This Lululemon does have a wide selection, but not so much of sizes. I am a size 2-4 and I wasn't really looking at the bigger sizes. They didn't have so much smaller sizes as I wish they did, but their selection is pretty nice. The service is always perfect, lots of employees, they ask you for help, but not too overbearing. Wow! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude retail store in my life. My daughter received a pair of leggings as a gift this week, and they were a little tight so she went to the store to make an exchange for one size larger. She presented her size 4 to the clerk and the lady pretentiously rolled her eyes and said, "Do you want to try a size 10!" My daughter brushed off her body shaming comments, tried the size 10 on (yes she actually Rudely gave her a size 10 to try on), and then exchanged her leggings for a size 6. Shameful behavior. She should be fired, or if this is the way this store strives to treat people they should be boycotted and shut down. There are plenty of other choices for stores that carry as good or better of a product at a more competitive price. And you can make your purchase without being verbally abused. Poor customer service. My on line orders were cancelled twice and the store manager told me the items were either stolen from the store or their system was not up to date. On top of that, they do not answer their phone there so that customers can simply ask questions. You have to drive there to get assistance. read more

I basically don't shop for clothes (I hate shopping but know what I like) - some of mine are 20 years old. But my daughters and wife buy me my favorite work pants (comfortable and neat looking) from Lululemon and I love them. This Lululemon store is one the the WORST! Horrible customer service ! They absolutely are judgemental and don't know how to treat or speak to their customers especially their customers of COLOR. I went into the store to inform them that pants I just purchased 6 months ago started ripping and not performing to my expectation the woman look at my pants and ask me how I wash my pants. I stated I have 5 other pairs of pants and i wash them together. She began to speak to me in a very condescending tone telling me that because they exchanged my last pair for the same reason they can't do this pair which is bullshit! If I own 5-6 pairs and I purchased them from your store and they aren't performing there's a way to handle a customer to align, acknowledge & assure you'll find them solution versus telling me you won't do anything with an annoyed and irritating look on your face. This store is always rude towards people of color it's never genuine and the women don't care that you just dropped $100 for a pair of pants. Lululemon states their for diversity but this store is one of the worst stores I've shopped at . If I were you I'd avoid at all costs. read more

Recently, a friend of mine (well known staple in the Philadelphia Athletic Community and member of the Sweat Collective/Lulu enthusiast) purchased a pair of large 'Page Breaker Short *Lined' as a gift for me via an email Holiday promotion titled "Your friends and family will love you 25% more." I tried on the shorts, and they did not fit, so I asked if she could take the shorts, receipt, and tags back to the store (the same contents that were shipped to her) and exchange for an XL instead. Upon exchange, this branch charged her full price of the item, without original discount and required her to pay the full price of the same shorts a size larger. I couldn't believe it, so I called the store and spoke with the store manager, she said she would look into it and have someone call me back. The gentleman named Sean, gave me a call back within an hour and expressed that Sweat Collective is for personal use only despite the promotional email she received and that "she should know that" when I challenged the stores policy on charging full price on discounted purchases for exchange. This should have been such an easy retail transaction. After 3 years as a Lulu shopper, this was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I've only gone to this location of Lululemon a couple of times. It's a little smaller than the one in center city, but the women that work there are pretty helpful. I do feel a slight bit of intimidation though, as if I have to be athletic or "cool" to shop there. Maybe it's just all in my head. Or maybe I came in looking like a mess after a long run and I also just had a long day. I just like some of their products and they are very close to my home for last minute sports wear. read more

When Lululemon announced they signed Eagles QB Nick Foles as an ambassador I immediately took my two sons and daughter to the Ardmore, PA store. We bought ABC pants, shorts, t shirts, polo's and for her leggings and bra. They're in their 20's and they really like the material, quality, style and colors. This all in addition to the great service from Danielle who ensured each of the four of us got the size that fit perfectly and matched our life style of work, exercise and casual outings. This is my favorite Lulu store. I used to go to the KOP store, but since this new location is closer to home I come here. They always have the best selection of the newest items and lots of sizes. Seems to me that they get more colors and product then the Wayne and KOP store. The girls here are all very nice and easy to talk to. I try to go once a week at least since Lulu puts out new stuff every week. read more
