Target is one of those stores that you can just pop I to for basically everything you need! I love the consistency of that! This location has been my go to lately! Great spot, plenty of easy parking access with friendly staff always willing to assist. Always hit up the multiple clearance spots throughout the place... amazing deals on everyday items. I've picked up household items and pet products for a steal of a price! Sometimes it's easier and faster to run in here for milk than a grocery read more

There's service for people with disabilities they're scooters are never charged up. Last week I was forced to walk into the store and lean on a regular cart. I was in the emergency room for 3 days due to my spinal cord injury. The handicap bathroom stall is never working and there's never ever any toilet paper. I would love to spend money there, And I have lots of it, however you make it impossible for somebody with a disability, who's unable to walk shop there. Next time I'll be coming in with a media crew read more

In the morning before 11 they have one checkout lane open with the slowest cashier in the history of the World and 35 other Target employees standing around doing nothing They refuse to open the self checkout because they're too lazy to monitor read more

They have lots of stuff, but could use some organization and tidying. Food, clothes, toys and my favorite, clearance was plenty. But clothes shelves had clothes all over the place. Staff I did talk to were nice. read more

It's a Target! You probably know what to expect. I'm writing this review in June of 2020, we've been dealing with the covid pandemic for months. These employees have probably gone through some of the roughest customer service, and they're still doing a great job. Kudos to the team at this Target, I know this can't be an easy time to work in retail! read more

Big store easy to find behind the Greece mall Cafe at the entrance Lots of clothes. Especially kids Very clean ad well stocked I came in with a list and since I don't know that store I was pretty lost I had to frequently ask for the location of my items. Even the staff didn't know but they were willing to help me find them The produce looked fresh and a staffer was cleaning that area while I was there Isles are wide and clean I love that I could find everything on my list. My sister liked the toy selection read more

Never any registers open and now limiting self check out. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

A lot of people during the pandemic have been switching to curbside pick up. This target offers curbside pick up and I've been leveraging it a lot. Once ordering via the app, my order is always fulfilled on time or usually quicker. When picking up the order the service has been great. One time they made a mistake with an item I ordered and they fixed the mistake and also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. Great customer service! Highly recommend read more

Well, it's Target so based on that there isn't really much to expect from this but...there is something about this one that makes it a pleasure to visit. Despite being tucked away behind Greece Ridge Mall, the store itself boasts a nice café for relaxation, a small grocery area, cosmetics, electronics, and everything you would expect a Target to have. However, this Target is always neatly organized and very clean and the employees are willing to help you when you have a question or need help locating an item. So for something quick, simple, and efficient I would check out this Target to have your own adequate experience. On the other hand...Walmart is always another option but I would rather consume feces then visit that store again. read more

This location isn't my go-to Target but it is a decent one to go to while you are shopping in the area. This store is a hit or miss when it comes to organization. Either it looks great or there is stuff everywhere. I always find everything I am looking for and sometimes extra goodies. I love checking out the discount bins up in the front of the store. Definitely get here quick though in the beginning of the holiday season because they don't restock their holiday products so once they're gone, you're SOL. read more

Absolutely ridiculous that they can't have more staff cashing people out! I thought it was just crazy on weekends, but boy was I wrong! Even a random day during the week there are lines up the wazoo because they have NO ONE on the registers! Makes zero sense! They have 10,000 staff members wandering around aimlessly pretending to stock shelves but cannot have more than one cashier at the front end. It is absolutely ridiculous for there to be a line every single time I am there. I will not go to this location anymore because of it. read more

Do you think you are TOPS? With no help it certainly seems that way. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for someone in electronics (he was sorry for my wait but he was at lunch - how about someone cover?) Now I'm 5th in line for the 1 cashier, even self checkout has 4 people in line read more

Dirty, old, stale, empty shelves. Employees themselves look disgusted. Clearly can tell there is no management in this Target. Arguably the worst Target I've ever walked into. read more

This is not a super target, but a normal one. It is located in the posterior aspect of the Greece Ridge Center Mall. There is ample parking, even during the holiday season. I was impressed by that, as the rest of the mall was a zoo. You enter on the anterior right side. Through the sliding automatic doors, the customer service and registry section are on the right. There is a cafe immediately after that and the cash registers on the left. This is like a better version of Walmart. Clothes divided by sex and style, shoes, baby stuff, collectible cards, housewares, house decorations, kitchen and bathroom stuff, furniture, toys, sports stuff, seasonal things, various boxed and canned food, frozen food, drinks, gardening, makeup, electronics, books, etc etc. I could go on all day listing random things but I'm pretty sure most people know what's in a typical Target. The cleanliness is definitely above average. Things are usually neat without too much stuff misplaced. The staff seems fairly helpful for the most part. Prices are typical for a Target. There isn't too much else to say about it. A good store with good stuff. Works for me. read more

This Target is a complete train-wreck. I went in to buy a nerf football the night before a Bills game a city away and it looked like it had been completely looted; there was stuff on the floor everywhere. Never coming back. read more

Nothing bad to say about this particular target. I also came a day after Black Friday so I was expecting crowds, a store that was not well stocked, and just stuff all over the place. Well none of the above was true. This target adventure was a pleasant one. read more

Usually love target but Black Friday was way too hectic. They had a phone deal going on that you had to sign up for, they told me they'd call me in a few hours to get my phone and to activate it. They never ended up calling me, soI called AND walked in to ask around about why they hadn't called and no one knew what they were doing or why they hadn't called me. They have very poor communication. read more

I was very disappointed in both Target's staff and handicapped systems available at the Greece Location. My boyfriend has a broken foot and felt more comfortable riding a motorized scooter than using his crutches all around the store. We tried all 4 scooters until we found one that was fully charged for people to use. The only one that was full charged and worked was a scooter that made a loud sound when moving forward. When he started to use the scooter, a staff member started giggling and didn't offer any assistance to help him. Her response was "that one needs oil". After feeling embarrassed and upset, we left the store without getting the things we needed. read more

It's a Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM, 7/15/16. This store has to be the dirtiest, most poorly stocked store that I've been in, in my life. The bathroom was horrible, toilet paper all over the floor, and one of the paper towels were empty. In the shoe department, there were shoes all over the floor and many of the shelves/racks were empty. We ended up having to go to another store just to find a pair of tights for a 4 year old girl. Terrible! I didn't see any employees except those at the registers. The girl at the register was very nice, though. I won't be back, ever. read more

My family had our photos done by Malcolm and he was super amazing! We were out of there in 11 minutes and he did such s great job !

Even if you have a receipt don't expect Target to take a damaged item back because they wont! I hope others get smart like I have now and shopping where you know no matter what you will never come 1st and get your money back or a store credit. I bought drapes and hung them. I liked them so I kept them. It came time for me to wash them and they are machine wash. I even have a front loader. They all got ripped on the inside after a quick gentle wash. Target would not take them back as they said I waited to long. I had no reason to bring them back as they were hung. I keep my recites always so even though they new I got them there and new what I paid and they were 50.00 on sale I could not get even a store credit! What a bunch of crap! They were made in China so my husband told them instead of saying machine they should say, spring wash... I will never shop there again! I wish I could give them a 0 for a star and not a 1... read more
