Stopped in to grab some swim trunks and the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Good selection, prices were fair, and checkout was quick. Staff were friendly and easy to find when I needed help.

Coming from 101 South, Target is within close proximity to stop and hop back on the freeway. Made a quick run in to grab a few items and I'm assuming Saturday's & Sunday's are their stocking days as they were out of a lot of stuff. At least I was able to grab a few thing that I needed & the store was clean and organized. I love shopping when items are pulled to the front, so when you're strolling down the center, you're able to view each aisle without having to go all the way through and find out nothing is there. Great place to go, but only if they have what you're looking for.

This is always my go to store but after today I might have to go to the one in Petaluma. I like to clearance shop and I found some really nice pillows on clearance for $9 so I picked up 3 and a few other things. When I was paying at self checkout I could feel like someone was watching me when I took out my card to pay the young security guy came up to me and said "excuse me did you scan those pillows because your total should be more than what it is now" I pointed at the screen and said these are on clearance for $9 dollars. He looked surprised and walked away. Like why would I be stealing???? I get he has to do his job but why go up to people and embarrass them like that in front of everyone. Super unnecessary. Pictured below are the pillows and my receipt.

Favorite store but the shift leaders/managers seem to hate their life or jobs so they have terrible customer service.

Clean target with lots of options I normally don't find in other targets. They have the standard food court and Starbucks.

TL;DR - Amazing experience. If you are in the market for a desk chair in the Bay Area, it is worth…read morethe drive to Rohnert Park for first class service and value. Longer version: I work at least a 40 hour work week from my home office (in addition to other work commitments). So WFH is a very real role that I have equipped the home office for - dual wide-screen monitors, standing desk, studio monitoring for audio, the real deal. What has been lacking is my desk chair: an older tired off-brand that just gets by. A far cry from the Herman Miller Aeron I enjoy at my work office in Kentfield. So when the home chair finally broke (the back height adjustment won't stay), it was time to start internet-shopping. I looked at Branch, Autonomous, Madison Seating, Hinomi...and of course that quickly led to being served up all sorts of brands I'd never heard of. This led to countless YouTube "expert" recommendations and the like. Isn't this the way of all shopping online these days? Finally too confused, I happened by chance to be in Rohnert Park one weekend (my wife and I were going to a concert at Sonoma State), and saw the Office Furniture Interiors & Design store early Sunday evening. They were closed, but I saw through the window they had several of the models that came really highly recommended online...the Haworth Fern, the Steelcase Gesture, the Herman Miller Embody...and several of the Aerons (that I already use at work, see above). I finally called them a few weeks later. Benjamin answered the phone (I think he's the owner) and we had a wonderful phone conversation - intelligent, professional, insightful - and I find out this company provides the chairs for my employer (!), and odds are the Aeron I'm sitting in at work was probably purchased from these guys. The next week I drive all the way up to Rohnert Park and end up being greeted by Benjamin. He then spends the better part of an hour with me, helping locate the best choices for my needs, recommending I stay with particular brands for very sensible reasons, and helps me narrow down my choices. Truth be told, all of these top of the line chairs feel different from each other, significantly so. There really isn't a way to ensure you're making the best choice without spending time sitting in them. Benjamin explained all of the options and adjustments in great detail, for each chair, and then let me spend time sitting and adjusting, rocking and tweaking, and getting used to each. Just the right balance of expert advice, complete product information, and let-you-do-you spend some quality time. I ended up going with a Herman Miller Embody chair (at a great price), and could not be happier. I may sound like a shill, but I know that the chair you spend so many hours working in can change your life - for better or worse. If you're in the market for a WFH chair, really looking to upgrade the "cockpit", you ought to consider making the trek up to Rohnert Park. You won't regret it.

I purchased a $5,000 used privacy booth from these guys, which they were advertising on craigslist. Benjamin, the CEO of the company, assured me in writing that it was used but in "excellent" condition. When they delivered and assembled the unit, I realized that it had been not-so-gently used by its former owner--the floor was dented and marked up, the door was hanging on it crooked, the plexiglass top was scratched, and there was old adhesive all over the outside of it. I felt disappointed about this, and decided to let Benjamin know that he had grossly misrepresented the condition of the unit. Rather than apologizing or doing anything to make it right, Benjamin decided to attempt to gaslight me--telling me that he had sent photos and invited me to the showroom to see the unit. At this point, I was feeling insulted, with a hint of righteous anger, so I called him on the lie--neither of us had any record of photos sent, or invitations to the showroom. Benjamin then copped to it--he DID say it was in excellent condition, he DIDN'T send photos, the unit IS missing the floor mat (which I assume is important to it serving its purpose as a sound-dampening privacy booth), and the plexiglass top IS damaged. He offered to send me a new top and a floor mat. I accepted this solution, because frankly, I was over it, and him. It's been two weeks now, I've followed up several times about the new top and floor mat, and it appears that Benjamin has decided to ghost me. I'm a small business owner who was trying to support another local business, and re-use furniture instead of buying new stuff. Had I known that these guys were willing to lie and lie again just to make an extra buck, I would have just gotten it new. What's the saying? No good deed? Not sure how they got all these amazing reviews on here, but I would not recommend doing business with Benjamin and Office Furniture Interiors & Design.

I found a beanie for her, a beanie for me, gloves for her, and even a lightweight jacket she could layer under her hoodie without "looking bulky" because, you know... preteens and their fashion rules. I was actually surprised by the prices in a good way. I wish I had more time to shop, but my kid refused to get out of the car, so I was basically speed‑shopping while she sat in the car talking to herself like a tiny gremlin. I'll definitely be back. Their Squishmallow prices alone are worth the trip, and I'm a huge collector, so that's saying something.

After we spent thousands of dollars on design fees, the quote for the furniture and rugs exceeded our budget by 33%. When questioned, Jim replied... "Oh, the budget for decorating never includes design fees, tax, or delivery". Wow, that would have been nice to know upfront. In all my business dealings a budget is a budget. Our issues started early and continued almost 18 months Jim came up with 5 designs for our great room. Of course, we paid for this in design time. We spent hours going thru magazines to show Jim what our taste in decorating was. We wanted "comfortable and classy", what he came back with looked nothing like what we had asked for. Clearly, he didn't listen but was happy to charge us for more time spent on design. The furniture he quoted was overpriced even with the "designer discount" as I found it less expensive online. When we informed Jim that we would order some furniture ourselves he told us he strongly advised against it stating the problems that can arise that often need attorneys to get involved. Well, the opposite happened, our online orders were handled very well with strong communication and delivery included in our pricing. In addition, when the first set of chairs, ordered thru Ireko, arrived they were damaged, then again 5 months later when the "repaired" chairs were received, once again they were damaged in different places. So much for careful inspection before we came to pick them up...oh, I forgot, the freight charged is to a storage facility, not to your home. That is an extra delivery charge. I have been in business for 48 years and have never felt such abuse and condescension.
