This particular store in North Huntingdon also has a Sephora and an Amazon returns center. When I shopped in this store, I liked the selection of merchandise, and I thought that the prices were low, such as $13 for a tank top, to moderate, such as $30 for a tank top and $42 for a sundress. I picked out a pair of Calvin Klein underwear that were on clearance and two dog toys that were on sale. I used the self-checkout. With tax and after redeeming $10 of Kohl's Cash, I paid only $23 for the entire purchase. These three items were a very high quality, and I feel happy that I got a very good deal on them.

What happened to Kohls? It used to be an amazing place with a great selection, friendly staff,…read morecompetitive prices and a huge selection. Now, every time I go I feel like I'm in a seconds store that is just a chaotic, disorganized mess. They typically only have one set of registers open, so there are often lines. Signage in the store is often incorrect (sale prices listed for items that aren't on sale, items in the wrong place etc). There are price checkers throughout the store but those often aren't working either. Clothes seem to be haphazardly thrown together on racks. I want to be able to quickly find something in my size, not feel like I'm on a poorly mapped out treasure hunt. Prices seemed to have increased dramatically with a lower selection and lackluster service. They do occasionally have some good sales, but you really have to be diligent to see if what you think is on sale actually is on sale. It isn't the worst place to shop, but I wish they'd fix some of these issues and be more like it was before.

Well, there are tags, but the part where the price is is ripped off. So you have to depend on signage and for a lot of stuff, there just isn't signage. And they don't have a way to check the price (except to go to a register or ask an associate and you will have a hard time finding someone). I came into the store with an online return. It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.

I've been here a bunch of times since it has opened and it never really disappoints. I didn't buy anything the day we visited but I did enjoy looking around for something to buy. Marshalls is not a favorite store of mine, but I sometimes like to search for bargains here. During my recent shopping trip, I saw a variety of merchandise such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, beauty products, home decor, bed and bath linens, kitchenware, foods, Christmas decorations, children's toys, and pet supplies. The shelves and racks were well organized, even by sizes for women's clothing. Furthermore, the prices were reasonable, for example, a women's New Balance lightweight jacket for $20.
