very knowledgable and is very good explaining at concepts along with how to improve. My evaluation session was impressive and I am looking forward to my future training/teaching and practice sessions. GolfTec offers the ability to view and record on video to help evaluate your swing while in training or during your practice. It is very helpful to be able to view your swing real-time and make changes to help improve. There is also an indoor putting green that is available. You want to improve, you should check it out. Just got fitted for my first custom driver last week and could not be more pleased with the fitting…read moreprocess and end result. My club fitter Frank was great from start to finish educating me along the way and his attention to detail. We went through countless different options until he found the best match for my swing. No doubts having hit the range twice since picking up my new M4 I had the best fitting possible and will definitely be back for another fitting upgrading the rest of my bag with Frank. The facilities were awesome and having the trackman data and hitting ball outdoors was second to none.

Fitting started at 9am and by 10:45 I had my new irons. I love there attention to detail. I left and came back 2 hours later and my new irons were ready for me which I was allowed test. I almost don't want to review College Hill because I don't want people to start flocking here. I…read morelove this little course, and I don't care that a) it's only 9 holes, b) it's not long. It is fun and challenging, not to mention very nicely maintained and an absolute bargain. If you play the blues it's still pretty tough for an average golfer (#3 plays ~200 yards for a par 3, for example). The namesake hill on #8 is downright nasty, and you have zero chance of getting on the green in 1 no matter how big a hitter you are so you have to lay up at the bottom of the hill and then rocket one up there to have a chance. I am a huge huge fan.

Having played Whitney Farms on and off for 35 years I had not been a fan until recently. The layout…read morewas and is a little quirky. When the course was poorly maintained that quirkiness was annoying especially because the greens were so bad. Over the last couple of years the course has undergone a remarkable transformation. The greens now are smooth and roll true although they are as difficult as ever to read. Kudos to the new greenskeeper!. Tee to green is generally very good. There are visible efforts to improve sight lines and playability. Some holes, like 13 still need work as the landing area is as likely to reward a good shot with a bounce into the woods as not. Finally, Billy Street the new pro brings energy and enthusiasm that is infectious. Billy is also a very good teacher and a fine player in his own right.

Received terrible customer service due to an unfortunate incident where a golf ball had hit my new…read morecar creating a significant dent. This Golf Course does not have a great layout for parking and I did not notice any warning to alert customers of balls flying over top into the parking lot. The only protection provided is their strategy to line up golf carts along side the green in the hopes that line of defense blocks errant shots. I initially brought it to the Pro Shop's attention and was advised to provide them with a copy of my Drivers License, the bill for the repaired damage to my vehicle, pictures and proof of damage along with a statement as to what happened. After multiple attempts through emails, phone calls to the owner and management team, they simply ignored my request for addressing the issue and paying the damage incurred to me. Essentially ghosting the situation that occurred and not informing their own insurance of the situation. I'm a 20 year veteran who works in the Golf Industry and quite frankly am appalled at the lack of customer service provided.
