This target is such a let down, which is a shame because it's the closest to me. The dollar section is my favorite because of all the cute and cheap home decor, paper goods etc. for each holiday/season. But PLEASE restock!!!!!! That section is ALWAYS empty. Clearly people love those items so maybe you should order the items accordingly. Over the past 4 months they've had the same exact products in stock for home decor. Need to add new items into the mix to keep repeat customers interested, especially within a span of 4 months. It's clear that target is competing with home goods and TJX stores because of their rustic type items and expanded home decor options, but tjx stores always have new things. Keeping up with the demand will keep you in line with the competition, and will also increase customer visits/spending ! Get with the program Target! read more

DISAPPOINTING!!! They are doing the right thing with the Chinese Virus issue, but who gave you the authority to limit Funko POP's to 1 a customer. My son went to grab a few new ones and to his surprise they were locked behind a cage. Oh, I've also heard this Target was a hotspot for employees to take all the goodies before they hit the floor. Anything limited edition or hard to get, best believe you won't find here. Then in an effort to save money and limit another run to target in a few days I was hoping to get a couple boxes of baby wipes and diapers and hit a promo (Spend $100 on baby wipes/diapers and get $20 back, but I wasn't even allowed to buy more then 1 and only came halfway to the promo. I then went to a girl named Jamie in customer service and after dealing with her, I will never be back to that target. I asked her since times are rough and we aren't allowed to buy enough to get the gift card will they meet me in the middle. She said well these are different times now. Horrible store. Clearance items don't ring up. Cashiers are not helpful and are lazy. Had to tell them who to call to get the right price. And they were asking us what the price was like it was "let's make a deal". Absolutely worst service and target store I have been too. Cashier acted as if we were bothering him and definitely did not want to be there. read more

Usually have most of the items on my list, shelves are constantly being restocked. Store workers are very helpful when assistance is needed.

I ordered a table runner online and when it arrived it smelled so bad. It smells like oil and chemicals so I did a refund online. They refunded my money quickly. Good Customer Service. read more

I came at around 9pm and there were so many young co workers just texting in aisles and talking to their friends and also just walking around doing absolutely nothing! When I went to pay there was only 3 registers open and it was packed and the lines were long. Now I don't come to this target. read more

They do not honor the return policy posted on the site. Basically they won't take anything back. I had my baby registry with target (which also was a terrible experience!) and when returning product I didn't need they refused to take it. Said it was sold online only so they wouldn't take it back in the store. (Website says to bring it to any store location!!) I wound up going to the Medford Target and they were very helpful, took back everything and were a pleasure. A week later my mother went in to do an even exchange for a pair of pants (change of size only) and she was told they would only give her store credit at the lowest sale price. My mother argued at why would she be forced to take a loss when they are going to resell the item and she is just exchanging for the Exact Same Product in a different size. They were nasty and refused to provide common sense customer service. Needless to say, myself, my mother, and my four sisters ( all which have husbands, kids, etc) refuse to shop there anymore. I hate the floor lay out of this Target. It's confusing and doesn't have the vibe Targets usually have for me. Not only that, but the parking lot is crazy and the entrance is bombarded by cars constantly coming in from a traffic light. read more

I just bought a AirPod for my cousin 16th birthday from the target in Sayville. Thinking that target is a Legitimate place to buy this item. Soon behold that the box that was sealed had a fake AirPod inside of it. My cousin compared it with his friends at school and finding out it was fake. I recommend to anyone that is buying Electronics, should go to a Best Buy because dealing with target returns was such an embarrassment. I'm happy that the young lady who is a team leader in target did try her best to help me and now I have a real AirPod. I'm just frustrated that I was paying for a item thinking that the store was trustworthy is not. read more

This store is a mess! Walking up there is garbage all over the sidewalk and more in the cart area! The shelves look like they haven't been zoned in days! Milk was spilled in the refrigerator! There was foam soap sprayed all over the shelves in the soap section. I needed to ask a question and there were absolutely no employees anywhere except for the registers. I went to target yesterday looking for a hatchmail. I checked online before I went which stated they were in stock. I went down the isle looking for it and was unable to find it. I asked a sale associate who told me NO WE DIDN'T GET A SHIPMENT & WALKED AWAY. I walked over to customer service and spoke with Destiny who was so nice!! She called to the toy dept. and waited until someone could check in the isle. They checked and also stated no hatchmails!! She told me if they didn't see them after she was done helping the customers on line she would go check herself. In the mean time the sales associate in the back told us they found some in the back!! My daughter was SOOOOO HAPPPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to thank Destiny and the staff at target for helping making my babys day wonderful!! Most people would just shrug it off and say nope not on shelf means we don't have. I just want to thank all of you!! :) Especially the sweet girl Destiny broken arm and everything she still managed to make me and my daughter SMILE :). This is not the target that I come to regularly. Back in August I had to give my mom a ride to MacArthur air port so I checked to see if the item I wanted was in stock and it was. At the time I was 8 months pregnant and had my 3 year old daughter with me. I thought we would run in real quick to pick up a couple of things I needed to prepare for my baby before heading home. I grabbed everything and headed to self check out, as I inserted my credit card I started to feel very dizzy and my sight was starting to blur. I grabbed my bags, receipt and my daughters hand and started looking for a bench I could rest on. However I was not familiar with this target so the Starbucks was the opposite direction I was headed. Next thing I knew my body was falling to the ground and all I could think was to hold my daughters hand as hard as I could so that no one could take her. As I sat there on the floor and older man who was an employee of target asked me if he could help. He then walked my daughter and I over to Starbucks helped me get to a chair and then brought me over a cup of iced water. If I had thought clearly enough I would have asked him his name so I could call or email the company and let them know of how much I appreciated this mans kindness. If only the world had more people like this gentleman in it, then it would truly be an amazing place. I hope you read this sir to know how great your presence was in my life if even for a moment. I now have a healthy 2 and a half month old boy and I hope he will be at least half the gentleman you were! Thank you! read more
