Went there yesterday to get a new phone case...the guy in the electronics department went well above and beyond what he needed to do for me. Not only did he help get a great otter box case and screen protector he installed them both with total care. Possibly my favorite Target in the area. Other targets can be messy, not stocked with items, and a very confused staff. Everyone here is so helpful and they always remember me (I'm a regular). I buy a few good items , stuff for hygiene, and small things that are on sale. The Starbucks in this target has a great staff as well. They too remember me and my go to drink. When a staff remembers little details like that, it makes me return to the store. I feel appreciated for the business I provide them with. read more

Every time you place an on-line order for pick-up and it states the item is in stock, don't believe it. They charge your card immediately for the item when order is placed. However, it takes 7 days before you will see your refund. Isn't that nice that they hang on to your funds for that long. How about I place an order and tell them I will pay for it in 7 days? I am a 63 year old white woman. Today I was in line where a lady with a very large purchase was. In front of me, next in line, was another older white woman, behind me a 40ish Hispanic woman. The woman in front of me and I waited patiently for our turn. A young Hispanic checker came out from the customer service counter and grabbed the Hispanic woman behind me and took her to customer service and proceeds to check her out. What? Two elderly white women wait in line for our turn yet the Hispanic younger women gets check out priority over her contemporary. When it was finally my turn I pointed it out to my checker, another young Hispanic girl and she shrugged her shoulders. I proceeded to customer service to talk with the checker and she walked out. The only time I ever come here is during the back to school sale when I have to buy college dorm stuff like drawer organizers. Most of the time, anything I find here is cheaper at Walmart (though Target wins for being cleaner). Toys are occasionally on sale, electronics are never on sale. Get your electronics online at Amazon. This particular Target is starting to have more stuff in their freezer sections so for frozen food, you're getting a surprisingly good deal on some things like their Pepperidge Farm garlic bread. Parking is incredibly hard to find at this location, but the inside isn't that crowded. Makes you wonder who all the cars actually belong to. This Target gets a pass. Note: special mention for Black Friday deals because my experience here that day is so vivid over the past two years. People DO line up at this location so if you want something, come here super early (3 a.m. at least). Most hot ticket items will be gone one you step through the door if you're not at least 10th in line. If you're looking for media like DVDs and CDs, you'll most likely be able to get it in the afternoon. No need to line up as they have tons of DVDs and CDs in stock. read more

I'm very upset and seriously disappointed with my experience tonight at Target in R.P. I literally only shop there, and have done for 3 years. Due to Covid and my mother being elderly and hit with the virus I have honestly been there 4 to 5 times a week. My in store saving there is nearly 400.00 in a little over a year using the app, and that's for everyday items. Basically I am there always. Tonight I did my run in before I head home run, bada boom bada bing...done. As I am leaving the security guard I see daily yells from customer service..."ma'am....ma'am could I see your receipt?" Totally surprised I said if course. As he approached he didn't even look in the cart for 2 seconds and when I handed him the receipt he said it's fine...go ahead. WTF. I'm not being a "Karen" but I'm am angry. I am honest, respectful and loyal when shopping. I lost my keys a month ago and they basically blew me off, crazy lady etc....i let it go because the dude people at the counter were obviously more important than a customer. But this was the last time I will allow someone to treat a loyal customer with such an obvious "profiling" moment. I look like hell because I work hard then go home and care for my mother then go do copious amounts of laundry then head to target. I would never treat someone like that, and I hope one day he will realize a 55 year old customer is paying his bills. Manager and corporate will get a lashing after I calm down. I go to target every so often, come on, it's target they have everything! Today I went in for a candle and bought a book. Simple and easy. Nothing else. I go to check out, no long lines, I was next to go up, and the manager who says she's a "gstl" whatever that is, told me to go self check out, I was like okay, so I went and she started harassing me about the red card...one, I have one and two, stop harassing me!!! Every time I go in I get asked. I had two items, AGAIN a book and a candle....then my card declined, (impossible) tried again and it worked then got charged twice!! Was this "gstl" setting me up?? This store is lame go to Santa Rosa or Petaluma the staff is rude and disrespectful. I got accused of shoplifting by a plane clothes loss prevention guy who embarrassed me in front of everyone by stating that I need to take everything out of my pockets that I stole at once. I told him he was crazy and that I fin not steal anything, asked him if he wanted me to empty my pockets to prove it. He said no just leave the store at once. I said look it I didn't steal a thing and proceeded to pull all my belongings out of my pockets (Even though I didn't have to) as well as take the pockets and pull them out just so he could see that there's nothing else in the pockets. He then went on to state that he knows who I am and to not come back anymore. I said no problem And proceeded to make my way for the exit however before doing so I voiced my concern to the security at the door as well as a female employee who was extremely rude in her response! Who doesn't love Target? This store in particular is great and the registers are fairly quick so you never have to wait too long for friendly/helpful service. The store is usually clean and I've met some great employees who are usually always willing to go above and beyond to help you find something when it's not located on the floor. I just wish Target didn't give money to help support Prop 8. With that being said, I'll probably always continue to shop at Target... it's fabulous ;) read more

One of the guys who works there is incredibly creepy. There have been several times that I've seen him staring at little girls and following them across the store. It's pretty gross. The rest of the employees are fine though. I feel for them -- most of them don't seem happy working there. As a store, this one's better than the one in Santa Rosa. By far this is the best Target I have been in. Time after time it has always been clean, well stocked, and staffed with polite people who do their jobs. Whenever I am in the area and need to shop I usually go here first because I have never had a bad experience. The snack/coffee area is nice as well with $tarbucks available if needed. They never ever EVER have ANYTHING in size medium. NEVER!!! I find the cutest clothes there, always in extra small or extra large. INFURIATING! I gave them 2 stars bc it's pretty clean and organized. Things are easy to find. And lines are never long. read more

This store is one of my favorites. I can typically find everything that I'm looking for at prices that are always cheaper than other stores. I have always been treated very well and the employees are always courteous and happy to help me find what I'm looking for. They have taken back items ( hardly ever have I had to take something back) without a problem. The store has always been clean and the items are tastefully displayed. Their bathrooms are always clean and then you have Starbucks! What more can a woman want? I did complain once back a few years ago about flies in the restaurant. I filed my complaint online and it was answered in a timely manner. Next time I went it, it was fixed. That's what I call attentiveness to your customers. And, their security cameras do indeed work in the parking lot. I'm grateful as one of their landscapers hit my vehicle and it was all on tape. That saved me a huge headache. My only huge gripe is when purchasing alcohol. They will scan your driver's license and I don't like that at all. I don't care what their policy is, I won't buy liquor there anymore because of it. There is not one other store in this county that does that. With their recent ID problems, you would think they would not ask a loyal customer to scan any ID. read more

I like the clearance sections at this Target, and always find something I don't really need, but somehow end up buying when I'm at this location. Clean store for as many crazy people they get in here. It's kinda like watching a freak show at different times -- which people watching is always a bonus for me... They've added an interesting grocery section, I've yet to be dared to try their meats but I have walked by them, and they are ok priced. I go here mostly out of necessity, but after going to the SR one, I would rather go here. Their new fresh food is pretty awesome I hate to be a sell out to the corporate world. The lights come on in the freezer as you approach. Way cool. Played with them for an idiotic 10 minutes. The people at the pharmacy are helpful and when they were out of flonase in allergy season they called me the next day to pick it up and showed me a alternative to zyrtec eye drops. The only complaints are the customers with rude a-hole children. MIND YOUR CHILDREN DAMN IT!!! And can you guys get a fan in there going? Especially on cloudy muggy days. Do not buy a cellphone at Target. I purchased a Samsung Edge S7 on May 24, 2016. On June 20, 2016, the screen suddenly stopped working. Everything else works. I can receive calls and I hear text notifications coming in, but for some reason the screen remains black. I found several people with same issue on the internet but none of their solutions worked. I took the phone back to Target in Rohnert Park where I purchased it. Apparently, there is a 14 day return policy on the phone. So regardless that I had the receipt and everything in pristine condition, they kissed me off to Samsung and would not back their product. Not sure why cellphones have a 14 day return policy while everything else is at least 30 days, but I can guess that my issue is the very reason. DO NOT BUY A CELLPHONE AT TARGET. If I just purchased from the ATT Store, I would have walked out that same day with a new phone. read more

Went to target, at 10:20 and I knew target was closing at 11:00 pm so I did not waste no time , just needed one item and it was fairly easy to pick up. I had 30 mins spare of time so I went to check out the electronic department and just check things out. I go and two employees just Nonchalantly talking and one guy stares at me feeling uncomfortable but managing to smile and just look at the electronics. It was 10:40. The guy says "you got 15 mins left" I don't say anything back to a dick head employee who can't even greet a customer which there job contains customer service. Clearly the employee can't look at my wrist that I have my watch on , and my phone on my hand during my time at the electronic department. This Target is very close in proximity to my house so it's very convenient to come here for my weekly target trips. That being said, I hate having to come to this one! The parking lot is dirty and gross, there are panhandlers/transients right next to the front door who don't always mind their own business and have been known to say rude things...inside the store the isles are crowded with carts of items being restocked and the employees who are working in the aisles have on occasion, been really rude and disgruntled. My most recent trip here there were a couple employees crowded around one of their phones watching a less than family friendly YouTube video together and talking about it all while their giant restock cart casually sat in the middle of the aisle between the eggs, butter and chicken area..when I tried to get to the chicken the employees looked pretty annoyed that I was interrupting them. The Rohnert Park Target is pretty unappealing, and shares some of the same characteristics as the Rohnert Park Walmart. Too bad. read more

This is by far the dirtiest Target I have ever been in. Coming from Placer County where we had clean well organized Targets I am really disappointed. Also be careful what you buy. Today they had miniature white pumpkins for $5.99 ea. Really ! They are $2 at a farm stand or less ! I only go to this Target because I work in RP. Would never go back if It wasn't convenient. Just left the newly renovated Target, not much to the renovation... Cosmetics and hair care is the highest noticeable renovation, however, my wife's conditioner was once again o.o.stock, as well as dentyne ice, eight o'clock original coffee, and regular Funyuns. Cashier(Sara)was nice enough to ask if we found everything ok, unfortunately we had to tell her that we hadn't found everything ok! I find I come in here less and less. It has been renovated recently to sell households items that once were affordable but now are on par with the overpriced items at places like Homegoods and TJ Maxx. If I don't need shampoo or maybe some cleaning products I would just as well avoid it. Cashiers push the red card too much (do they think all their customers have goldfish memories and have forgotten the information breach?) and their selection of books and electronics is abysmal (actually, it seems like the clerks there are heavily peddling phones and services as I walk by). This company was once my favorite with reasonable clothing and housewares. Now I just go to Costco for most bulk items or the local grocer. My love for this place started to wane when the garden center was discontinued and all changes since have been more to gentrify and augment prices. read more
