Stopped by here for late night snacks. Even thought it was close to 9pm, the grocery section was pretty clean and organized. I was able to pick up few things after circling around the fruit, yogurt, and granola sections. I would definitely stop by again to pick up few things when I need something asap. read more

Love shopping at target ! I usually order and go in and pick up items ... but that's mostly for convenience not to search the store and buy items that I just want and don't necessarily need!!! I do go in the store and shop as they do keep the store clean and try to comply with the regulations ! I feel target enforces it and believes in safety but you can't foresee what consumers will do ! I am from Illinois and the people walking around not wearing a mask, a customer literally approached me and ask me why I was wearing a mask umm like really? you just really took the time out and ask me that question. But after this experience today I will not be coming back to this location at all, I will continue to shop where the people are much more welcoming. Typical Target, relatively clean and well stocked, not enough employees and you're in for a bit of a wait checking out so plan on it. Comparable to Best Buy, Marshalls, Meijers, Kohls, in many ways. I'd say the workers at Kohls are more helpful but they don't sell groceries. The groceries selection are better at Meijers where they are also a little short on help. I find the clothing selection better at Target than Marshalls. read more

This target is a very busy one right off Highway 50 in Kenosha. They have a large variety of merchandise along with a very large area full of groceries and fresh fruits and vegetables. They even have a dairy case. I went in today, and they were just setting their Christmas section. A little late compared to Walmart. Their audio and visual / electronics department was fully stocked, and their toyland seemed to be fully stocked too. Very neat and clean store, and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. This location has a small Pizza Hut, and Starbucks located near the entrance. read more

I wanted to cop the rainbow blobz water slide and I was so excited to see there were two in stock at this location. I knew exactly where I needed to go, E42, however it did not exist. I searched for this aisle for about 40 minutes with the help of two employees who were also confused. Target did NOT have the water slides despite what their website said. It is the most wonderful target ever.it is very clean and modern.it has a Starbucks and at the registry there is a huge candy section in glass just like a movie theater.tej Christmas aisle is amazing. Very seasonal.there is no trash,dust, or misplaced items. Don't know something belongs just but it in one of there misplaced white bins. There are lots of sets and lots of room to look around.its literally the beat target ever. Once you come you won't ever want to leave. Any other target will look very boring compared to this target. Went to Walmart in Antioch IL, looking for a crib and mattress Big mistake, for too many reasons to get into here. Drove to Kenosha, WI to look for a crib. Found what we needed and rang the service bell to see if someone could get one from the back for us. We were met by Kaitlyn who cheerfully helped us. She explained to us that she would have the crib waiting for us in customer service with our name on it. She was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. When we finished shopping, approximately 10 min. later, there it was. She came up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We waited a few short minutes and Matt in Customer Service rang us up. He was just as friendly, kidding around with us. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience, thanks to them. Relative to other Targets this particular store seems to have big issues with a long checkout lines. From what I can tell, this store is heavily focused on pushing store cards, so as a customer you always get the hard sell, especially if the manager is hovering around your checkout person. When they do sucker customers into getting store credit, the only line that's moving grinds to a halt as the application is processed. If there were another Target store in town, I would gladly shop there instead, but until then I'm stuck shopping at this location. read more

We had some issues with a pair of Beats headphones that we had purchased in the Pleasant Prairie, WI store and took them to get repaired through Apple. We had gone back and forth with Apple and Geek sqaud who were helping us with the repair process. When we hit a wall with Apple, we returned to the store very frustrated, and Trevor worked with us to get our problem resolved. He was very kind and patient with us as we explained the exhausting process we had gone through, and he immediately started looking into possible solutions to our issue. He worked well with the other employees and was a true living example of customer service. We are so thankful to him! read more

I had a terrible experience over the Christmas holiday at the Pleasant Prairie Target. I ordered online to pick up at the store 2 pairs of children's snow boots and 2 back-pack coloring kits. I used Paypal to pay for it. When i got to Target they brought out my order, checked it and found that one of the back-packs was missing. The girl went to check if she could find it (she was very helpful). They couldn't find it so i went back through the store to find a suitable replacement. I found something of the same price. The girl got her supervisor and the supervisor told me she would just credit me my order and then ring up a new order with the replacement. That sounded good to me. She even gave me a $5 gift card for my trouble. Well, the next day i get an e-mail from Target apologizing for not having the item i ordered and telling me they were giving me a store gift card for the amount of the first purchase. I called customer service and got a foreign speaking person that i had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. I told her I didn't want a store credit, I wanted a refund of my money. She said she couldn't do that because i used Paypal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said the supervisor would say the same thing. I hung up and contacted Paypal. They said to file a dispute, which i did and within 5 days they refunded me my money. I am really more upset over their customer service but i also think the supervisor misled me to believe i was getting my bill credited. read more

This location always has good deals and product, but terrible customer service. Today, it took 15 minutes to get help in electronics. When help finally arrived, there was a young woman named Sammi who argued with an elderly customer who had questions about buying a phone. The customer wanted to know about charges and activation, and Sammi snapped on her multiple times and even brushed her off with a loud, "whatever" when the customer said she's rather activate later because Sammi wasn't helping to explain. Sammi then complained to the next guests saying it's not her fault. She was completely out of line. I know customer service can be draining, but your company and job depend on these customers. read more

I actually like this Target location. It's big and I have found some unique items that I couldn't find at the Waukegan or Gurnee locations. I've never personally had an issue with long lines or employees assisting me. I am not a big fan of the parking lot. It's a little awkward parking and backing out of spaces. read more

Considering how new it is I am surprised it's not larger or a Super Target. (Though they may not have wanted to compete with an established super market close by, Woodman's) I tend to not find items here that I was able to find at the Targets where I used to live. For the open area it was built on, it could have been larger. I assume their marketing research may have underestimated the area's interests in the store. I went in and the salesperson talked us into a camera that they didn't have in stock we ordered it, when it was sent to us it arrived broken . I went in for a replacement sat around for a long time while sale people walked away and wouldn't help us because we had a return . Finally got someone to help he said the camera lens was warped and defective , he told us we would have to drive somewhere else forty minutes away to pick up the camera to exchange. Asked to speak to the manager they called several times while we waited finally twenty minutes later the manager Elizabeth shows up , no apology for keeping us waiting, extremely rude , says nothing she can do if we want a new camera we have to go drive to get it . I ask to speak to the store manger and she she says they aren't in. I ask for the name of the store manager I am told I can't have the name , I ask when the store manger is working she tells me she can't tell me that either. I ask for a number of a district manager or corporate office she says no but gives me a number for customer service which is in another country and which passes me around and I get disconnected. So I have a broken camera that I spent a lot of money on and I'm not allowed to have any recourse to get my complaint handled. I am not allowed to have the name of the person who manages the store to get this resolved and I stood around for over an hour waiting for help and was treated rudely by the supposed manager. I have never seen such inept customer service !!! read more
