The amount didn't reflect what I thought it should be but I waited to get my receipt to see it. Well, it did not come off. I had to get BACK in line AGAIN and then had a different girl who agreed she didn't see the $10 off. She got a manager who asked the original cashier what type of coupon I had. She brushed it off saying she didn't have it anymore and went about her business. She was less than helpful. I had to return everything and it had to all get rerung up as a new order. Altogether it took an additional 25 minutes. I wish the first cashier would have looked rather than brushing off my statement that the $10 was taken off. It also would have been nice to get an apology from either the original cashier, the manager or the new girl ringing me up for this inconvenience. The store shouldn't mail me the coupons if they don't want the customers coming in using them. And they should strive for stronger customer service. It goes a long way.

However, as I was shopping, the employees began to stare at me from behind the counter. I felt very uncomfortable while browsing the selection and decided to look at the jewelry. I grabbed a necklace from the display and began to look at It. I accidentally dropped the necklace (100% my fault), which caused the gem on It to break. I picked It up and looked around for an employee and one was standing right behind me! i immediately offered to pay full price for the damaged item, since I had caused the damage. The employee took me to the register where they proceeded to lecture me for 10+ minutes about how this hurt the business tremendously and how they weren't going to charge me full price, since it's damaged. The employees also asked me questions about what I would do if I owned the business in this scenarioI said that I should pay full price since I had broken it, but they refused without giving me a new pendant. I paid the discounted price (not my choice) and left. I wanted to like this place, but guilt tripping customers like children for clear accidents? Not cool.
