Whenever you call customer service (or I guess they call it "Guest Service Desk") at this store, just about every. single. time. nobody picks up. It's very frustrating and not acceptable, when you have urgent and important questions to check with them, and don't want to have to drive all the way to the store to ask those questions... I just spent about 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone in their Guest Service Desk department, calling them about 7 or 8 times consecutively. Nope, nobody picking up. Each time the phone would just keep ringing for something like 15 or 20 times, and then it would hang up. And then you would have to call back again and select a few options to end up back here, just to have it ring for a couple of minutes, and then hang up again. And this wasn't the only time this has happened to me. It was a similar experience when I've tried calling them in the past, too. The store itself is otherwise not horrible, but nothing to write home about, either. Shopping at this store is pretty meh, at best, and the customer service is just plain bad. read more

This is the first time I've been to a store that's worse after a remodel. There is hardly anything new and the selection is lacking. I prefer to go out of my way to other Target stores rather than go to this one. Today was even more frustrating as my roommate had ordered in-store pickup on a Thursday, but she wasn't notified that the item was out of stock until we both went in the store today, the following Sunday. Customer service simply canceled the pickup and walked off. We won't be back to this Target anytime soon as it's too frustrating trying to shop here. read more

Drive up order times take way longer than advertised. I order stuff and sometimes won't be available til the next day for pick up. I usually order around 7-8am on saturdays so I can pick up while I'm running errands. Some of the drive up staff stand around in the parking lot under a canopy looking at their phones and not it's not their store equipment. I see the equipment at their hips. Parking lot is always full of carts blocking the spaces and it's always littered. Not a very nice location to visit. read more

Thus this target is right off the 710 Freeway and next to a supermarket, it has products, but some of them are out of stock or being discounted. I have been going to this store recently a few times and didn't find them items that I was seeking. Other things are available and the store looks nice, has a cvs pharmacy and Starbucks, but I'm not onto shopping with them as I don't drink coffee and I don't need medicine from the drug field area. Overall I found a substitute item, but the one item that I was looking for is only available online at their store. I find it quite disappointing that almost all items are going online instead of staying inside the store to buy it in person for a faster much in need necessary item when needed. I hope this target gets to add items that used to carry inside the store again as it's no fun shopping for items when they aren't available when needed. read more

I come to this target store often as it's the closest to me, and I dread it every time. The employees look miserable. I don't blame them though I would be too, especially since what I am assuming is "management" is always just sitting around starbucks being extremely loud and disruptive. I only assume this because I've walked in on multiple occasions only to see the same group of lazy people sitting there screaming and laughing my entire visit there. Very unprofessional. If I were one of your employees, I'd walk out. Corporate needs to send someone out to this location to check on things here because those people are an embarrassment to the Target name. Employees are helpful enough. Constantly stocking, seemed bothered when you ask them to check on an item for you, but again, I don't entirely blame them. There's never any carts here, so bring one in with you from the parking lot if you plan on buying more than you can carry in your hands. I had a wonderful interaction with an employee named Chellbie. He's very cheerful and gave me a recommendation on a face cream. Also had a pleasant interaction with Edgar and Hermalinda when checking out. This has been one of my most frustrating experiences at a Target I've been to. I understand that they are going through remodeling but when I was looking for a certain product this morning, only one employee was able to properly help me look for my product through her device. Every other employee would just tell me "I don't know, I guess it would be somewhere there" or "I don't work for that section, sorry" and one of the employees just straight up looked at me and SHRUGGED WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. I wasn't able to find the item, it was available but probably put in a random section the helpful employee and I couldn't find but it was so frustrating literally searching around the store for almost an hour with no help from anyone no matter how many I asked. State of California requires stores to charge ten cents a bag to encourage people to bring their own bags but this Target won't bag your items if you bring your own bags, you have to pay for their bags for them to bag your items. So because they rarely bother to open the self checkout, and will only have two or three lanes open, it causes lines to back way up as the employees just stand there staring at the customers as the customers try to check out and bag their own stuff at the same time. This is a great Target in terms of design and merchandise but the management is so backwards and goes against so many Target corporate standards, I only will shop here if absolutely necessary. read more

I just went to Target to get some very quick baby stuff today and only went there because it was close to my house . Got super disappointed I needed wrapping paper and they had almost nothing left shelves empty and their reason was that everything finished on Valentine's day...hello how many years is Target on business ? I've been going to Target for years. It's recently gone through big changes and frankly I don't like it. Thought they had security but spotted several homeless and shady characters checking out cars as we were looking for parking. Not a great feeling. Once inside it was confusing. Clothes, house items, display tables. Uh any direction signs? Had to ask where auto supplies were at. Found myself passing it four times! Total car section is about three feet wide consisting of car mats and a few polishes. Ugh! Decided to check out the men's clothing section. Not much there either. When I first entered this Target, I was very impressed by how big it was. I loved how everything was so perfectly easy to find. I really appreciated how well stocked their school supplies were. I noticed other targets do not carry as many led pencils in different colors. I fell in love with how many different designs, and colors they had for their pencils. When I checked out, I used the self checkout register. It was very clean and it made me feel very comfortable when checking out all my merchandise. The register gave me no problems, I would say this my favorite Target. read more

I love target hands down. The aisles here are pretty organized. Looks pretty clean to me. Issue i have is I don't much want to come to this location anymore because the food area is always pretty messy. Trash on the floor. And as far as the restroom goes always pretty bad, toilet paper on the floor and sometimes no toilet paper. This is an observation of all the times I've come here which is more than 15 or 20 times. But this last time was on another level. This time it was a late night visit. There was vomit or something in the sink. And it was dried out so it obviously had been sitting in the sink for while. This is not sanitary at all. Should have been cleaned up immediately. Makes me question how often they clean the common areas and if I saw that in the sink where you would wash your hands ? I've only been here a few times. The parking lot is really big and getting front parking was a plus. It was really empty inside. Employees were standing around. My immediate thought was that there are more employees in her than customers! Lol But in all seriousness, I've visited the pharmacy with a few questions and the pharmacists were extremely helpful and nice. With other pharmacists from other Targets, they've given me some lame quick answers and seem in a rush like I'm not with taking 3 minutes if their time! (I was a pharmacy tech so I know how it works back there in the pharmacy). Well, this Target has been my local Target for a good while. Yes, lines get long because there are too many customers and less employees at the register. Yes, it is messy in the clothing, toy, and other sections, but that's because the customers make it a mess, and again, they don't have many employees making sure everything is put back in its place. It's kind of hard to get someone to help you but when they helped me, it worked out nicely. Now since their remodel, I've only been there twice, and I am not a fan. The food section has less than what it had before. If it isn't there in the shelves or fridge, then they don't have it. It's a very confusing layout. The remodel sucks, in my opinion. I wish I can leave zero stars because this store is beyond unsatisfactory. To begin with the employee's are not happy to work there. If you ask a simple question most get irritated, (I understand there are rude customers but do the rest of us shoppers have to pay the price for other people's mistakes?) Lastly, these restrooms take a look at these pictures.. All those sinks and soap dispensers for what if they do not have soap. Also What? How? Who would do this? Have shit on your fingers and try to wipe it off, on the walls? Possibly touching EVERYTHING else on the store? and Target being a huge corporation does not have any Janitos on site? Especially during this pandemic, not only do we have to worry about going out and getting Covid, but also people touching things with FECES on their fingers! No janitors on site since I got in the store and left. Look at the restroom you can tell there are no janitos everything is filthy. Like what is the purpose of having the toilet paper covered and locked so people like these poop fingers do not touch the WHOLE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER so we do not get germs. Pretty terrible experience today 9/15/17 at around 9:30am. I attempted to walk in to get a coffee at sbux today. I had my 13 year old companion dog with me and did not want to leave her in the car. I was immediately stopped by RICK who informed me that no dogs were allowed in the store. I explained that I was only trying to purchase the coffee but he told me absolutely not. He did not ask if my dog was a registered service animal (she is, picture below). I told him "that's pretty mean" and walked out, deciding to try my luck at the entrance on opposite side of the store. While still outside at the other entrance, I flagged down a girl, Adriana. I explained I was just trying to get a coffee and she said it was fine that I brought the dog in, as she was a service animal and people do it all the time. As I was purchasing my coffee, RICK comes up to me in front of other guests and tells me to take the dog outside, "I already told you no dogs allowed." I explained that Adriana said it was ok and he scoffed "there's no Adriana here, I'm the manager." Cool story, jerk, why don't you learn your staff's names, and the rules then. Again never asked if my animal was a service animal, just told me I could not have a dog in Target. I was not only embarrassed but enraged. As I grabbed my coffee, he told me "don't ever bring your dog in here again." Trust me RICK, I will never set foot in Target again. Please train your staff to abide by state law. So I'm actually just leaving Target right now and I have to share that there is this new cashier who is so sweet and made a great impression on me. Her Name is Naomi (hope I spelled it right) when I walked over I seen a couple of girl cashiers talking but she was on the other side and is so sweet took the time to ask me if I needed help being checked out, while the other cashiers just stayed standing there talking to each other. Also she took the time to remember me and even asked "hey where is your little guy" she even remembered my son! Not many cashiers do that here so it meant a lot to me that she actually tried to build a relationship. I never heard of a place where you can't have a service animal without a vest. I just got kicked out because my dog didn't have a vest and I was willing to show her paper work. Ever heard of having an emergency, having to get something last minute without your dog service vest. You have a service animal or an emotional support animal DO NOT come to this target they will denied you. You do know I can easily put a law suit for discrimination of my animal where there is valid papers that she's a service animal. Human Resource should train there employees when to say no to regular pets and when they should be understanding if it's a service animal. Mainly pointing out the two lady's from the shoe department working on Sunday at 5:45pm and the "security" who is also in the dressing room. Yeah that's highly professional security. read more
