This place is so small, they don't have like any variety of stuff. The big target off city Ave is better for their selections of stuff. The staff is ok, some are nice, some act like they don't want to be here or do their job. That's normal with any place though, management is ok as well, the people aren't my problem... These lock cabinets are the absolute worst, it makes me not even want to shop at target. Why do I need to call an attendant for deodorant or laundry detergent ? That's ridiculous & not to mention nobody moves with any kind of speed so if u want deodorant expect to wait 10-15 mins just for the to come open the case. Very much not worth it at all, I'd rather take the 25 min drive to Walmart because at least I can be in and out min a few mins, not stand around looking dumb waiting for some mystery key person to come open the lock for a basic necessity & Walmart cost less! Why overpay for more hassle. That doesn't make sense. Deodorant is not a PS5 or the brand new iPhone...it doesn't need a lock case. read more

I love Tar-yay! Found some cute flannel pjs at a great price, along with additional savings in the target circle app. Also had to stop by Starbucks for my creme brûlée latte as I shopped. This is an express Target but still offers a lot, I don't mind it being smaller less hassle and less people. Ample parking and friendly staff, stop by and check it out! read more

It's possible that I am Target's biggest fan. In an effort to support more local businesses, I've given up Amazon and have found that when I can't find something locally, Target is a great replacement for Amazon that enables me to support diverse brands and suppliers. While visiting the lunch preview at honeygrow Wynnewood, I stopped by this Target location to pick up a few things. This is a smaller sized Target and has a Starbucks inside. I needed some health and beauty items and was disappointed to see that many items were out of stock and the aisles were left in disarray. I was able to get about half of the items on my list. The self checkout section had a few checkouts that were out of service. I was happy to see that each checkout was being cleaned frequently while I was there. While I did not interact with any staff members for help, each person I saw was friendly with a smile on their face. read more

This Target recently opened up in the former Acme location in Wynnewood. It's more of a mini-Target than the big ones, such as the one on City Line Avenue, but it is still a convenient place for many needs in Lower Merion. They have the general assortment of items such as household products and other supplies you would go to Target for. They also have a market, but it's on the smaller side compared to most Targets that I have been to. This Target has a Starbucks inside and is conveniently located near Panera Bread, the soon-to-be-opening honeygrow and RiteAid. Not far away at all is the Wynnewood Shopping Center with Bed Bath and Beyond, among other things. You can knock out a lot of your shopping while in the area. There is a large parking lot here, so finding a spot is not too hard. Altogether, this Target is definitely on the smaller side and if you want variety go to the one on City Line Avenue. However, this is not a bad place to shop, particularly if you are in the Wynnewood Area. read more

This is a nice addition to the plaza. I was shocked they closed the Acme down and opened a Target. I was super excited about the new Target, I couldn't wait to come inside and shop. I've been coming almost weekly since it opened and I'm quite pleased. This isn't a large store compared to the CityLine (I know it's called City Ave now) but it's still good store to find your everyday essentials. I'm in the processing of moving and everything I needed to get was conveniently in stock. I kinda like this mini target it has a sorta charm to it. I hope they decide to keep it open. read more

Love my mini Target! This target is small but has 90% of all the essentials I need in a pinch. Cleaning, toiletries, my son's fave bread. Last min fashion emergency- you can find a few outfits here. I can run in get a few things ,self check out in 15 minutes I'm back in my car! Big hauls I go to KOP target for browsing and larger selection. It's all about the experience! Win! read more

I'm always in the market for a Target run, I mean who isn't. They have the deal and Starbucks. I'm just missing a puppy. However, this location seems to be for young adults, college students or people who may literally only need one item. There's little to no clothing. I literally took seven steps and had walked through women's men's, children's and shoes. This is not the location if you need a new tv because I didn't see much in their electronics department. Now that I think about my walk through, it's mainly a target grocery store. Hence my reference to young adults. Image what you need for dorm rooms and studio apartments and this would be your location. However you will get some great Starbucks cups at this location. read more

It's Target, they have everything. OK, not true, but almost. Mine even hides a Starbucks inside. Mmmmm, Pike Roast.

First off, this is a mini target. So it doesn't have as large of a selection of most products, for instance the other day I stopped in for some beans to make soup. They had red kidney beans and black beans. Two solid soup options yes, but no black eye peas, navy beans, pinto, butter or dark red kidney beans. I find it a bit strange that their clothing section is so large. I view the mini target like a place to run in quickly and grab stuff you need, it's strange that they have a clothing section. Never in my life have I said, OH NO, I NEED A SHIRT. Personally I'd love to see them expand grocery & frozen food as well as household supplies like stationary, add beer and wine then it would be perfect. However it is still convenient to have a Target nearby now. read more

They don't care and put things in random places. This is a terrible place do not go here, go to Walmart. This place is terrible and prices are inflated and it smells bad too. They try to cover up the bathroom smells with febreeze but it doesn't work. I almost threw up and was lighted headed because of the fences stench and perfume that was floating in the building. Additionally, there's a stench smell in the area from a certain "herb" if you know what I'm talking about. read more

Can't even call the store to ask a question - tried five times. Called customer service and they are no help at all, claiming they cannot contact a store. Best to close this store as it has not served the community well. I will now pay a little more and order from Amazon. The aggravation of Target is not worth it. read more

The starbucks employees are very rude and condescending, as they told me they were closed for just a few minutes during their scheduled hours and then laughed at me when I came back after shopping, without even offering any explanation as to why they were suddenly and temporarily closed. I hope they find theirselves in line at the unemployment office soon! The target employees also seemed like they couldn't bother. Not a single greeting from anyone working. If it weren't for the convenient location, this store would probably be closed. The selection is also scant, it's bizarre. Even for its small size, there are still so many things sold out and there are far too many items locked behind glass but not an employee in sight for any help. The state of this target is deplorable, next time I'll go to Walmart. read more

Overall good store. My only complaint is the pricing. Order groceries online with free drive up pickup -- most items are 10-20% cheaper than if you pick those same items off the shelf yourself. You can have them price match their online prices in store, but who has time for that if you are buying a bunch of things that can all be adjusted? To compare in store prices with Target online, make sure to turn off location services in the Target app. (Otherwise, the app knows you are in store and just shows you the in store prices.) read more

The store itself is great which is why I'm giving them a 3 and not a 1. Its organized well and has a surprisingly good inventory for the size. I wish it were slightly bigger but I can't complain about having a target nearby. Last night however I went shopping there for the third time. My girlfriend and I decided we were going to go slowly through the store since we finally had a chance to actually shop. As we are looking at cough drops one of the workers decides to walk and stand directly behind my girlfriend and bump her. He proceeded to groan... no social distancing, no apology. As we were going through the store we notice him following us, and staring at us randomly, 2 other workers did the same, as though they thought we were going to steal. We had a basket full of things to purchase. When we were smelling the candles thinking of what to buy that first worker literally stood in the isle staring at us. This made our shopping experience which would have been very fun, very annoying. read more

It's hard to imagine target being terrible since it's everyone's favorite store...but this one is the worst I've been to by far. Miserable, unhelpful workers, empty shelves that are rarely restocked, and they do not answer the phones at all. -Tried calling to make sure they had a product I was interested in purchasing and after three failed attempts at getting through to someone -only to realize they had been hanging up on me- just sealed the deal for me. Will never go back to this location. read more

Sure the convenience is there this is a store that we all have been waiting for the long time it's small not fully staffed I wish they had more of a variety of other items however considering the space they have this is satisfying the customer service is horrendous placing an order for pick up and hoping that it will be brought to your car within 15 minutes I I placed an order last night for pick up this morning I was notified that my order is ready I went to the app notify them I'm on my way pulled up to parking zone and notify the store that I'm there and waiting 15 minutes later no one showed up I received a message that due to high demand there will be a delay. Strangely enough the parking lot was empty maybe 2-3 cars parked I messaged the store again that I'm here and waiting after five minutes no one showed up I left had to go to work when I get to my desk I have contacted customer service online to be told that my order was canceled and refunded the wasted half an hour of my precious morning time for nothing the customer service was useless read more
