Amazing food, simplistic and with focus on the quality of the ingredients. I had the trio of meats (rabbit, wild boar, and venison). Three very different meats, and all grilled to perfection. Have been at many restaurants and it is so easy to overgrill meats. They were all juicy, and served with a simple yet flavourful bed of pomes pure, and a garlic-spinach purée. Simple, pretty, and focus was definitely on the quality of the meat.
My wife had the chicken supreme, which was very moist and well seasoned. The carried local beers (which always impresses me), and even if I didn't try the wine list, it looked diversified. Menu also had wine pairings, which is a nice touch.
I was told that they rotate exotic meats (kangaroo, bison etc) so will definitely be back to try it. Reasonably priced, and good service. Waiter seemed a bit nervous and jumpy, but very attentive and polite... All in, a great experience.
