The amount didn't reflect what I thought it should be but I waited to get my receipt to see it. Well, it did not come off. I had to get BACK in line AGAIN and then had a different girl who agreed she didn't see the $10 off. She got a manager who asked the original cashier what type of coupon I had. She brushed it off saying she didn't have it anymore and went about her business. She was less than helpful. I had to return everything and it had to all get rerung up as a new order. Altogether it took an additional 25 minutes. I wish the first cashier would have looked rather than brushing off my statement that the $10 was taken off. It also would have been nice to get an apology from either the original cashier, the manager or the new girl ringing me up for this inconvenience. The store shouldn't mail me the coupons if they don't want the customers coming in using them. And they should strive for stronger customer service. It goes a long way.
