I've noticed that Target shelf prices frequently come up higher at the register. Today, two items rang up 15% and 25% higher than the posted price. When I asked for the correct price, the cashier refused to adjust it and said the items would be discarded instead. That's wasteful, irresponsible, and manipulative. I should not be guilted into paying the higher price, and I am equally upset that food is being wasted like that. In a time when we're already being overcharged for everything, Target is engaging in deceptive pricing practices and hurting their customers even more. They've already faced class‑action lawsuits over this behavior. Customers shouldn't have to choose between overpaying or watching perfectly good products get thrown out. Do better. read more

Fantastic customer service at the exchanges and returns counter. It's Black Friday weekend and the lines weren't long today. The associate helping me with my exchange was polite, fast and friendly. I stood in a regular checkout line as well to purchase a doormat and the cashier was wonderful. We chatted about the holidays and being blind without our glasses! She was very sweet. Starbucks at 401 Easton Road in Warrington, PA inside a Target These girls are like angry trolls! The counters are filthy. Spilled milk and no one is cleaning it up. Theres no line but its taking eons. Theyre creating messes and it is not sanitary! I have stood for 10min watching their anger. Target or starbucks needs to perhaps raise their wages. The drinks are just milk. I paid for milk basically. Warm disgusting milk. I will contact corporate and I want my money back! We tossed our drinks. Great location! Come here frequently and they typically have a good selection. I will say that I'm a LEGO collector, and they're often sold out of many sets so the section looks bare. I normally look at the LEGO Friends isle the most and they often have a few sets, one or two types of LEGO Dots bracelets, and a few LEGO Disney Princess sets, so they could do a better job of keeping LEGO Friends in stock, but other than that, everything is always well organized, and staff is friendly and helpful! Update: I went in a few days ago to just shop around, and I found a 16" Squishmallow on sale for $10 off to make it $9.99! Normally when collecting I shop at Learning Express because they're not sold anywhere else besides Hallmark, and we all know Hallmark jacks up the prices of gifts. I'm so glad Target sells them now too, and for cheap! I will say that they only had Elodie (whom I got), and Darex, who was $13.99, and the same size, who I didn't get. I will say that this location is often out of stock of the things I want, and when I looked on the app for Anastasia, the closest location with her was 45 minutes away, and low in stock, plus she isn't available for shipping. I don't know if this location is just a lower priority for high demand items, or if they just get less shipments, but I will probably just buy Anastasia elsewhere. read more

Went today and saw an item was 50% off, when we went to the register to pay it wasn't ringing up, the employee called someone up on the wakitalkie and said there is no signs and no sale. I needed a specialty item and I found it in stock via the Target website. They even tell you what aisle it was in and lo and behold(!) there were actually five of them there. This was great and made for an easy shopping experience. Of course I picked up a few more things while I was there but being able to see that they had it in stock plus location made it easy in and out. Where to begin, I went there the other day looking to buy an Amazon Fire Tablet and was told they were out of stock. No big deal, it happens. The gentleman who told me that they were out stock quickly went back to the sales desk and leaned on it and chatted with his coworker while I continued looking at other tablets. He didn't bother checking in to see if I needed further help or if he could answer any questions. I know that they don't get commission, but try to help your store make money. I ended up leaving and buying a much more expensive tablet with accessories at a nearby competitor where they were more than helpful. Most of the employees seemed miserable, but at least my wife got through check out fast, so that's a plus. From now on, I will avoid this store and go elsewhere so that I don't have to practically beg them to take my money. This experience has by no means been standard for me when I visit Target stores, this store is just bad. Will shop nearby competitors or just take a longer drive to a different Target. read more

it's the holidays so I know they are busy, but the staff is so rude. I went down to cashier and there was a little spill of sand. I thought I was walking around it, but my cart wheels on the right went through it. The gentlemen working just stared at me angrily. I said sorry and could i go to the line. This location had great parking, it was huge and modernized, had a Starbucks as soon as you walked in (and a CVS inside!!), and the online pick up section was super easy!! The employee was so friendly and kind to my Mom and I, she felt like a friend! I found great items at the store that I purchased, and the dressing rooms were organized, relatively clean, and had three staff members inside to help with cleaning the rooms and taking unwanted items. The employee at self-check out was also great and asked if we needed any help (which we didn't). This location is FABULOUS, 5 Stars!!! I may start coming to this location more often!!! read more

Tech department very rude! We wanted help with a senior relative's Consumer Cellular phone, which was purchased here. But we were told they were only advising on I-phones that day, and we'd have to call customer service to get our questions answered. Sad they are so focused on big sale $s they can't assist you with what you already bought. Target is billed as an outlet for CC, but they sure don't act like it! Separately, in the front of the store, shopping carts had been arranged to completely block the way to the main part of the store, forcing everyone to go all the way around the huge store to get to a cashier. This is by far the WORST Target I've EVER been to! I stopped in yesterday to pick up 2 CD's in which I had to retrieve from the "customer service" area. When I walked up to the line ( no line really because I was the only one there) 3 target employees were behind the desk chit chatting (two women probably in their late 60's and the other in her 20's). Each of them looked me dead in the face and without any acknowledgement, they turned their heads and continued chatting. It was as if I never approached the desk. I waited close to a minute before saying " Excuse me, is this center open?" It wasn't until then one of them replied, " Sure, you can step up." By this time I'm absolutely livid!!! I can step up? What happened to, "Hello! How are you? How can I help you????", as soon as you walk in the dang door or approach the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK??!!!!!! No apologies for their poor customer service nor for their lag time in responding to me! Why should I have to ask if the center is open when there's no line and 3 employees behind the desk sharing personal stories amongst each other? I wouldn't go back to that store if it were the last store on earth that sold the last supply of food on the universe. Ugh! Tip of the day: Please do not work in customer service if you suck at it! This Target is located in Creekview Center in Warrington Pa. I stopped in for the first time a few days ago on October 6th 2020. I was impressed with the Target, it was large clean and had a Starbucks too as soon as you walk in. The trip overall was very quick, right back to the entertainment section to pick out the newest music cd's. On my way up front to pay there was a small stand that took 5 items or less and was pay by card only...perfect for me! The employee that ran the stand was very friendly, efficient and she was helpful with the way to go to leave the store and bypass the rest of the lines. This Target is also in between Easton Road (Route 611) and Street Road (Route 132) making it in a very convenient spot. Paul Valley Road, the backroad that connect these two major roads, is right behind Target and isn't too busy. My sister and her apartment (which is right down Street Road) is only a few minutes away and I look forward to stopping at this Target whenever I am in the area! read more

The makeup section is impeccable every piece of make up you could ever be looking for is there.. from low to high end "drug store cosmetics". If the employees were a bit more welcoming It would be 5 stars. They all look angry. I purchased an ipod shuffle here a few months ago, and it stopped working, but I thought no big deal I purchased targets replacement protection program... well I called and the program is complete B.S. like most warranty programs (the asurion one). They just wasted my time and basically said unless its a wiring issue or a malfunction of device they won't replace it if dropped or anything- WHICH THE SALES ASSOC told me they replace it for any issues- that was a LIE! I feel completely taken advantage of and cheated by target. They did not seem to care whatsoever. I will never buy electronics from ANY target store again! And am definitely not going to warrington target ever again and am canceling my credit card with them. If he just told me the truth I would not have purchased this B.S. warranty program. read more

Why do I love target? Listen I have made myself really comfortable in my life. I do pretty well, which is amazing considering my Insatiable need to poison my evil liver. It deserves it... anyway still I must have been a vagrant in another life because I just can't wait to get to target for the free samples. Free samples you say, oh do tell. I sample the deodorant and put it back. I sample the face lotion and then I use the sock helper. I weigh myself here constantly. They have tons of scales. I've never had any issues at this Target and I have been going here for years. The place is clean, and everytime they renovate it seems to be a good upgrade to the store. Ever since the new food section, I feel like it is really complete! However, the prices for the food is a bit more than your typical food chain store. This place is usually a 5 star for me. They always have what I need, and the folks at the pharmacy are the best. However, after today's visit to customer service for a return, I feel compelled to write this review. A few minutes after 8am, I was 2nd in line for a return. The people ahead of me got no hello, no smile, no thank you from the miserable girl helping them. When they left I did hear them comment about her attitude. Now it was my turn. I say hello, good morning and give the reason for the return. My refund is processed and she hands me my receipt with the same coldness she treated the other people with. So I say thank you and have a great day in my loudest, most friendliest voice. She mumbled something as I walked away. What a rude turd this girl was. I used to love Target, you can pretty much find anything there, especially for kids. But recently to buy anything a target is a risk. First people hack in their system and steal people's personal information and then when you still trust them and go shopping there, and an item is damaged they still won't just exchange it. They will make you return it with your lisence, then you get the lowest price so you can buy the exact item again. It's ridiculous!! I will not go shopping at Target anymore, I will rather deal with the rude people at Walmart. Their prices are cheaper anyway!! read more

I go to this Target for only certain shopping items. I must admit the grocery aisles are still greatly clogged and blocked with workers stocking empty shelves during the morning and daytime hours including weekends while customers are trying to grocery shop. Target needs to rehire a desperately needed night crew for stocking all year round like Costco. All I noticed were perhaps outsourced or privatized employees(employees who were not in Target dress Code) who were vacuuming the ladies wear Department while customers were trying to shop. Also, all clothing departments need to be revamped along with the shoe department. The old Store Design was better than the so called "new" renovation. It does have a nice Starbucks and a huge parking lot. read more
