I am giving this store 3 stars only because of the nice young lady at self-checkout. I believe her name was Michaela. She was the sweetest cashier I've had at the store and didn't ask me a million times about red cards and most of the cashiers are very disrespectful and don't know when to take no for an answer. I'm not sure if it is because of their managers, but it gets very old. The young lady at self check out was very sweet and helped me with my bags and dog food when she noticed I needed help. I am 67 years old and to be noticed and help with selflessness was refreshing. The reason I am giving this store three starts instead of five is because of service I got from one of the managers Anita as I recall. She was very rude and seemed rush to end our conversation. I also heard her speaking to a cashier who had come in about the "Red Cards" and that was their "Number one priority for the day"! I was SHOCKED.... the number one priority should be towards customer service and making sure the customers leave happy, not "Red Cards". I had a really pleasant experience shopping here. The store was clean, well-organized, and not crowded at all, which made it easy to browse without feeling rushed. I was able to get in and out quickly, which I definitely appreciate on a busy day. Customer service was solid--friendly, helpful, and efficient. I did have to return and exchange a face wash because the pump was damaged, but the process was smooth and hassle-free. It's always a good sign when a store handles issues without making it complicated. As for pricing, items do run a bit on the higher side, but they offer digital coupons that help take the edge off and make things more reasonable. Pros: Clean store, low traffic, easy shopping experience, smooth return/exchange process, helpful staff Cons: Prices are a bit high without coupons Overall, a quick and stress-free visit with great customer service--I'll definitely be back. read more

Ok so I haven't been to this Target in well over a year and I thought to myself can it still really be as bad as it used to be. Well today on my way home from work I stopped in quick to check if they had something that I needed. I walked in and INSTANTLY had my answer. WHO STOCKS THIS STORE??? So many of the shelves throughout the store were either completely bare or had like one or two items on it. Seriously I know that shipping constrains and such still exist but this store is just downright terrible and always has been. Target corporate should really look into how this store is being managed and maintained because it's not a good look for the company. And on a final note of course they didn't have the item I needed nor any of the other last min stuff I was going to pick up as consolation. read more

Nasty place extremely unorganized filthy store management, as well as employees are rude and unhelpful and why work somewhere if you're not knowledgeable in your freaking job outside the store is even worse. It's a nightmare so many homeless, having sex doing drugs stealing, running out of there with tons of stuff while we stand in long lines to pay for our groceries, I almost thought I was in Walmart at this location on Tyler and Magnolia so many people in their cars just hanging out living in their parking lot at some terrible. It's so filthy in that store in and out. I don't even know how it's still running management is a joke for not being able to see what is going on and take charge of the situation. read more

Let's talk about the tall not so skinny white man who works at the self checkout who ACCUSED ME OF STEALING when I showed him proof on my bank of america app that I paid $8.72 for some cat food and some kids fruit pouches and he flat out wouldn't give me a receipt, said there wasn't one. And guess what? I checked on my target app and the receipt is right there. I will be doing my best to get him fired. He embarrassed me infront of everyone in the store. HE DID NOT CARE THAT MY CATS WOULD STARVE FOR THE NIGHT, INFACT HE WAS PROUD OF HIMSELF AND I WILL POST HIS NAME WHEN OR IF I CAN GET IT VERY SOON. Unfortunately, my experience with Manager Ali was far from satisfactory. Not only did she display an unhelpful demeanor, but her attitude was downright unpleasant. Throughout our interaction, it was clear that she had no interest in assisting me in any way. Her lack of patience and willingness to provide assistance was highly disappointing. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking effective management or customer service. Overall, my interaction with Manager Ali left a lot to be desired and was definitely not an example of exceptional professionalism. read more

I definitely prefer this Target to the Arlington one. But, yesterday I almost felt like I was at Walmart. The store was a mess. It's usually clean and organized when I go there. Maybe that's because I usually go in the morning before it gets trashed. IDK. They tend to be out of things that I want fairly often, but the prices are much lower than the grocery store. You get good quality products for reasonable prices. If they would keep the itms I need stocked up and not let the store get so messy I'd give them 4 stars. read more

I was walking into target when I walked by guest service and I heard an skinny white male employee with the name tag of Mark telling a younger lady she was also an employee "either help me or get the fuck out." I have never heard such language in a work environment and I was really taken back because the young lady looked so shocked and embarrassed. I just hope that older employee isn't some type of manager. Do better Target. read more

OMG Target get it together. Went in and there was so much crap in the aisles and back wall I couldn't even walk. This store is very disorganized and the workers always seem to be just talking amongst themselves and not even making eye contact with customers, let alone any kind of interaction. This location is my least favorite. read more

Like all Targets, this one has a wide variety of different items at a low cost but few alternatives for any individual item. The staff is a bit nicer and more knowledgable than most Targets (more college kids working than high school kids?). Also there are fewer low lifes hanging around. read more

Their policy on DEI was a deal breaker. They lost a customer for life. Too bad they had to support hatred and show weakness instead of representing and protecting all their employees and customers. If they don't want my neighbor as an employee, they don't get me as a a customer. read more
