BE WARNED! This store will have up signs for a sale, or discount, or special, but if you look behind he sign covering the real price it is the same: there is no discount. PRICES ON THE STORE SHELVES AND AT THE CUSTOMER PRICE CHECK ARE OVER A DOLLAR CHEAPER THAN WHAT THEY RING UP AT THE REGISTER. I have told managers about this, but they don't seem to care, next time I shopped there it would still happen on an average of about three items per each trip. The cashiers are good about giving you the real price if you know it, but his happened way to often for me that I think it is on purpose and no longer use this Target store. read more

My local friendly Target store. Only reason I don't give you guys 5 stars is that the lines have that Walmart tendency of only 2 registers open with 20 people waiting in line. When I do get up to the register, its true to Target form. I'm greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who indulge my addiction to Target's plastic shopping bags. "Can you double bag that please?" I get home, fold and neatly stack them in my pantry. Don't know what it is about that crisp white, thicker than usual plastic and red little circles that makes me want to hoard them! Other than that- KUDOS! Clothing, shoe and pharmacy departments rock! I love the lil $1 section and always make it a point to see what nonsense I don't need but have to purchase. read more

Love love love target - and this one is mostly no exception. But the ladies restroom is atrocious!!!! And it is so hot by the check out line - every time. I shop here about once a week and the bathrooms are filthy and need major updates. Also it seems they have a venting problem as the temp is five degrees warmer at check out to the point that it's very uncomfortable. The goods and availability are generally very good here. I'm Please with groceries and all - just grossed out by the restrooms. Also it's hit or miss as to the pleasantness of the check out person - most are nice. read more

I don't see why this place gets a bad rap. The parking is usually horrendous, but hey, that's the Forum for you. Besides that, the store is decent. It's your regular ole Target. There's usually not too long of a line, the racks are stocked up, and the few times that I had to ask a question to an employee I was greeted respectfully. read more

Unlike many of the grocery stores in recent years, Target just continues to get better every time I go! Some things (i.e. electronics) are not cheaply priced-they're approximately the same as Best Buy, the red PS3 controller, for instance, is significantly more expensive at these two locations than Wal-Mart or Amazon. Nevertheless, Target offers many great deals and coupons (printable online and through the mail) and always has a fantastic selection. This Target has a Starbucks, a cafe, a full grocery section with produce and meat, several aisles of pet supplies, and everything else you can imagine. While smaller than Wal-mart, they have many items which I feel are of better quality and are well chosen, and it is ALWAYS sparkling clean. It is also a much nicer place to shop (carts don't squeak when you push them-unbelievable!), and check out is always fast and easy! They also have amazing Black Friday sales every year and the employees I generally find to be very helpful and polite. They also offer great return policies and it sure is nice to find a store where you can actually touch and look at the make up without having to get a case unlocked! I did knock off a star however for a couple of reasons: 1. The Target Red card is horrible! The online service is very poorly done and it is by no means worth the trouble even with the discount it offers unless you intend to pay everything and keep track of your account through the mail. Their customer service section is also not familiar with the Red card and will be unhelpful due to lack of knowledge and inability to access accounts...plus all their card security issues the last couple years! 2. While its great there is a Starbucks here, my sole experience was terrible. My hot cider was disgusting, and I overheard employees and manager talking about old past due dates on several items-GROSS! 3. They did not have my cereal! I was disappointed to find that while they did have a few of the Great Grains cereals, they did not carry the Crunchy Pecans (which is the most delicious cereal ever) Those points aside, they really don't detract much from all the positive experiences I have at this location. There is another Starbucks (which is delicious, although constantly busy) right across the lot from Target for you caffeine fix and most of us aren't anal enough to stop using a card because of the poor online arrangement. I didn't give this Target a one star rating because it was well stocked and relatively clean, then again, it was 1:15pm on a rainy Thursday, so there was no reason for it not to be. My problem here is with the staff, who must be managed by some dark over-lord that prevents them from exercising any common sense or kindness. You've got 7 items you would like to try on, that all tie together? Sorry, sweetie, 6 is the hard cap. Are you purchasing a casual, unstructured blazer and would like to keep the hanger? Sorry, sweetie, let me stuff in the same bag as the other 6 items, because not only can we not afford to give hangers away, we're rationing bags too. I normally shop at the Targets off Blanco/1604, Bandera/1604, and at Crossroads; best Targets in town. read more

I love Target! But this target is seriously in need of customer service training , I have not been in here one time and had a good experience. I went in here last week and the lady doing returns counted my money on the counter and didn't put the money in my hand!! She slid my money instead of putting it in my hand and didn't say anything else.. Guest services is always rude that's nothing new at this target!! I've always loved going to this target, but I must say that this weekend I had a employee help me out so much! I was trying to find a Bluray dvd for a family Member for Christmas, I was looking everywhere at the forum, my last stop was target.. I looked but didn't see it, I had a very friendly employee, Craig, come up to me and ask if I needed any help, I asked if he had the movie, and he took the time to it up, AND to his time to go in the back and get it for me since they didn't have it out. it took about 15 minutes, which isn't long, but i found out that he worked a long day and that he was suppose to be getting off, but stayed a few minutes late just to help me out! read more

The Pharmacy is great! I arrived 1 min after closing time but she took the time to help me AND try to call my doctor when the prescription was not there. I think her name was Katy. Great job! Not many people go out of their way at closing time when you want to get home and spend time with your family. read more

Creepily followed around by the loss prevention worker. I get that he's doing his job, but it's beyond uncomfortable to shop with someone stereotyping you as a shop lifter. He continued to follow me around each department to the point where I quickly grabbed what I needed and checked out. read more

Overall, there products are fine except their food. I've bought several groceries that have had mold or gone sour. I recommend for typical target needs, but not for any groceries. read more

It's been years since I have been into this target. I hated coming here because it was always a mad house. It was always so messy. I guess they recently remodeled this location to look like all the newer targets around the country. They have a Starbucks right when you walk in the door. My family and I walked around on 2014 first official snow/ice day. It was a free day from work and school and we braved it and went window shopping. I had a chance to use my target app coupons to purchase some produce and a few target brand items. The store was nice and clean. Employees were great. read more

It's target.. I always walk out with unexpected items. They are usually pretty good about having everything I need. The only reason I rate them 4 stars is because there have been several instances where it go in there looking for a specific eyeliner and they are completely out. Almost had to whoop a fool last night on Black Friday, but got my nephew's presents. It's basically the same as other regular Target stores, but this is 1 of the main Targets 2 shop at during Black Friday because the other top places to shops (JCPenney, Macy's, Dillard's at Rollings Oaks Mall along with Old Navy, Best Buy, Gamestop, Toys R US, Kohl's, etc. in the Forum) are located around the area. read more

It's not the target store, this is about the Starbucks in it. The slowest Starbucks I've been to. Only reason I use it is because it's in target when I go shopping. Needs a retraining course in customer service skills. Not one person offered assistance when I lost my son's pacifier today; only 2 people sounded apologetic (the security guard & lady at checkout). An older lady working in customer service needs another job because she did not have any customer service skills at all. Even when opening another lane she sounded like she couldn't be bothered to do anything; and when I asked if someone turned in a pacifier oh she was not happy at all. I walked that entire store twice before asking for assistance; all while my 8 month old son was getting fussy looking for his favorite paci!! This was not the first time I had a bad experience in the store either; they don't like honoring their Cartwheel app coupons (only one time was the guy helpful when checking out when I used that app). All I can say is I hope they get a refresher course in customer service before the Christmas shopping season starts!! read more

This review is about the pharmacy at this Target. All I can say SERVICE, where have you been? We have been getting our prescriptions at the cattle run that is Wal-mart for many years. We have to call 2 days in advance and then show up on the appointed date and wait in line for an eternity to be treated like just another prescription. My Sister-in-law is a pharmacist for a different Target and suggested we give them a try. I've been paying $86 for my one prescription. I asked them to check to see if they could get it cheaper. The pharmacist, Melissa, checked into it & found a pharmacy discount card that she could put us on. I decided, just based on how caring and helpful that Melissa & her staff were, I would pay extra if I had to. Target have a great color coding system & I transferred all of our prescriptions immediately. Melissa was then able to put in my order & using the discount card that she had, got me my prescription for $43! I can't believe that I waited so long to switch but I'm so glad that I did. read more
