I'm still traumatized by how I was treated today at this store. I was waiting for my husband while he got his haircut next door I decided to go to Ashley because I wanted to browse and I was looking specifically for a work desk. I enter the store to be greeted by a very friendly worker. Told him I was just browsing thank you. I start to walk to see everything the show room has to offer. I get 20 feet into the store for a MANAGER to YELL "SIR HOW OLD ARE YOU?!" I didn't turn around because clearly I've been greeted already so I didn't think anything of it and mind my own business. Next thing I hear again and it's even LOUDER "SIR HOW OLD ARE YOU!? YOUR NOT ALLOWED IN HERE!" At that point because of how close I hear this person now I turn and she's walking right up to my face telling me.....no DEMAND ME to tell her my age. I said why would I need to tell you my age?! She went from 50-100 saying you don't look over 18 you need to leave you have to be 18 or over to shop here. First off. I have a FULL BEARD WITH WHITE HAIRS -and I have salt and pepper hair. I flipped out. I felt like this was a joke or a prank but no this this discrimination because of how I looked?! I felt so embarrassed like why would a MANAGER just all of a sudden not even 30 seconds into my shopping experience am I being profiled and asked for my age. What does it matter. I'm by myself and if you saw me you wouldn't see a child. I'm a grown adult married with a mortgage. I was told to leave by the lady who said she was the store manager with threat of calling the cops because of how I was responding to how she responded to me. So I left but they still called the police to which the officer said the workers said I possibly made a "threat". The only "threat" was to call the company office to report this experience. And now to add a false accusation of whatever they claimed to the call. Where do I even start? I had just moved to Horsham and had no furniture for my apartment. Was sleeping on a leaky air mattress. So I stop into the Regency/Ashley furniture store in Warminster around 6pm and a young salesman, Steven, helped me pick out about $2500 worth of furniture after explaining my situation to him. He said the delivery scheduling people were gone for the night but I could call them and schedule a delivery in the morning. Said shouldn't take more than 2, 3 days tops to get the delivery. I call the next week and they aren't able to set up a weekday afternoon delivery for 2 and a half weeks. I go in to the store the next day and talk to a woman named Elaine about it. She agrees that Steven should have told me that in March delivery schedules usually fill up fast. She says she will type an email to see if anything could be done to speed up the delivery and will get back to me. A few days later, I go back in after not hearing from her. She tells me that she's sorry, but nothing could be done. I tell her that I'm upset but if she can get them to deliver after 5 on the delivery date, it would go a long ways toward making things better. She says she will contact them to try to get that to happen. I get an automated call the next week saying the delivery has been scheduled for between 2 and 6 on such and such a date. I go back in and ask Elaine if they would be delivering after 5 so I wouldn't have to take off from work. She says that my delivery is the last one scheduled for that day. Okay. So the day of the delivery, I get a phone call at work at 1pm from the driver of the delivery truck saying they're just around the corner. I told them that I was at work and they were supposed to deliver last during the 2 to 6pm time slot. They said this was their last delivery of the day but said I could reschedule. I had already been without furniture for almost 3 weeks, so no, I didn't want to reschedule. Fortunately, I was able to get a friend to meet them and accept the delivery. When I get home, the kitchen table I bought had several new scratches and a piece was missing from the work desk set I had bought (see the photos below). So I go back to the store. Elaine tells me that since the table was a floor model, I had bought it "as is" and nothing could be done. I showed her the picture I had taken of it while it was in the store (no scratches) and tried to explain that it was no longer "as is." She told me I should have just refused the piece when I saw it coming off the delivery truck. I told her that I wasn't there for the delivery because they came early and I had to have a friend sign for it. Sorry, no returns on floor models. Same for the work desk which she informed me evidently didn't come with the file cabinet part. Evidently. the file cabinet piece was an extra $200 on top of the $240 I paid for the desk. I said "how was I supposed to know it didn't come as a set. There was no separate price tag on and Steven never mentioned it was a separate item and never tried to sell me the extra piece. I showed her the photo I had taken of it in the store the day of the purchase and told her any reasonable person would have thought they had purchased the whole set. She said Steven was relatively new but should have known better. Can I return it? Nope! Company policy. But she could sell the file cabinet part of it for a discounted price. This is unacceptable. It's false advertising. Sorry, it's company policy that showroom sales are final. Can you explain to your boss what happened and get an exception to be made? She said she completely understood why I was upset and that she would talk to her boss and get back to me. She never gets back to me, so I go back in. She said the boss said no. I ask her if I could speak to the boss. Is she here? That's when she introduces me to Pamela. Pamela doesn't even try to fake empathy for the situation. She looks and speaks to me like I'm some annoyance. I tell her that this while situation is unacceptable. I'll keep the table but I need to be able to return that desk. Nope, company policy. Can you contact someone from corporate and explain the situation. Well, I'm off the next two days. Won't be back in until Thursday. I tell her I'm a patient man. I expect to hear back from her by the end of the week. All right, I'll see what I can do. Sure enough I didn't. So here I am writing this review, something I rarely do, but if it can save any of you from going through an experience like this, it's worth it. DO NOT do business with this store. This is the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had. I cannot imagine this store will stay in business much longer with the way they treat customers. They are THE WORST!!! read more

Just don't do it, is all I can say. Purchased the Durango sectional in Oct. of 2023. One section has already collapsed. Purchased extended service warranty but of course this is not covered. Paid $150 for service call. Tech says he ordered parts 5 weeks ago that were to be delivered to my home. Never received. Ashley called and said they want to set up Tech to return for an hourly of $150. Was told originally $150 was total charge for repair! 3 tries to speak to upper management on phone with response that they will return my call in 24-72 hours. Never do they call! Sofa is going in trash today. New one ordered from Raymour & Flanigan. Ashley is a joke that sells real junk ONLY and does not stand behind what they represent! read more

Literally the dumbest bunch of criminals that have ever tried to scam me. I have an Ashley's card with a high credit limit and went in to completely furnish a new apartment. Found a sectional in the outlet area for $1170. Asked (3 times) what my payment would be and was ready to spend abut $6k total. The guy couldn't even explain it to me and brought over his equally dim manager. After another few minutes of trying to figure it out he says "It's $50 a month for 48 months interest free." Ummmmm what, do you understand math genius? I asked him why and it got worse, he said that is $2000 divided by 48??!!!! Ummmm is he getting dumber? I said " The sign right there says $1170, and he said, "Yea that's the cash price!" ????? It doesn't say it's the cash price, because there is no cash price. I said "We are done here." Don't deal with this store at all, they are either scam artists or morons and honestly both those groups are equally dangerous to trust with your money. Go literally anywhere else. read more

I stopped in here on Sunday for the first time and again tonight to seal the deal on my new furniture. Ashley Homestore replaced Mealey's Furniture that was at this address. There's a parent-store next door called Regency Furniture, which is connected to Ashley on the inside and has an equally impressive showroom. Currently, this Ashley Homestore has the largest showroom in PA. It took us a few hours to go through the whole thing. During our first visit, we were introduced to Doug, the General Manager. He was the most pleasant person (and only person) we came in contact with on Sunday. He gave us his card and told us to come back and see him. Today, we purchased what we had our eyes on over the weekend. Doug introduced us to one of his salesmen, Kyle. Kyle was helpful, attentive and gave us just about every piece of information we needed. We must've went over the order and the protection plan details 3 times. I liked that throughout the entire process I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want and felt like both gentleman cared about what we wanted. They helped us out tremendously. Kyle noted that they opened up last Friday, but didn't advertise their opening and still had a decent amount of people in the store browsing. The prices were slashed in half (as shown in one of my photos) and they were offering free delivery for a limited time only. There were various signs throughout the store with the social distancing rule and for the most part, the customers were respectful of that rule. I loved the service and the selection of furniture. I would absolutely recommend this Ashley Homestore location to anyone looking for stylish home furnishings. read more

The customer service in the store is awesome. However, trying to get your products that you purchased is another story. First, off when we purchased we were told that we would get our furniture in three weeks. Fast forward to week four, called store and they are saying two more weeks because they are waiting for a piece of the furniture that didn't come in. No they didn't call us to give us an update or anything. It's insane that you have to wait so long to get furniture. I think if they were more open and honest up front people wouldn't be so disappointed. Fingers crossed, hopefully it won't go past two months for me. We have an even planned this coming month and was hoping to have our home furnished. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing so I will take partial blame as well. read more

Received furniture and was not home. They left broken chair and are now telling me after waiting approxinately 3 weeks the parts will come sometime in March. I must then call back customer service to see when they can come out to fix. Tried to call Corporate Office and was told they could do nothing. Talked to General Manager of store and was told they could do nothing because it was a customer service issue. I would advise anyone not to purchase any item from Ashley. I ordered full bedroom set and also table and chairs from Ashley. I was told 12 weeks until delivery. The actual time was 15 weeks. I can understand that thing take longer due to COVID. What I didn't expect was to have my furniture arrive DAMAGED, FILTHY , poorly assembled and for the delivery people to leave a giant mess in my house. On top of that when I attempt to contact the store to remedy these issues they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they are no help whatsoever. It has been 10 days since I sent them pictures of the problems with my furniture and no word back. I would never purchase from this store again. read more

While the store has decent furniture, the customer service is HORRIBLE. My husband and I purchased a new bed, and was given a 2-6 week delivery estimate. They called and gave us a day it would be delivered, but we were unavailable. They then attempted to charge us a fee to reschedule. Delivery day rolled around, and we were given a delivery window of 2-6pm. 6pm rolled around and still no delivery and no word from the store. We called multiple times, and due to the store using a third party service, they were unable to give us any type of update. Meanwhile, we had already gotten rid of our bed for the expected delivery. 9pm rolls around and the store still could not assist in locating the delivery or even cancelling our order. Cyrina on the phone was rude, unaccommodating, and generally not empathetic of our situation. We will be cancelling out Ashley credit card and never shopping there again. read more

Was given 1-5 pm delivery times 7pm still no delivery called costume service - all three reps I spoke with we're rude and gave me the runaround one said they were finished at the stop before me the next said oh no they are still there. I do not know where to begin. We received damaged furniture and filthy dirty. I am surprise we don't have bugs. We received the furniture paying FULL price. Had ran to the hospital appt . after delivery. Next day realized the chairs were perused or just old sample furniture. I started calling. The gentleman said you examined the furniture before you accepted them . I said I know what you are trying to say. He had me take pictures and send them in an e mail. He said wait 48 hours for an answer. This went back and forth till today. Alessia whom I talked to last Thursday said she would call on Sunday June 5th, 2022. I waited . I called the store and asked for her today. I told them she was to get back to me today. The women on phone said will the day is not over.... Well I said she was to get back to me. This review is only for the furniture inventory. We didn't purchase anything from this store. They had a look to look at overall: bedroom sets, dining room sets, sectional couches, recliners, etc. as well as a clearance section in the back with a little bit of everything. It was a nicely laid out. The furniture is definitely lower quality and you could tell by looking at it. Most of it was unattractive. I saw one bedroom set that was cute and a pillow. We left pretty quickly. If you're looking for cheaper furniture then maybe check it out. Most of the reviews from customers are bad though. A relative of ours bought a bedroom set from this Ashley store and it took forever to be delivered. They were told six weeks and it was more like twelve. Beware. read more
