Purchased items online. Two days later decided not to pick these items up because I was going out of town. Soon after I get an email stating that my order was PICKED UP!!!!!!!!! How could this be??!!!! Now I have to wait 24 hrs. to contact Target to get a refund. Target should be contacting ME!!! read more

Mister AJUNI is one AMAZING employee!!! He did not stop helping me until I found exactly what I needed!!

Marcella was very patient and kind. She was very knowledgeable of different menu items and was able to assist me with finding lower sugar options. She made my day with her kindness. Marcella showed customer service at it's finest. She is a role model for others. Thanks Marcella for a wonderful experience! read more

Every time I come in here the AP (or LP) always says hi. Most employees ask if we need help with anything or greet us when we walk by. Most Targets I have been to are not this good with their customer service. Whatever the manager at this store is doing is doing a good job. Either they're really good with hiding how much they hate working here or they ACTUALLY enjoy working here. It keeps me coming back. read more

I love Target and it's one of my preferences. Although I went in looking for a particular article of clothing I could not come across. I tried looking for help and wasn't even able to find a single employee other than the electronics people. And I mean out and about, not like cashiers. read more

The customer service at this Target is very slim to none. The employees do not acknowledge you at all nor do they offer any assistance. They are restocking through the entire day and they make is seem as if the customer is in their way. Customers should always come first and we shouldn't have to move out of the way while shopping. read more

Today I went to target to look for some beach toys. And was looking for sun block lotion. I found what I was looking for,as I got to thr register that's where I seen the most beautiful cashier. Her name is jazmine, very polite and professional. She helped me how to fill out an app for the red card. She told me that I can do it at home. Again her name is jazmine. read more

I would like to say I had the best experience at this Target. I thought I had placed a drive up order and I really made a pick up order Grace was the team member who explained then she went out of her way to bring me my items anyway. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service! 5 all day!! I recommend this Target if you want good service read more

Their app will say they have an item in stock but then when you get there they won't have any of that item. It's a real big inconvenience when you're driving from a far distance just for that one item read more

I'm starting to notice that most big box retailers are not being equal opportunity employers and are only hiring from a thin margin of the counties populace. It's very sad when it's blatantly obvious that almost none of the employees are over the age of 25. While I accept that youth need jobs, it cannot be denied that they must be rejecting mountains of applicants based on their age. I feel that employers should try to match the demographics of the area they reside in and try to represent the county in their hiring practices. I am rethinking patronage to this store and some of the other large retail stores in the area. We need stores that represent all of Tulare county young and old. read more

I was very displeased with the organization of the employees handling the applications & who was being hired. I interviewed and got a call the same day asking to come back in and fill out more paper work and get hired. I was then called back about 2 minutes later and told they called the wrong applicant and I was not getting offered a job and to try applying again in six months. I was very disappointed that I was wrongfully offered the job. read more

Haiku help desk review: Fastidious staff // Adroit minders helping out // Placating patrons After coming to this store on a weekly basis for a year now, I can say that the real gem of this location is the customer service desk. They always help me come to some kind of resolution with whatever problem I approach them with. After all they've done for me, the least I owe them is a haiku homage. The rest of the store is pretty standard, if not better than average, for a Target. I've purchased a lot of groceries from this location and have only two complaints: 1. About one out of every three Market Pantry Cheese Squares (Target brand Cheezits) package is stale prior to being opened. 2. I've purchased some Archers Farms apples on multiple occasions that had rotted from the inside (through the stem). These issues have more to do with Target itself than this particular location. Some advice that is relevant to this location: buy your winter clothes before the first big freeze of the season, because you'll be SoL fighting the horde of ephemerally-minded shoppers rushing in after making the realization that they had abruptly purged all their long-johns in the zenith of the hellish Visalian summer, and who are now storming every retail outlet in the city desperately trying to replace their tank tops and swim shorts for something warm enough to keep them alive at night. I speak as a reluctant past participant of such phenomena. read more

I work at a target in sacramento but This target is so much bigger, nicer and cleaner! The service here was also great! I would love to visit this target again whenever I'm in town again! :) read more

This target is awesome! I mainly come here for the pharmacy and everyone that works there is extremely helpful. There were some issues with my insurance not covering specific medications, but target called my doctor a bunch of times and took care of it for me. I really appreciated all the hard work and would highly recommend this location. read more

This target is my favorite store it has everything it even has a Starbucks my whole wardrobe comes from target everything is cheap cheaper than Walmart the meat is good it won't rot it three days like others stores the fruit and vegetables are fresh they have no gmo's and the employees are the nicest people there What makes target so good it there over priced coffee franchise "Starbucks" personally they should take that out and put a "Dutch Brothers" but coffee is coffee another great thing about target is the store is organized it makes you feel cozy All I'm sayin is the target is amazing it's organized clean nice employees when you walk in it smell like coffee it make you feel happy three is a ton of parking and it s never packed even on Sunday and if it is everyone acts like human beings not animals read more

This is a store I frequent a lot! Most of my shopping experiences are great but the other day I had a very unpleasant one! I was going along looking for a parking spot and saw one in the very front. I was about to turn in to the spot, when suddenly I was cut off and nearly smashed into by a young driver in a white car who aggressively took my spot. What could I do? I parked somewhere else and noticed this young female driver, not only cut me off, stole my spot IN THE VERY FRONT and nearly hit me, but she's an employee! I didn't complain to anyone, but I have to wonder what their parking policies are. read more

I know I looked lost, but nobody asked if I wanted or needed help. The fact that I was searching high and low for the Christmas section, and that I didn't find it, when Christmas is two weeks away? Wow. read more

This is a medium sized target with a smallish food section. You can't really grocery shop like at the bigger stores, but you can get odds and ends, mostly dry products and milk/eggs. Tiny bit of produce and pre-packaged deli meats. It is clean and well put together, checkout is usually quick. Organic milk and eggs but that's mostly it, they don't even carry their store brands in organic. :( One weird quirk is they don't carry any regular king size bedding here, only the California King. (I always wonder if its because whomever orders it doesn't know the difference and just gets the Cal Kings b/c we're in CA!) Another thing-watch out in the parking lot; a lot of lazy people must shop here, there's usually more carts around the lot than in the corrals. read more

I wouldn't even give this target a star! I was not satisfied with the online pick up and electronics. I ordered the Samsung gear S with no contracts for 199 and yet one of the guy from elections and the lady from customer service told me I needed to add contract with the smart watch, when online it clearly states that I do not need contract. I canceled my ordered and went to another target and was able to get the smart watch without a contract!! read more

Went specifically for 2 items (birthday gifts for our son): a bluetooth speaker and NBA2k19 for PS4. As soon as we got to the electronics department, Katherine (younger gal) was eager to help. She showed us 2 different models of the speaker we wanted. After showing her on my phone that Walmart had it priced $30 cheaper, she told us they should be able to price match it for the lower price. When she asked if she could help us with anything else, I asked her if she could explain the difference between the "LeBron cover" NBA2k19 versus the "regular cover" NBA2k19, which was about $40 cheaper. She was very knowledgeable about both games and I expressed disappointment that the store website said the LeBron version was out of stock in Visalia (and unavailable at any Target store within 100 miles of our location!) She told us no, that they DID have some in stock and in less than a minute, she located it for us. She walked us to guest services to ensure we received the price match guarantee for the speaker. It took us longer to drive from our home to the visalia target store than it did for us to find and buy the exact 2 items we went for. All shopping trips should be this quick. Katherine, you were very helpful, thank you! Management, please take note: Katherine is a great associate and knows her stuff. read more

Target has gotten better over the last 30 days. Still don't understand why they can't have shelves stocked by the opening bell, but I guess they prefer to inconvenience the customer. I do like going here for the convenience and quality of items I purchase. read more

Extremely rude employee Rebecca! Asked about a specific item. Rebecca didn't want to assist me with the question I asked her. She was annoyed the she had to help a guest with something. She rolled her eyes and mocked my question. I walked around trying to find the item on my own and was given dirty looks by Rebecca. Had another employee helped Lindsay who went out of her way to help me. Notified management of the issue with Rebecca he really didn't seem to care! read more

My daughter found about $65 on the floor at the store and did the right thing and turned it in. She asked what would happen to the money if nobody claimed it and they said their policy was to keep it. I really hope whoever lost their money gets it back but if not that money should belong to my daughter NOT Target. When I called corporate the guy on the phone said it was their policy and he said next time don't turn it in. What does that say about Target and honesty. read more

For those of us who can't stand walmart target is it. They need bigger bags of bedding shavings in the pet section and they don't have artichokes and they never have size 36 by 29 pants though.
