This Target is a convenient place to get all kinds of products. The Starbucks within the store is also a nice place to grab a coffee while you shop. Besides groceries, their home decor and clothing options are also at a good value. Their self checkout is nice but the lines can get long during peak times. The service is horrible here. If you want to buy something on sale, or clearance, take the pictures but they will still argue with you. If you're bored and want to have someone to fight with you? This is the place. This is not the first, or 2nd time or 3rd time with this experience. We appreciate they hire older people here but they have attitudes. They have to be right and won't listen. The sign says 70% off, it rang up only 50% off. We bought multiple nerf guns there and it's all showing 70% off. She wouldn't even go look, or have another person look. My spouse went and took the picture and we even told them we took the last 2. One rang up 70% and the other didn't. The manager eventually came up and scanned it. Saying the price online is more expensive and we are already getting a deal. What the heck is that? That's not what your sign said. She also rang something else up, it was full price, we told them no. The manager eventually told the cashier that it is 30% off. The cashier will argue the situation to their death. It's crazy. We won't be coming back to you guys. If Target continues to be like this, we'll go somewhere else, because their deals are no longer deals anyways. Their customer service is going down the toilet. This is the closest Target to our home in Sugar Hill GA. I use the drive up system a lot. Target rarely disappoints. The Service is quick and friendly. They most always have my items and it's free. No order limit. The APP is very user friendly. In fact I am due to pick up another item today! Hersheys Candy Cane Kisses. They smell amazing. I received a Target gift card for Christmas, so I decided to use the remainder of it here on the night of the 1st. I had never been to this location, but I remember seeing it when I'd been to the Steak 'n' Shake next door on more than one occasion. This was the first time going to a Super Target for me. Instantly, it seemed better than most Walmart Supercenters in terms of cleanliness and selection. I love that this Target and most stores in the area usually have only like one or two customers inside at almost any given hour - at least that has been my experience. There's something refreshing about taking your time shopping and not feeling like you're packed in like sardines wall to wall - does wonders for your anxiety, if you have some level of it like me! "I got everything I wanted and some extra" lol, but isn't that always the way with Target? I even saw some things that looked interesting for next time like Honey Pumpkin Goat Cheese Ravioli. The aisles were all well stocked, and I noticed there are more sales here and cheaper prices than your regular Target stores, since there is more selection and more competing brands. There was a good variety of healthy frozen meals too, so I might have to come back for those as well, as many other stores tend to be low on those. I'd highly recommend this Super Target if you're in the area. I really enjoyed my experience compared to my recent Snellville Target experience, which wasn't horrible but was definitely way more crowded than I like and disorganized. read more

make sure you check EVERy item if you're picking up!!! they delivered the order to my car and I told them I was missing items. they went back in and I waited again while they brought one missing item out and said, That's it!". I was still missing seven additional items. I waited while they went in yet again and finally, they came out with remainder of order. this is the second time this has happene. the first time I didn't notice until I got home. they said my stickers got stuck to another person's bags. Called before I came, spoke to the the store manager. He clearly stated yes we do offer the gift card exchange services. We did inform him that we were coming to his store in 15mins. NO ONE stated that their will not be anyone to assist with the gift card service's if we came in today. I really like this Target. During the Pandemic last spring they had items stocked when other stores had empty shelves, and were always well staffed doing stocking and cleaning. Last month I returned a Roomba after being dissatisfied with its performance after two months, and they accepted the return. Always clean, well-stocked, and friendly service. read more

Target is the place to go for almost everything you need, and everything you don't. If you can enter with a purpose, and leave only with your intended purpose item(s), then I applaud you. I just don't have that kind of willpower. Target has too many things that catch my eye, and I can't help but pass through the girls clothing area every time I'm there. Fortunately, or unfortunately, a lot of times the smaller sizes are sold out. I actually came here once to buy my child a plain white tee shirt, and there was literally one shirt left in an XL. Disappointing. This particular Target is consider a "super" meaning it has both groceries and non-perishables like clothing, toys, games, electronics, adult and kids shoes, clothing, bedding, bath, jewelry, beauty supplies, you name it. Its main competitor is probably Walmart, but I just like the organization and quality of Target's items a bit better, meaning quality of the kids clothing lines. While shopping, you can always swing by the Starbucks located on site. I'm not a Starbucks fanatic, but do have the cake pops on site. They also have a small little area where you can buy hot dogs, etc. if you get hungry while shopping. I do wish they had self checkout at both ends of the store. It's pretty big, and invariably I'll park on one side, and the self checkouts are always way at the other end. Okay, I am being a bit lazy putting this in my review, but they don't seem to ever have enough cashiers so it's either wait in line or walk down to the other end, and check out yourself. Of course, this depends on what you are shopping for, but I don't typically buy groceries here, and self checkout is by the grocery section. Darn it, can't find any pictures of the inside of the store, so I'll post some next time I'm there. All in all, it's convenient, and I'll continue to shop here, because it's just a great store to find what you need and then some. read more

I am Team Target! This is my favorite Target. It's huge, clean, new, and staff are friendly and helpful. They used to stay open a lot later which I loved but they do close earlier now. It's located in the same plaza as Bed Bath & Beyond and Office Max. The Home Depot is next to the plaza. I also like this location because it doesn't get crazy busy the times that I go which means a bit quicker check out. The staff will open other checkout lanes if the line starts getting long. Also, in my recent visit I noticed that the pharmacy inside is a CVS! This location also has a huge produce/grocery section. Don't forget to download the Cartwheel app for additional discounts. Also, keep a look out for occasional signs in the lanes that have text message deals on certain types of products. I've collected a number of $5/$10 gift cards for purchasing a quantity of items I need. read more

Target is target, I like it but what is annoying is that the price often are incorrect when it it time to pay. Almost every time, when I check my receipt, I see the price do not aligned with the price by the products. It is not only the item on sale but also the normal price. I tend to go to Walmart, the store just beside target, because they seem more accurately billing to right price. read more

I love Target and this one is super close to our new house here in Georgia! We were not able to shop at The Home Depot (they closed early) but we went to Target and got everything we needed. I like going to target and especially searching for their yellow tag clearance. Its always a pleasure to shop here since its peaceful and not utterly crowded. You get everything if you visit the super center but the regular Target does not have a huge fresh produce section which is alright sonce you still do get the basics. They bave a great collection of toys section amd always something on clearance too. The bakery has yummy cakes and I like it more then many of the bakeries around. Again the bakery is only available at the super target and not regular target . Over all i prefer coming here since my kids are smalland easier to browse here. And their carts are also pretty smooth to maneuver. read more

The thing I hate about Super Targets is that they are not all built the same, but other than that how can you complain about the best run top quality big box store?! The whole store always has a disheveled kind of appearance, and employees on the floor are nonexistent. If you need any kind of assistance you are out of luck. Which kind of means you can just go across the road to Wal-mart and pay less but still get the same non-service. Their small produce department is nice, although pricier than what you would find at a grocery store. Admittedly I come here a lot because it is on the way home from every direction it seems. Number one complaint is that they never seem to have enough cashiers a la every other Target, Walmart or any other place with 20+ lines. Number two complaint about this location, especially the grocery side is that they always seem to be low on stock or out of the ONE THING I need! Frustrating! If i could put Zero Stars i would! I literally just left this target so disgusted with the way the "team leads/supervisors" treat the employees. Ethan (tall, with glasses) deserves to be fired . He literally degraded a sweet employee to my face and other customers. Brought her to tears & all she did was ask for help. I LOVE TARGET but they need to do much better with picking their employees bc they are going to lose my business and i will tell many others about my experience at this target. The store manager Chelsea (i think) was very sweet and understanding when i called her to explain what happened.
