He was great at assessing the danger of one tree, the usefulness of another tree in its current location, and then helped me decide what to do with an area with privacy issues with the neighbors. This is an arborist with many years of experience and a vast knowledge of trees. Saving trees may actually be more important to him than making money. Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
