She remained professional, but it was just hard to convey to her what we wanted. We luckily got it sorted out and then Erin confirmed the changes the next day. Deb in customer service is another exceptional person to work with. There were some discrepancies that did not match what we wanted when we got our delivery but she was very easy to work with and quickly resolved our concerns. Overall, we love our sectional. This lot has about 10 spaces and part of that 10 belongs to the Smoke Shop. This thrift stores has plenty to offer! From large framed prints for the wall to roller skates. Plenty to look at. There is an upper level where furniture, wall hangings to glassware is displayed. It's pretty roomy up there even with the furniture. I found the prices to be reasonable too. I would have like to purchase a couple of large wall pieces home, but I had no room to pack in my car since I was camping. The wall pictures I found to be priced lower than I expected! That's a plus. At the front of the store on the front porch were anything on wheels and outdoor furniture. You can tell the store has been there awhile. But it was well organized and clean. The staff were all friendly. The staff are men who are making a positive change in their lives. This place gives them the opportunity to work. There are some minor paint drips on some of the keys and other surfaces from the previous owner, but nothing that prevents it from functioning as it should. Already popped in new typewriter ribbon, as I had an extra spool from owning an Olympia SM3. Excited to write on this! The people who work here are really sweet and helpful. Cash and cards accepted.
