They then covered it in sea salt, baked it, and brought it back to our table. What made the experience even more memorable was the tableside service. They don't rely on heavy seasonings like we often do in the United States, yet every bite is incredibly flavorful. They have it in different sizes and we went with the largest option of the house red. Food (3/5): I went with the osso bucco which is served with risotto (two of my favorite dishes in one).
